About: I have raised my own dog since she was ten weeks old, mentored by my father who has raised three litters of puppies throughout his life. I have also done pet-sitting for friends and family for dogs as small as beagle puppies to as large as a Labrador. I am a Graduate student, but I manage to take six- mile walks every morning year-round. As my classes are in the evening, I can fit dog-walking into my schedule in the mornings and early afternoons. I am attentive and responsible for my pets needs, and take pride in ensuring that the animals I care for are happy and healthy. I have a nine-year-old mixed breed dog who enjoys her daily walks and sunbathing on the deck, but does not enjoy the company of other dogs very much.

She came prior to the scheduled visits to meet Milo, who loved Rene instantly. During the visits, Rene sent us pictures of Milo. She did “all the things” (litterbox, food, water etc), probably more carefully than we do at home haha. Rene even brushed Milo, which was above and beyond. We are so happy Rene took care of our pet. About: I’m a professional dog groomer and currently manage a grooming salon located inside a veterinary clinic. I’ve been working in the veterinary and pet-care world for about 3 years, and I absolutely love being surrounded by animals every day! Working with pets has been incredibly rewarding for me. I love getting to know each pet’s personality, making them feel safe and comfortable, and helping them live happy, healthy lives. I understand that leaving your pet in someone else’s care can be stressful, so I always treat every pet as if they were my own. I am currently working part time at the veterinary clinic so I will be able to spend the afternoons with the pups/kitties. Sometimes (and if you feel comfortable of course) I could bring them to work with me since there is plenty of space and toys (and they get all of the attention and love) here at the clinic! I have two kitties who are used to interact with other animals, I have a fenced patio so you can be sure they will always be secure and safe. I am also willing to stay overnight at your home if you think your furry baby will be more comfortable in their own space.
