We experienced major travel delays on our way home due to a big storm, and Kelly was so accommodating, working with us to let us pick up our fur baby a little later than originally planned. We absolutely love Kelly! She is responsible, dependable, so kind and passionate about the pups. We will definitely be rebooking with her again!
