“I don’t know where to begin; Megan and her family are the absolute best! My German Shepard/Cattle Dog is weary of new people, but she took to Megan and her family right away. I love how Megan was always available and how she consistently sent photos and videos to keep us updated; it’s like our pups were on our vacation just as we were cause based on the videos they were having so much fun I was almost jealous lol! I loved how she exposed my pups to her chickens and whatever interested them in her backyard. I also loved that they had children because my Teacup always had someone to play with. Lastly, I really appreciate Megan’s flexibility. We had car trouble coming back from the airport and not once did she ever make us feel bad for the inconvenience. “Aaron & Tia took great care of my Frenchie Bella. She had an initial knee injury that required crate rest and very limited activity and their willingness to accommodate our needs at the last minute for an extended (18 day) stay was beyond amazing. After the meet and greet with Aaron and their amazing soon I felt even more at ease. Prior to her stay, Bella was stung in the eye and was required eye drops in addition to the knee injury. Aaron wasn't phased by the additional special needs. While on travel in Asia, I received almost daily pics and a video. I could tell she was having a great time. She also needed to lose a few pounds to help with her knee injury and Aaron and Tia returned Bella in tip top shape and a few pounds lighter. She is off of her pain meds for her knee and her eye is healed. I can't thank them enough. When I met with them they only had a few reviews and I wasn't deterred. This is proof that the # of reviews does not determine the type of love and care your pup receives. I will be using their services again and again very soon.”
“OMG Brian's house is the BEST! Huge is usually pretty shell-shocked to be left behind. But this time was different. When we got to the house, Hugo jauntily walked right up to the right place, stopped to pee on a bush, and cruised right on in like he owned the place. I've never seen him so immediately at home in a strange house. He briefly greeted Bob and then explored. It was amazing. Brian has a very laid-back, positive vibe that transmits to people and to dogs. He is also very good at judging personalities and knowing how much affection and attention a dog is going to need. I hope he always has room for Hugo whenever we travel to DC!”

“BLUF: My dog came home happy and exhausted. I'd use Cameron again in a heartbeat! Drake (75-lb lab) had the time of his life over an extended weekend with Cameron. Cameron came to our rescue when our existing weekend plans fell through. Her dog Cherry, a Sheepadoodle, is his new BFF. Cameron had another dog staying with her as well, and the 3 of them made a very active pack. Based on his step count, he didn't stop running around the entire time! Cameron has a fenced back yard on a quiet street. Dogs are allowed on the furniture (my dog prefers to sleep on the couch, so this was important). Cherry is a wonderful host as well, and an absolute doll.”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for over 20 years, both as a pet owner and professionally. I have hands-on experience working with dogs of all different personalities, energy levels, and needs, and I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your pets. My professional experience includes dog training and bathing/grooming, and I am also accredited through PetSmart while currently working toward becoming a certified groomer. This ongoing training continues to strengthen my understanding of canine behavior, body language, handling techniques, and how to keep dogs comfortable, safe, and well cared for. About: I’ve had experience since I was born but I’ve been more attentive and actually working to take care of them since 13. I’m 18 now, I have watched scared dogs, big dogs, friendly dogs, jumping dogs, sleepy dogs, small dogs, and same goes for cats! I have 4 dogs currently, and I freed them and take them out all the time, so extra dogs wouldn’t make any difference I would just do the same with them as I do with my dogs! They would have all permissions as my dogs! I will take them out, check them for tics or anything hurting them if they show it. Feed them obviously! And give them treats on certain occasions, or whenever you say I can give them. I take my time with them and love them with my whole heart! Your dog will be treated exactly how I treat mine!

“I don’t know where to begin; Megan and her family are the absolute best! My German Shepard/Cattle Dog is weary of new people, but she took to Megan and her family right away. I love how Megan was always available and how she consistently sent photos and videos to keep us updated; it’s like our pups were on our vacation just as we were cause based on the videos they were having so much fun I was almost jealous lol! I loved how she exposed my pups to her chickens and whatever interested them in her backyard. I also loved that they had children because my Teacup always had someone to play with. Lastly, I really appreciate Megan’s flexibility. We had car trouble coming back from the airport and not once did she ever make us feel bad for the inconvenience. From the moment I dropped him off, she kept me updated with thoughtful, detailed messages and plenty of photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Rockie is naturally anxious in new environments, but Lashelle was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. She understood his body language, gave him the space he needed to adjust, and helped him build confidence at his own pace. I especially appreciated how she handled introductions with her family and pets, always putting Rockie's comfort and safety first. It was clear she has a lot of experience with dogs and truly cares about their well-being. She kept me informed about everything—from his eating and potty habits to his progress settling in, making new friends, and even his funny moments watching TV! She also went above and beyond by cleaning him up after an accident without hesitation. By the end of his stay, Rockie had gone from being nervous to relaxing on the couch, enjoying the yard, snuggling with the family, and even warming up to everyone in the house. Seeing that progress meant so much to me. I couldn't have asked for a better sitter. Lashelle treated Rockie like one of her own, and I knew he was loved and cared for every step of the way. “Aaron & Tia took great care of my Frenchie Bella. She had an initial knee injury that required crate rest and very limited activity and their willingness to accommodate our needs at the last minute for an extended (18 day) stay was beyond amazing. After the meet and greet with Aaron and their amazing soon I felt even more at ease. Prior to her stay, Bella was stung in the eye and was required eye drops in addition to the knee injury. Aaron wasn't phased by the additional special needs. While on travel in Asia, I received almost daily pics and a video. I could tell she was having a great time. She also needed to lose a few pounds to help with her knee injury and Aaron and Tia returned Bella in tip top shape and a few pounds lighter. She is off of her pain meds for her knee and her eye is healed. I can't thank them enough. When I met with them they only had a few reviews and I wasn't deterred. This is proof that the # of reviews does not determine the type of love and care your pup receives. I will be using their services again and again very soon.”
“OMG Brian's house is the BEST! Huge is usually pretty shell-shocked to be left behind. But this time was different. When we got to the house, Hugo jauntily walked right up to the right place, stopped to pee on a bush, and cruised right on in like he owned the place. I've never seen him so immediately at home in a strange house. He briefly greeted Bob and then explored. It was amazing. Brian has a very laid-back, positive vibe that transmits to people and to dogs. He is also very good at judging personalities and knowing how much affection and attention a dog is going to need. I hope he always has room for Hugo whenever we travel to DC!”

She became a 2nd Mom to Fitz; no adjustment needed when we dropped him off and he was happy and content when we picked him up. “BLUF: My dog came home happy and exhausted. I'd use Cameron again in a heartbeat! Drake (75-lb lab) had the time of his life over an extended weekend with Cameron. Cameron came to our rescue when our existing weekend plans fell through. Her dog Cherry, a Sheepadoodle, is his new BFF. Cameron had another dog staying with her as well, and the 3 of them made a very active pack. Based on his step count, he didn't stop running around the entire time! Cameron has a fenced back yard on a quiet street. Dogs are allowed on the furniture (my dog prefers to sleep on the couch, so this was important). Cherry is a wonderful host as well, and an absolute doll.”
