They also have access to a fenced outdoor kennel area that provides additional space, fresh air, and shelter from the elements. I provide a clean, structured, and secure environment and will follow your pet's normal feeding schedule, medications, routines, and other care instructions as closely as possible. Whether you're away for a night, a weekend, or a longer trip, my goal is simple: keep your pet safe, comfortable, well cared for, and give you confidence that they're in capable hands while you're away. I work offsite during the day, but I have a strong and dependable family support system at home to ensure pets receive appropriate oversight and care throughout the day. I personally handle morning and evening care, including feeding, exercise, kennel care, and ensuring each pet’s individual needs and routine are being met. Our boarding kennel is separate from our family home, providing pets with their own dedicated, quiet, and controlled space. The indoor kennel area is climate controlled and provides access to a secure, fenced outdoor kennel area with shelter, allowing dogs to safely spend time outside when appropriate. While I am at work, trusted family members are available to provide supervision, potty breaks, feeding, exercise, or other care according to each pet’s needs. “Roxsand was wonderful from start to finish! She accepted my request for weekend boarding and immediately made me feel comfortable. When I met her and her pups, it truly felt like a house full of fun and love. We did a meet and greet beforehand, and she explained scheduling and routines. She even offered daycare prior to the boarding so my little guy could get familiar, which I really appreciated. She took the time to ask thoughtful questions about my dog and his routine. I mentioned that my baby usually sleeps with me, and she was more than willing to let him sleep in her room—something that meant a lot to me. During the stay, Roxsand kept me updated with plenty of messages and photos, and she was always responsive and reassuring whenever I had my little anxious questions, or comments, hehehe. It was also comforting knowing my pup had her adorable dogs and family members to play with and keep him company. I’m so grateful for the care she provided and would absolutely book with Roxsand again.”
