I also understand how difficult it can be for their people to step away—even for a weekend—because you worry that someone else won’t notice the little things you notice or care for them with the gentleness they deserve. That is one of the reasons I’m especially interested in supporting families with aging pets. Sometimes loving your pet well also means allowing yourself to rest, travel, celebrate a milestone, or simply take a break knowing they are in caring hands. Whether your pet is energetic and ready to play, independent and particular, or a senior who prefers a quiet companion and an unhurried pace, I meet them where they are. All breeds. All ages. Lots of love. My goal is simple: while you’re away, I want your pets to feel safe, comfortable, cared for, and loved—and I want you to feel at ease knowing someone is genuinely looking after them. I work from home, with either a daytime schedule of 10 a.m.–6 p.m. or an evening schedule of 4–11 p.m. This allows me to build pet care into my daily routine and make time for meals, bathroom breaks, play, and companionship. Being home is only part of it; paying attention matters just as much. Pets can’t tell us what they need in words, so I take time to notice their habits, body language, and little requests for attention. Whether that means a nudge for a bathroom break, an invitation to play, or wanting someone nearby, I care about learning how your pet communicates. I do have focused work periods, so we’ll discuss your pet’s routine and care needs before booking to make sure my availability is a good fit. This is especially important for older pets who may need more frequent check-ins or a particular schedule. I want to understand what a comfortable day looks like for your pet and how I can help keep it that way while you’re away. I start by learning the little things that matter to your pet: their familiar routines, favorite activities, where they like to rest, and how they let you know they need something. I follow your instructions for meals, walks, bathroom breaks, litter care, and rest, with time for play and affection on their terms. In your home, I keep your pet’s routine as familiar as possible and treat your space with care and respect. I let your pet get comfortable with me at their own pace, whether they’re ready to play right away or prefer a quieter introduction. Senior pets are especially close to my heart. Caring for my dog Shadow through his later years taught me the importance of patience, gentleness, and noticing small changes. I’m happy to move at an older pet’s pace, and we’ll discuss any health, mobility, or supervision needs beforehand so I can be clear about the care I can reliably provide. About: I’ve had experience since I was born but I’ve been more attentive and actually working to take care of them since 13. I’m 18 now, I have watched scared dogs, big dogs, friendly dogs, jumping dogs, sleepy dogs, small dogs, and same goes for cats! I have 4 dogs currently, and I freed them and take them out all the time, so extra dogs wouldn’t make any difference I would just do the same with them as I do with my dogs! They would have all permissions as my dogs! I will take them out, check them for tics or anything hurting them if they show it. Feed them obviously! And give them treats on certain occasions, or whenever you say I can give them. I take my time with them and love them with my whole heart! Your dog will be treated exactly how I treat mine!

About: I’ve had taken care of pets ever since I was 14. I love all type of animals and have so much fun with them. I overall make sure the animals are comfortable and safe while in my care. I currently work a part time job. I’m mainly available during the weekends and mornings or late nights. I am a very flexible person and very understanding when it comes tho scheduling. I always make sure to follow the directions and pay attention to every detail the owner tells me about their animal. About: I have been pet sitting for about 5 years now! With lots of experience with senior dogs and animals in need of more attentive care! I am fully available to housesit along with pets! I work a wonky schedule but the animal or persons baby also comes first! I am fully available 7 days a week! I am much more able to give my upmost priority and attention when staying with the animal in their home. I am not able to host animals at the moment. Not until I move. If that was not going on I would absolutely be able to host.
