“Ronda is the best sitter we’ve ever had. She sent us updates and plenty of pictures of our two pups. We asked her to bring her cavapoo Goose and they had so much fun together. She kept our house very neat and clean and it was so nice not to worry about our pups at all. I highly recommend her for your fur babies.”

About: I have taken care of dogs of different breeds and ages. I love taking dogs for walks and playing fetch and of course for going to potty. For house sitting, I have house sat for months at a time for a couple who would go out of town several times through out the year. I am very careful to make sure that the house is kept the same way as when the owner left. I clean up after myself. I am available during the day and evenings if needed. My only unavailable day would be Sundays but Sunday evenings after 8 pm I am available. I just have the one cat and she is indoor only so I do not have a fenced in area so my house is not suitable for cat or dog sitting.

“Ashlyn took wonderful care of our golden while we were away for a long weekend, and was great about sending us updates about how she was doing. We will definitely call Ashlyn again next time we need a sitter for our dog!”

“Royalty did so amazing with my dogs. My dog had an upset tummy and he handled it so well and kept me updated. I would highly recommended him for your pet sitting needs!!!”

“Callie was so great!! She did house sitting for us and our 3 older large dogs. One is special needs and when we came home the house was perfect and the dogs were happy as could be!! Couldn’t recommend her more, super sweet and kind. She communicated well and asked questions as needed. She’s FANTASTIC!!”

“Andra was professional, courteous, and loving with my pets. She communicated clearly and effectively and managed a health concern with one of my dogs calmly and with care. She went above and beyond consistently. I would strongly recommend her services and would hire her again in the future without hesitation.”

“This girl is a rockstar! We booked in home sitting with Jaiydah for over a week, and she took such great care of our two dogs. I received multiple updates each day while we were away. She played with them and loved on them and I am sure our dogs were disappointed when we walked through the door instead of Jaiydah. 100% will book again. The absolute best person for the job 🥰”

“Jake was wonderful! He was very respectful of our house and definitely took great care of Baylor. She got lots of love and attention. I will be reaching out to him again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Emily is absolutely FANTASTIC! She sent daily photos and updates and treated our babies like they were hers. Our dog sleeps in the bed with us so Emily followed suit and cuddled her every night! She left our place exactly how she found it and even ran the dishwasher (which we didn’t expect her to do!)”

“Peter was exceptional. Right before we left one of the dogs was diagnosed with cancer and he went above and beyond to give us updates and deal with issues. Could not have asked for better service or responsiveness. Think the dogs wanted to leave with him”

“Meredith was so sweet and took great care of my dog while I was on vacation! She sent me lots of pics and updates and I know she was in very good hands! Thank you!!”

About: My family and friends have trusted me with their fur babies for over 20 years. I have medical experience and have had a dog that developed diabetes at 10 years old, that I cared for. I will care for your senior pup or youngster! I have owned small and large dogs, and cats as well. I am currently semi- retired and doing online classes. I am home every day I need to be, to care for your baby as if they are home with you. I have 2 dogs that are 1 & 3 that love to run and play. I also have the ability to crate a medium and large dog as well, if that is your preference. I strive to keep as close to your normal routine as possible, but also want your pup to be on "vacation" as well!

“The dogs loved him and he gave me daily updates about the dogs. Also let me know when he was leaving and coming back.”

“Bethany took wonderful care of our dog! We were so grateful to have someone stay in our home. Our dog has a lot of anxiety and doesn’t like to be boarded.”

“Mia was the absolute BEST with our puppy! She was so attentive and loving! She sent daily photos and videos and even did some training with our puppy. She also took great care of our home and left it spotless! I cannot give her enough praise!!!”

“Lucia did a great job taking care of our high energy pup and two kitties while we were away. She was able to get our dog out to his favorite spots to walk while we were away. She was very respectful of our home. Would use her services again!”

“Courtney takes such great care of our cats. She has cat sit for us several times now and she is always very responsive and provides great updates on her visits.”

About: As an adult, I have adopted only cats, but I do love and enjoy dogs as well. NOTE: To save time etc, please read ALL my details carefully BEFORE sending a booking request. Thank you in advance 👍 in bearing with any repetition, but it spares extra effort for both you and me. 🥰 When I was very little, we had a mixed breed dog named Spot (original, no?), and later on, a lovely and sweet golden retriever, Bonnie. We also took in a stray black cat and named him Samson. As an adult, I have been pet parent to seven cats and have adored them all, each of them with a different personality, some of the cutest and most loving cats ever. My BFF companions! All animals, wild and domesticated, are innocent and precious creatures and deserve our best. --------------------------------------- INFO FOR FIRST-TIME CLIENTS: Before going on further, I respectfully ask that any prospective new clients understand that, in everyone's best interests, including your precious furbabies, I am NOT able to confirm new client booking requests EXCEPT under specific conditions: (1) not with less than 48 hours' notice ahead of when you need me, and (2) not without a "meet and greet" visit FIRST, so that I can get to know you and your pet/pets, beforehand; understand your/their needs and my duties, and we can come to a mutual decision whether or not I would be a good fit for you and your pet/pets. A final caveat but emphatic: I regret but I do not offer services for clients' pets in my own home. Although this info is given elsewhere on my account , I still repeat it here because it can be easy to miss when navigating the app. ------------------------------------- WITH REPEAT CLIENTS: Thankfully, these basic initials are of course already met and therefore I can usually be more readily available, just depending on my/your particulars at any time a booking request is made. ------------------------------------- FOR ALL CLIENTS Please be aware as well that in instances where longer time commitments or special duties beyond what are described in my profile are needed, I might need to work with you-- of course PRIOR to my comfirmation of your booking request--about adjusting payrates through the Rover app. I try to be reasonable as humanly possible and accommodating. ----------------------------------- SO: I don't want to be offensive but for the best for everyone, esp those sweet animals, my experience thus far as a caregiver on Rover has taught me how vital it is to establish these basic essentials , up front. --------------------------------------- A BIT MORE BACKGROUND As an adult, for many years now, I have defaulted to adopting cats only, because of time away from home during the day and occasionally needing to be away from home entirely for a more extended period of time. However, as a caregiver, I can look after both dogs and cats and can usually make adjustments in my schedule to accommodate the needs of clients and their pets. --------------------------------------- TO CONCLUDE I have a special place in my heart for ALL pets, most of whom want little more beyond the basics (food, water, play, veterinary care)---than simply to give snd receive love, especially my precious Orangesicle, an orange tabby, aka "ginger" cat. I would love to serve you and make a difference in your life... while at the same time, making a big difference in own life, as I am somewhat isolated right now and would love to get out and enjoy a change of scenery in somebody else's domicile and their beloved pets. Please contact the references whose emails I indicated, as they can also testify how much I love animals and my cats and how much I love people as well. My schedule is typically flexible, depending on what might be my existing scheduie over the duration of a booking request. Pls read further: In any given instance, I might have options open to me to work with you accommodate your special needs. As I mentioned already, but to underscore: In some cases, such as where longer commitments or special duties are necessary, I may need to work with you about increased payrates. I take care of my cat every day and scoop out his litter box twice a day and feed him twice a day plus give him treats as he deserves them and really as he wants them , as long as it's not too much for his good health. I take a lot of time to hold him and love on him and play with him . He loves boxes and mice and feather toys on a rod. He is my pride and joy and my best bud and he follows me everywhere and greets me at the door ...and we sleep together, and he sleeps next to my pillow and sometimes on my pillow and puts his head next to my head and his body next to mine. We are intimate friends and I will take care of him and his needs and his health needs including surgeries, for as long as he can live , without undue suffering. My first cat was Simon. Later followed Garfunkel (not "Garfield"), Chopin, Edna, Van Gogh, and Picasso. I do not care for pets in my home but I'm happy to care for yours, in your home (even besides a dog or cat), with all the foregoing qualifiers in mind, from the very beginning , when I first respond to a booking request. Pls read further: SPECIAL NOTE: For the time being I am not available for walks that are longer than a couple of blocks. I prefer less heavy dogs. Fenced-in areas are a huge plus. Thank you so much and I look forward to any and all clients who are interested in my services.
