About: I have taken care of dogs for the past 5 years, including a chihuahua of my own and my family’s dogs. I have experience raising puppies and caring for senior dogs as well. Even though every dog is different, I am able to provide adequate care and attention to every fur baby that I have the privilege of looking after. I am currently a student and have plenty of down time when I am not at school. This includes Fridays and Weekends and I can be pretty flexible with time! I keep frequent communication with pet owners, I’m able to accommodate to a dog needs, and am pretty knowledgeable about dog behavior to know their needs.

About: I have two cats of my own and have been a foster mom of big dogs, small dogs, and senior dogs as well as a sitter for friends with big dogs! Before medical school, I volunteered with Shelby Animal and Adopt a Golden. I’m a runner and love to take the dogs I sit on runs with me if they tolerate exercise well :) I’m a medical student at UAB with some flexibility before clinicals and am excited to meet your pet! Currently I am on dedicated study time for medical school so my schedule is completely flexible! I like to stay active so I go for a run once a day or go to the gym but can otherwise drop in for care or pet sit at any time! In my home I have a crate, toys, and a dedicated dog park that I can take pups to! In my clients home I would treat their pets just as I treat my own with lots of love and attention.

About: Aside from owning 4 dogs, 4 cats, and even one bunny, I’ve been a tried and true pet sitter among family friends! I also have experience in senior pet care, as well as caring for blind fur babies! I am a full time Pre-PTA student, so my schedule is very spread out. I’m currently finishing out my pre reqs, so my studying is not too intensive, so I still have time to help out with your pets!! I know it can stress pets out having someone strange in their home, so I try to be as gentle as possible around the home without making too much noise, as well as letting them have their space and needed.

About: I've taken care of animals my entire life growing up on a farm twice now, I worked at a vet as well and was personal all day/over night pet sitter for over a year, I've rescued several animals recently and taken them to get life saving medical care and gotten them properly adopted, I come from a very animal loving family and hope to open my own boarding/ rescue and adoption clinic one day along with a pet cafe I'm usually always available, if I'm not available it's once in a very rare occasion, I have a very flexible schedule accommodating for any customer scheduling needs or last minute bookings Im recently moved to a medium house with a fenced good size backyard, with a kitty pool if needed perfect for outside play time grooming or just chilling out, there are no animals inside my home right now besides 2 ducks and chickens that will be kept completely separate from other animals, but i will be moving my cat in with me soon, she works amazing with smaller dogs and did with my german shepherd but im unsure about larger dogs other then that so if your uncomfortable with them around cats the inside of the yard outside is very sizeable and can be shaded i also have dedicated the master bedroom to pet boarding so its empty and great for indoor playtime. As for going to the clients house I'm very good with timed medicated or specifically dieted animals, and animals of all kinds, just make me little list of things there allowed to do and not allowed to do I don't accidentally reward bad behavior or tell them no to going on the furniture or something that there usually allowed to do, I don't mind staying in a clients house over night but I will get my husband or my sister to stay with me for my own safety and depending on the booking there can be extra fees for it, I don't mind cameras being all over just none in the bathroom ofc and none where I'll be sleeping over night ofc, I'm good at taking animals out on walks to and pet grooming

About: I grew up with a cat of 14 years and later my family adopted a husky which stole our hearts! Since, I have cared for not only my sisters set of 2 beautiful golden retrievers since they were brought home but other dogs of clients and I currently live with a cat! I am currently a 4th year medical student at UAB. My clinical rotation schedule currently is extremely light for the month of February I after 12 PM. And through March April in the first half of May, I am pretty much fully free. Under my care, pets will be brought outside for a potty breaks or a walk only on a safe leash. No dogs will be brought anywhere near roads or construction where they could get injured.

About: Hi my name is Lorin and I'm the proud owner of my boy Erebus who's a 5 year old lab mix and Grim my 7 month old kitten. Erebus and I love going on nice hikes and playing in the water. If house sitting I do like to bring Erebus with me for consecutive nights. I've had dogs all my life and used to frequently volunteer at my neighbors old vet clinic. I am extreme animal lover and advocate. I will love and take care of your babies as if they were my own. If you have a pup with special needs I have experience dealing with several illnesses and disabilities that way your baby gets all the special care they may require. I work 7-4 Monday- Friday but on my lunch I can come walk or take care of your pets. Prefer to not do early morning walks as I have to be at work so early. I always take my time to let new pets get used to me especially when I’m in their space. I always want them to feel safe and comforted while their parents are away.

About: I have owned two dogs, a cat, and a few fish back home in California. I have had experience with clipping nails, giving fluids, cleaning litter boxes, and the such. I am a medical student and have extra time throughout this semester! I have been missing having a pet of my own, so being able to take care of your precious animal would mean so much to me! I have an apartment of my own, there are several open green spaces that allow for dogs to play and use the restroom. I do not currently have any pets so any animal I board would have my full attention.

About: I have grown up around cats, dogs, and bunnies my entire life. I am currently a fourth year medical student, and I have a lot of free time on my hands, so I can give extra attention to your fur babies! During the COVID-19 summer, we were not allowed to work in hospitals as volunteers, so I ended up working at a dog training and boarding business. I learned how to care for and train dogs of all ages, shapes, and sizes. We even had a summer camp where kids could bring their pets and learn how to train them! I have been pet sitting in the area this semester for all sorts of dogs, anywhere from puppies to senior dogs. I am looking forward to the opportunity to meet your fur babies and take care of them whenever you need me! Right now I have a lot of free time in medical school. I have submitted my rank list for residency, so it’s just a waiting game. Because of that I really have a significant amount of free time. The main things I fill my time with right now is reading and trying to be active and working out. My schedule does very week by week, but I can easily assimilate pet care into my current schedule. I will be sure to always leave your home better than I found it. I am extremely organized and tidy. I will try to make your fur baby feel as calm and comfortable as possible while you’re away!
