About: I've been walking my dogs my whole life; I've had an Akita, two Shiba Inus, and one husky mutt (all raised from puppies). I have dealt with all of the care required. I've taken care of many of my family and friend's pets as well as worked at a dog day care "3 muttskateers" for half a year. Im currently interning at a nearby studio and would love to spend some of my free time walking or checking in on dogs. I live near Leicester and am willing to make drives to spend time with your furry friend. I am very patient with dogs, allowing them to take the time they need to do what they need to do. I am aware that most dogs have boundaries, and just because they are showing them does not make them badly behaved at all. If instructed, I also have a lot of experience being stern.

About: I have been an animal lover for life and a dog owner for two years. Before that I have been a dog sitter several times in the UK, where I am from. I have regularly cat-sit for a family, which included taking the little feline out on walks in her harness! I love doing training with my own dog, (who is steadily becoming more well behaved!) and would be happy to incorporate training into my visits with yours. I am a very active person and can play ball, run, and walk with dogs. I know the importance of mental stimulation. I am currently available most days, with the exception of Wednesdays. I am an artist and market vendor, and I am able to adjust my schedule much of the time to fit in with your needs. I am happy to walk dogs and do check-ins at your home. I am a careful and cautious person and will follow instructions given as closely as I can.

About: Home is where your heart is as your pets are in your heart, I take care of both while your away on vacation or a work trip. My fur babies are my world. So you can be rest assured I care for yours as they're my own! I can assist with pet care in your home or mine. I offer dog walking for when you are at work or away from home on holiday. Playtime is paramount for most pets. It keeps them engaged and happy. Dogs that are active should have extra activities while you're away. I'm an active person and I believe it's your pets utmost health benefit to have lots of playtime and outdoor time! I also have fostered and pet sit for elderly or more low key dogs and always provide just the right amount of activity to take any limitations so not to strain or over do. I am currently taking dog behavioral training classes. I have some behavior training for dogs to best understand your pet. As I am always seeking to further my studies. I have lead trained, potty trained, and offered basic training during my time of sitting. Do not hesitate to schedule a meet and greet. Be happy to meet ya! I do work full-time, but mostly from home. Pets need to be OK on their own without constant supervision and pets have to be playful and friendly with others. I have several pets of my own. I do separate dogs I pet sit from my dogs after playtime so each of them can rest. I do separate during eating times as well.

About: Have always had lots of animals growing up and as an adult. Animals seem to feel comfortable around me. I enjoy their presence and will give them lots of love. I have a fairly open schedule. I work part time as a CNA. Live in a rural area but can travel to surrounding cities if needed. We have hosted dogs in our home, outside in our yard or have gone to their home. Available for walks. Also have an outdoor kennel if your dog is not friendly.

About: I've had my own dog(s) since I was in college. I enjoy taking care of my own dogs and would love to help locals out when they need to take a vacation where their fur baby can't go. I work from home so I am able to be around to take care of your pups. I can feed them on their normal schedule, let them out early and late as needed. I have a fenced in yard with two friendly pups of my own. We also have a place for a crate if your dog needs to have alone time or feels better in a crate.

About: Imagine being away, knowing your family member is happy, comfortable, and getting all the love and attention s/he needs. I have repeatedly been complimented on my presence making the whole experience a seamless transition from start to finish. I've had pet parents who were totally off-grid for three weeks. The trust placed in me is something I take very seriously. When you drive away, you can know that both your fur baby and home are in experienced, mature, responsible hands. I'm a quiet, home-based writer, so I'm around throughout the day. I play soft music, too. It's a really peaceful environment. This has settled anxious cats and dogs over and over again. Your dog's routines become part of my day, from regular medication to exercising or just playing "chase me" out in the yard. You might like to know I talk to animals. They understand everything but my 'Dad jokes' of course. And yes, it does make a difference. I know that caring for a dog isn't always about walks and playtime. Sometimes it's about patience, adjusting the pace, and knowing how to help them feel safe and comfortable. MaeBelle, for instance, was deaf. We spent a month together, along with two cats and a drop-in Pomeranian who also had to adjust to the setting. Over time, hand signals, facial expressions and a calm approach helped everyone settle in nicely. I have a soft spot for mature dogs. Luna wore booties and a harness so I could help her up the stairs many times a day. Supplements are part-and-parcel for many dogs I've cared for over time. Most of my clients connect on WhatsApp. Some want to Facetime with their fur baby. I'm happy to do that in addition to the pictures and updates as often as you would like. Imagine returning to find a happy dog and your home exactly the way you left it. Some have said "it's even better than when we left." That's my goal. As a self-employed ghostwriter, and a mature woman whose idea of a good time is the farmer's market then back home to cook (I'm a trained chef), my schedule adjusts to accommodate your pet's routine, not mine. If your routine includes sleeping with your fur baby, count me in! As your house sitter, I make sure to care for your home as if it were my own, so if furniture is off-limits, I enforce your standards of care. They're smart and know how to test a sitter. I'm on to 'em! 😉 I will ensure their environment is safe, and even the counter-surfers are looked-out for with special care. I have removed screens to prevent a cat from hurting herself (the cardinals loved teasing her) and I have also added protection to make sure escape artists don't pull a Houdini on my watch. One pet parent needed me to clear the yard of rabbits and ground squirrels each time I let her pit bull out. Whatever it takes, you can count on me to do it. If it's hot out, I check the pavement. If it's rainy, they get toweled off. Dogs are people, too.

About: I have taken care of animals since as far back I can remember I have also worked in the vet for sometime now I have experience puppies to senior animals I'm currently working an overnight job I can work with your schedule if needed I just need to know advance so I can make time to help you out with your fur babies. I have two friendly dogs I do not have a fence for the outside but I still can walk your fur baby's around and play with them outside so they can get enough exercise and play time.
