About: I have been an animal lover for life and a dog owner for two years. Before that I have been a dog sitter several times in the UK, where I am from. I have regularly cat-sit for a family, which included taking the little feline out on walks in her harness! I love doing training with my own dog, (who is steadily becoming more well behaved!) and would be happy to incorporate training into my visits with yours. I am a very active person and can play ball, run, and walk with dogs. I know the importance of mental stimulation. I am currently available most days, with the exception of Wednesdays. I am an artist and market vendor, and I am able to adjust my schedule much of the time to fit in with your needs. I am happy to walk dogs and do check-ins at your home. I am a careful and cautious person and will follow instructions given as closely as I can.

Sarah is top notch! I received updates and pictures every day. Ripley enjoyed extensive outdoor time, long walks, 2 gorgeous hikes, and so many snuggles. On top of all of that, my house was left clean and organized she even washed our sheets. If you have the chance to book Sarah to watch your pet, I highly recommend her.

About: Home is where your heart is as your pets are in your heart, I take care of both while your away on vacation or a work trip. My fur babies are my world. So you can be rest assured I care for yours as they're my own! I can assist with pet care in your home or mine. I offer dog walking for when you are at work or away from home on holiday. Playtime is paramount for most pets. It keeps them engaged and happy. Dogs that are active should have extra activities while you're away. I'm an active person and I believe it's your pets utmost health benefit to have lots of playtime and outdoor time! I also have fostered and pet sit for elderly or more low key dogs and always provide just the right amount of activity to take any limitations so not to strain or over do. I am currently taking dog behavioral training classes. I have some behavior training for dogs to best understand your pet. As I am always seeking to further my studies. I have lead trained, potty trained, and offered basic training during my time of sitting. Do not hesitate to schedule a meet and greet. Be happy to meet ya! I do work full-time, but mostly from home. Pets need to be OK on their own without constant supervision and pets have to be playful and friendly with others. I have several pets of my own. I do separate dogs I pet sit from my dogs after playtime so each of them can rest. I do separate during eating times as well.

About: I have been a pet owner my entire life and have always had dogs or cats in my home. My wife and I currently have a dog who we adopted from a shelter. My wife is a certified Dog Trainer and is also employed by the local Humane Society, so we are both involved in the care of animals and absolutely love it! I mention this only to better emphasize our mutual love for animals. She has her own job and business and will not be assisting me in any way in my endeavor to employ myself as a Dog/Cat sitter/walker/care giver, etc. I am retired, and as such I am available most every day to help anyone in need of services, little to no advance notice necessary. I am retired and run a small book selling business out of my home. My business only takes an hour or so of my time each morning, so I am available almost anytime every day of the week to help care for dogs/cats. I have a senior dog in my home at the moment, a dog that my wife and I adopted from a rescue shelter. She is an inside dog, but we have 10 acres so when she goes out, she has freedom to run around. For clients, I am comfortable with any type of service necessary. I can take care of dogs in the house, take them for walks, feed them, hang out for a bit and play with them, etc. Most any service you need, I can do. I do take care of cats as well, although they do not really need much other than cleaning up, feeding, and some attention.

Madison did a terrific job caring for our dog for the day at our home. Our dog loves her and so do we. She is kind, personable, responsible, reliable, and flexible. We appreciated her taking the time to meet our dog beforehand, although she had quite a long commute. We feel very fortunate to have found Madison and we will definitely use her services in the future.

Elizabeth is an excellent pet host. My Britany, Juno was comfortable with her from the first moment. Liz was engaging with Juno, going on walks or just letting him roam and play. Over a three day period, Liz was flexible with our schedule and even took Juno to her house one day to play with her dog. She sent me photos of his happiness and activity each session. He was happy and I am too!

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. I’ve been blessed to love and care for pups of all ages — from energetic puppies who need patience and structure, to sweet senior dogs who need a little extra gentleness and attention. Growing up around dogs taught me more than just the basics of feeding and walking. It taught me how to read their body language, understand their different personalities, and recognize when they need comfort, space, playtime, or reassurance. Every dog is different, and I truly respect that. I know how important it is to trust someone with your fur baby. They’re family. My goal is always to make them feel safe, loved, and at home while you’re away. Whether that means long walks, play sessions, sticking closely to their routine, or just quiet cuddles on the couch, I’m happy to meet them where they are. Your dog won’t just be watched — they’ll be cared for with patience, kindness, and genuine love. As a stay-at-home dog mom, I’m home the majority of the time, which allows me to be fully present and flexible for your fur babies. My schedule is very open, so I’m available most days and times to provide attentive, loving care. Because I’m not juggling a full-time job outside of the home, your pet won’t be left alone and will receive consistent supervision, potty breaks, playtime, and cuddles throughout the day. I truly enjoy being home and caring for animals, so pet sitting fits naturally into my daily routine and allows me to give each dog the time, patience, and attention they deserve. 🐶💛 When caring for pets in my home, I focus on creating a calm, safe, and loving environment where they feel comfortable and secure. I follow each pet’s usual routine as closely as possible — including feeding schedules, potty breaks, walk times, medications, and bedtime habits — because I know consistency helps reduce stress. Pets in my care receive plenty of supervision, affection, playtime, and rest. Since I stay home, they’re rarely left alone and always have someone nearby to make them feel safe and cared for. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect both the pet’s routine and the owner’s space. I make sure feeding instructions, walk schedules, medications, and any special care needs are followed exactly as requested. I keep things tidy, provide regular updates with photos, and make sure your pet feels comfortable in their familiar environment. My goal in either setting is the same — to treat your fur baby like family and give you peace of mind while you’re away.

About: I’ve had dogs and cats in my life since I was a toddler. I’ve always been a big pet lover and currently have two dogs and three cats of my own. I understand every pet is unique and has their own personalities and I treat every pet as if they were my own. I have pet sat for neighbors and friends since I was a teenager! I am easy to work with and very responsible, I’m here for whatever you need! I currently work part time, so I have plenty of extra time on my hands! My schedule is very flexible so I can adjust to your needs! I can watch your pet in their own familiar environment to hopefully keep them from having the fear and anxiety of being in a new home, I’ll try to keep your usual routine! I cannot say enough good things about Gabriel. We met with our dogs, to see how they would be together and he and I talked about the weekend I needed puppy-sitting. Instead of either staying at his apt or mine, because she is a very recent rescue, I asked if he could keep her at his place during the day but then have all 3 of them come and sleep at my apt at night. I did this so that she would know that even if she gets dropped off somewhere else, she is ALWAYS coming back to her home. This worked out very well and he is just the most caring person when it comes to our dogs. I don't travel very often, but I would like to confirm that he is a magnificent pet sitter and I hope he gets lots of business because he deserves all good things!!!

From thoughtful updates to going above and beyond to accommodate their needs, Suzanne provides peace of mind that’s hard to find. Her kindness and reliability make her an absolute gem. About: I’ve been caring for animals my whole life. I grew up with dogs and have extensive experience caring for other people’s dogs over the years, including a moderate amount of pet sitting here in Asheville. I’ve also completed a long-term pet sitting arrangement caring for a dog and a car for three months. References are available upon request. I’m detail-oriented, warm, and loving. I remember how anxious my own dogs would get when we had to leave, so I’m especially mindful about keeping your dog’s routine consistent while also making sure they have a fun, enriching time with walks, play, and attention. Whether I’m caring for a playful puppy or a senior dog who needs a little extra support, I treat every dog with consistency, respect, and genuine love. I work 4 days a week from 7am-3pm. Other than that I don’t have obligations and spend most of my time at home with the animals. I love to take animals for walks and play with them. I provide in-home care for pets, making sure they are safe and comfortable in the familiarity of their own home. I follow each pet’s routine closely, making sure I am consistent with feeding, walks, playtime, and any special care or medication they may need so they can feel relaxed and happy while you’re away. I also offer dog walking or drop-in visits to give your pet exercise, attention, and companionship. I’m attentive, calm, and detail-oriented. I want your pets to feel loved and at ease. I am also attentive to keeping your house clean and secure.

About: Most dog walkers offer quick loops — I offer a real adventure. I specialize in structured 3-mile walks for high-energy dogs who need more than a short break. I keep a steady pace, stay alert to my surroundings, and make sure every walk is safe, controlled, and enjoyable. The result? A dog that comes home happy, exercised, and ready to relax — and an owner who knows their dog got the workout they actually needed. I’m currently working 7am-3:30pm Monday through Thursday, giving me a free full weekend for me and your pupper to explore and get all the exercise they need! I care for pets with safety, structure, and attention to their individual needs. Whether I’m in my home or a client’s home, I follow all instructions closely and keep routines consistent. During walks, I wear a high-visibility vest and stay fully aware of my surroundings so your dog is always easy to see and safe. I prioritize secure leashes, controlled pacing, hydration breaks, and positive reinforcement. Above all, I value your pup’s safety and well-being — every walk and visit is treated with the same care I’d give my own dog.
