“We had a great experience using Katie and Jeremy to watch our dog. It was obvious that they love animals. They were kind and flexible and so easy to work with. This was our first time leaving our young dog and so we were a bit anxious. As a pup our dog has a lot of energy but he also has some medical conditions involving his back legs/knees which will be corrected this summer with surgery. Navigating these two things can be a challenge but Katie and Jeremy had no difficulty at all - they sent many photos so we could see how well our pup was doing and this immediately put us at ease. They have a lovely property with a fenced in yard and a back porch - our dog was in dogggie- heaven. We were actually a bit worried he wouldn’t want to come home!! LOL! We will definitely use them again. Thank you, Katie and Jeremy!”

About: I absolutely love dogs and cats. I am willing to do check ins when you go out of town. I love all size dogs. If i do check ins I can come pretty much anytime of the day. I am also available on weekends. I am very responsible and trustworthy. I have watched dogs for many friends and family members. If you let me watch your dogs i will take great care of them for you! Dogs are the best animals and they are fun to be around. I also cat sit. I have a diabetic cat so I know a lot about cats. I will board your dog at my house but they have to be friendly with young kids and another dog and cat. I am also not too far from Weaverville. I’m a stay at home mom so I can be available all different times of the day. I am available weekdays and on the weekends. I do not have a fenced in yard but we do have bushes that separate it from the road and I can stay outside with them.

“Gwendolyn was great! We have 2 cats, and we definitely care a lot about them (as most pet people do probably), and this was the first time leaving them for a full week so we were a little worried to say the least. Gwendolyn showed up a few days prior to meet the cats and we showed her all the things we needed her to check. The cats came right up to her and seemed to love her from the start! We are also in the process of selling our home, so a few times we had inspectors and appraisers come through and she even came at different times and even short notice to check on them! About: Since I was 16, I have been the go to pet/home sitter for the church I grew up in. Word spread quickly of my reliability and soon, it became a full “part-time” gig. I’ve cared for birds, cats, dogs of ALL sizes, reptiles, fish, mice and lots of other gerbil sized fluff balls. About: Growing up, my mom took in just about everything from scaled and slithering to four legged and prancing. I walked our dogs as well as dogs in my neighborhood for a little extra cash as a kid. I work a very open schedule, 7-8 AM leaving 8:30AM - 1:15PM open for me to hang out with your furry friends M-F or after 8 PM for their last walk of the night. Weekends are completely flexible! My dog and I go on three walks a day, so I know the neighborhood pretty, I make sure my furry friends always walk by the grass when we walk and walk in the direction of traffic so we see the cars coming. If it's allowed, I love having them up on the couch with me when I watch a movie, and don't mind them sleeping in my bed at night.

About: My husband and I work from home full time currently, are flexible, we adore dogs, and have 15 acres and would love to hang with your pup(s)! About: Hello! I have been taking care of various animals (dogs, cats, rabbits) nearly my entire life! I have been a dog walker/sitter for others fur babies since I was in high school. I have experience with all different types of quirky personalities and health needs. I adopted my Nellie girl (cocker spaniel) in 2017 and she has not left my side since! We love staying active and she loves to cuddle. Nellie is comfortable around all friendly dogs and cats, and is always up for a game of tug of war. We added summit to the family last year and she is an absolute sweetheart. I currently work from home all through the week so I am available for plenty of walks, attention and playtime in the yard all day long. I have a large rural yard (no fence) and energetic pups to keep yours busy! Any dogs in my home has free rein of the house(couch, bed) but can easily be crated if desired. If preferred I have a spare room (I call the doggy room) for senior pups or dogs that just may need some alone time.

About: Animals have always been a big part of my life, I grew up with dogs, cats, pocket pets, birds, horses, chickens, ducks, goats, pigs. I feel like I’ve had it all, I am also a very seasoned Vet tech. I am expierenced with giving animals medication as well. I have open availability to take care of your fur babies. I do not have a fenced in yard. I walk my dogs in the yard or at the park. When it’s play time there able to be off the leash and run around the back yard. I have some clients that have fenced in backyards and, some where the dogs need to be walked.
About: I've been house & pet sitting for many years. I'm very mature, responsible, and dependable. You can count on me. I love animals but don't have any pets because of my traveling lifestyle, so I love getting to bond with little cuties all over. I am a dance/movement teacher as well as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (a body-based trauma therapy). I work from home on zoom these days, so I am around a lot to give love to your pet. The thing I have the hardest time with is saying goodbye to the little ones when it's time to go! I work for myself part-time on zoom (so I'm home a lot), so I set my own hours. This way I can work around the needs of your pet. I love cuddling and playing with pets. If it's allowed, I love having them up on the couch with me when I watch a movie, and don't mind them sleeping in my bed at night.
About: Growing up, my mom took in just about everything from scaled and slithering to four legged and prancing. I walked our dogs as well as dogs in my neighborhood for a little extra cash as a kid. I work a very open schedule, 7-8 AM leaving 8:30AM - 1:15PM open for me to hang out with your furry friends M-F or after 8 PM for their last walk of the night. Weekends are completely flexible! My dog and I go on three walks a day, so I know the neighborhood pretty, I make sure my furry friends always walk by the grass when we walk and walk in the direction of traffic so we see the cars coming. Your pets will always be on a leash when they’re with me!
About: I’ve been taking care of animals for about 10 years now. I have experience from bottle feeding new born kittens to our giant German Shepard’s! I spend the entire day hanging out and playing with the pups. We have an area for them to play as much as they want. About: I've taken care of dogs since I was five years old. I still distinctly remember the breeder of the first dog I ever owned - a chocolate lab named Ginger - looking me in the eye after seeing I was apprehensive about the dogs and telling me, "Son, some day this dog will be the best friend you ever had." Ginger and I went everywhere together. I've had dogs and cats virtually my whole life, and the animals love me. While I am employed full time, I work in a hybrid setting that includes roughly 3 remote days per week, so I can be pet sitting on site and developing as close a band as I can to alleviate the babies' separation anxiety. “We had a great experience using Katie and Jeremy to watch our dog. It was obvious that they love animals. They were kind and flexible and so easy to work with. This was our first time leaving our young dog and so we were a bit anxious. As a pup our dog has a lot of energy but he also has some medical conditions involving his back legs/knees which will be corrected this summer with surgery. Navigating these two things can be a challenge but Katie and Jeremy had no difficulty at all - they sent many photos so we could see how well our pup was doing and this immediately put us at ease. They have a lovely property with a fenced in yard and a back porch - our dog was in dogggie- heaven. We were actually a bit worried he wouldn’t want to come home!! LOL! About: I absolutely love dogs and cats. I am willing to do check ins when you go out of town. I love all size dogs. If i do check ins I can come pretty much anytime of the day. I am also available on weekends. I am very responsible and trustworthy. I have watched dogs for many friends and family members. If you let me watch your dogs i will take great care of them for you! Dogs are the best animals and they are fun to be around. I also cat sit. I have a diabetic cat so I know a lot about cats.
