We have 2 cats, and we definitely care a lot about them (as most pet people do probably), and this was the first time leaving them for a full week so we were a little worried to say the least. Gwendolyn showed up a few days prior to meet the cats and we showed her all the things we needed her to check. The cats came right up to her and seemed to love her from the start! We are also in the process of selling our home, so a few times we had inspectors and appraisers come through and she even came at different times and even short notice to check on them! About: What sets me apart is my experience caring for animals who need a little extra patience, attention, and understanding. About: My family has had dogs my whole life and i've always helped out training, feeding, walking, bathing, etc. I used to dog sit for a family friend when they would leave town and i loved it. I would care for their dog and two cats. I work part time with a flexible schedule so i have plenty of time to spend with pets. I am available any day of the week as long as a have a bit of a notice. About: I have been a pet owner my entire life and have always had dogs or cats in my home. My wife and I currently have a dog who we adopted from a shelter. My wife is a certified Dog Trainer and is also employed by the local Humane Society, so we are both involved in the care of animals and absolutely love it! I mention this only to better emphasize our mutual love for animals. She has her own job and business and will not be assisting me in any way in my endeavor to employ myself as a Dog/Cat sitter/walker/care giver, etc. I am retired, and as such I am available most every day to help anyone in need of services, little to no advance notice necessary. I am retired and run a small book selling business out of my home. My business only takes an hour or so of my time each morning, so I am available almost anytime every day of the week to help care for dogs/cats. I have a senior dog in my home at the moment, a dog that my wife and I adopted from a rescue shelter. She is an inside dog, but we have 10 acres so when she goes out, she has freedom to run around. For clients, I am comfortable with any type of service necessary. I can take care of dogs in the house, take them for walks, feed them, hang out for a bit and play with them, etc. Most any service you need, I can do. I do take care of cats as well, although they do not really need much other than cleaning up, feeding, and some attention.

About: I've taken care of dogs since I was five years old. I still distinctly remember the breeder of the first dog I ever owned - a chocolate lab named Ginger - looking me in the eye after seeing I was apprehensive about the dogs and telling me, "Son, some day this dog will be the best friend you ever had." Ginger and I went everywhere together. I've had dogs and cats virtually my whole life, and the animals love me. While I am employed full time, I work in a hybrid setting that includes roughly 3 remote days per week, so I can be pet sitting on site and developing as close a band as I can to alleviate the babies' separation anxiety. I aim to please - if you'd prefer for your fur baby to be crated at night, then I will make sure s/he does that. My only job, other than to make the babies' experience as smooth as possible, is to follow the directions laid out by the owners.

About: Hey all, I’m currently an animal care professional at an animal hospital handling boarding and some grooming and I’m currently in grooming school, I’m beginning to take clients of my own if interested! I’ve worked with sheltered animals, horses, livestock and strays my whole life. I’ve fully potty trained several dogs including my 8 year old abuse rescue becky, I love grooming in my free time and am training to become an apprentice groomer.
