About: Hello! My Name is Justin Gardner. I have resided on a large tract of pristine farm land located 20 miles north of Asheville, sitting perfectly between Weaverville and Marshall. For anyone looking to give their dog a true country getaway, this is a paradise. If your pup doesn't always get the chance to fully experience nature, our wide-open spaces to explore and a fully fenced-off yard offer the ultimate safe freedom. Dogs have been a central part of my life since early childhood, and that lifelong passion continues today with our own beloved resident dogs. We understand dog behavior, respect their individual routines, and treat every guest like a member of the family. Whether your dog loves to run wide-open spaces or just wants to sniff the mountain air and lounge on the porch, they will find their perfect rhythm here. Working primarily from home allows me to provide attentive, full-time care and regular outdoor exercise. I can host overnight (Short or Long term) boarding seamlessly as long as owners provide their dog's personal items and necessary accommodations, allowing your pup to enjoy a safe, country retreat with all the comforts of home. Safety and socialization go hand-in-hand here. My dog Rocco, a friendly Catahoula Leopard Hound, has six years of excellent experience interacting with other dogs and is always eager to welcome new playmates. Playtime in our fully fenced yard is entirely supervised, and I can easily crate your dog for meals or bedtime to ensure a structured, safe stay.

About: I have been an animal lover for life and a dog owner for two years. Before that I have been a dog sitter several times in the UK, where I am from. I have regularly cat-sit for a family, which included taking the little feline out on walks in her harness! I love doing training with my own dog, (who is steadily becoming more well behaved!) and would be happy to incorporate training into my visits with yours. I am a very active person and can play ball, run, and walk with dogs. I know the importance of mental stimulation. I am currently available most days, with the exception of Wednesdays. I am an artist and market vendor, and I am able to adjust my schedule much of the time to fit in with your needs. I am happy to walk dogs and do check-ins at your home. I am a careful and cautious person and will follow instructions given as closely as I can.

About: I've taken care of dogs since I was five years old. I still distinctly remember the breeder of the first dog I ever owned - a chocolate lab named Ginger - looking me in the eye after seeing I was apprehensive about the dogs and telling me, "Son, some day this dog will be the best friend you ever had." Ginger and I went everywhere together. I've had dogs and cats virtually my whole life, and the animals love me. While I am employed full time, I work in a hybrid setting that includes roughly 3 remote days per week, so I can be pet sitting on site and developing as close a band as I can to alleviate the babies' separation anxiety. I aim to please - if you'd prefer for your fur baby to be crated at night, then I will make sure s/he does that. My only job, other than to make the babies' experience as smooth as possible, is to follow the directions laid out by the owners.

About: I have had dogs in my life since I was 3 years old and have always had a passion and love for them. I currently have 15 dogs myself (5 are rescue/fosters). About: Growing up, my mom took in just about everything from scaled and slithering to four legged and prancing. I walked our dogs as well as dogs in my neighborhood for a little extra cash as a kid. I work a very open schedule, 7-8 AM leaving 8:30AM - 1:15PM open for me to hang out with your furry friends M-F or after 8 PM for their last walk of the night. Weekends are completely flexible! My dog and I go on three walks a day, so I know the neighborhood pretty, I make sure my furry friends always walk by the grass when we walk and walk in the direction of traffic so we see the cars coming. Your pets will always be on a leash when they’re with me!

About: I’ve been caring for animals for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my mom always had at least three dogs in the house along with a few cats, and I would regularly take care of them whenever she was away. Currently, she has four dogs, a miniature horse, and chickens, so I’m very familiar with a wide range of animals and their needs. I’ve also taken in pets from family members who were unable to care for them due to moves or life changes, which has given me even more hands on experience. I’m very comfortable caring for both dogs and cats, and I’m open to looking after other kinds of animals as well. I truly love animals and treat them with a lot of care and respect…I won’t even kill a spider, if that gives you a sense of how I am with them. I work mostly remote and do some overnight caregiving on the side. I will have a lot of time between October and mid April as I will not be caregiving in those months! About: I have always had a passion for animals. Growing up, my house was always full of dogs and cats! I worked at a dog rescue in south Florida for a year and went to school in Colorado for Veterinary Technology. I have been working a busy, small animal hospital in Colorado for the past two years but have decided to move closer to family. I am so happy to be back in the North Carolina/Georgia area and look forward to taking care of your pets! I have also volunteered and animal shelters and wildlife rehabilitation centers. I have helped care for sick dogs, injured dogs, pregnant moms, and even newborn puppies! I am honest and reliable and love what I do! I am currently self employed so I have plenty of time to give your fur babies the love they deserve! They will love the treats and attention I will give them! I do not currently have a fenced in yard, but I am always excited to go for a nice walk! I also love going for hikes if your doggie likes that as well! About: I've been house & pet sitting for many years. I'm very mature, responsible, and dependable. You can count on me. I love animals but don't have any pets because of my traveling lifestyle, so I love getting to bond with little cuties all over. I am a dance/movement teacher as well as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (a body-based trauma therapy). I work from home on zoom these days, so I am around a lot to give love to your pet. Some of my loves (besides animals) are dancing, traveling, photography, art projects, hiking, being in nature, and fixing up Scooby (my Honda Element that I've turned into a "Hotelement"). I've traveled all over the world until COVID hit, but since then have traveled across the country twice and am so appreciating the beauty of my own country. I am vaccinated and am very careful about COVID as well, so know if I'm in your home, I will be taking good care. I'm happy to take care of your pet in any way you need. The thing I have the hardest time with is saying goodbye to the little ones when it's time to go! I work for myself part-time on zoom (so I'm home a lot), so I set my own hours. This way I can work around the needs of your pet. I love cuddling and playing with pets. If it's allowed, I love having them up on the couch with me when I watch a movie, and don't mind them sleeping in my bed at night.

About: Since I was 16, I have been the go to pet/home sitter for the church I grew up in. Word spread quickly of my reliability and soon, it became a full “part-time” gig. I’ve cared for birds, cats, dogs of ALL sizes, reptiles, fish, mice and lots of other gerbil sized fluff balls. Along with classic domesticated animals, I’m also familiar with caring for a handful of farm animals such as; chickens, goats, and horses. I’m currently working in the wonderful world of Wilderness Therapy. This means I work 15 days in the field and then have 13 days off. During these 2 week periods of free time, I would be honored to care for and get to know your pets! I’m primarily offering housesitting and drop in visits as I have 2 feline friends, Chloe and Noir, at home that are wary of “strangers”. I will spend as much time at your home with your furry child as you’d like, even staying the night if you’d prefer. The mornings and afternoons are dedicated to the doggos, specifically going on walks or getting some exercise! I am a reliable and trustworthy character that is honored to have this opportunity to snuggle and play with your hairy loved ones.

About: I love all animals and love giving them the care and attention you do! If your dog is up for it, I'll take them for a run or to the dog park near my house. Getting outside and running around are very important if your dog is able. As are snuggles, of course. I have a flexible schedule and am happy to do whatever your pup needs. I have a year old Aussie-Hound mix pup also and she loves to play with other dogs. She will be with me most of the time and is a great partner for old or young dogs. I think communication is key, especially in watching your pet! To ensure trust and allow you to rest easy, I'm happy to text and send photos throughout my time with your sweet animal! I feel that it's an honor to be trusted with your pet. I work full time but have flexibility in my schedule to be home with your pets, take them on walks or hikes, play, feed, and snuggle, of course. I live on a private spacious farm with lots of rooms for dogs to run and play. My pup loves other dogs too. Your pets safety and care is the upmost importance!
