About: I've had have two dogs in my life: Daphne (an labradoodle) and Solo (a Scottie). I love them so much and because of that, I love dogs as a whole. I was a volunteer at the Odell Dog shelter as a Dog walker. There, I met amazing dogs like Roxy (a husky). As a whole, I love dogs and I am good at walking them! I hope to start working on June 16th. From there, I am available from Tuesday to Saturday in the afternoon. This is a part time for me so I am working for only a few hours. However, for those few hours, I trust your dog is going to have a fun walk! I am going to be a dog walker so I am not going to be at your a home a lot. However, I am great with dogs at home. I have taken care of my two dogs at home for years!

About: I’m a single, remote worker with no pets of my own that’s got many pets in my life who I love! I’ve done pet sitting on both coasts ranging from elderly pets like dogs and cats to your non traditional like birds, goats, chickens, and pigs. I offer personalized services for your beloved family members like reading out loud, tucking them in for bed, taking them on hikes, out for a pup cup, play time, dressing them, to watching their favorite shows. Let me love your babies and I’ll show you a happy loved one! I’m single, a work from home school counselor, and have no pets of my own so I’m flexible to come to your space to do let your pet out, do long check-ins, walks, play, to overnight or extended stays. During the school year (August to Mid-May), I take a break from 12:30pm to 1:30pm and finish by 4 to 4:30pm. If you have wireless internet, I can bring my work with me so you have peace of mind your loved one can stay in their own space and not have any stress of being moved around. In my home, I do my best to make them feel at home and comfortable. I can bring their beds, toys, etc into my space and have a great, walkable area for them to explore all the smells. I am above a garage with a small porch that I can block off and hang outside with them. I love to love on your babies and introduce them to my local family and friends, especially my online students. My place is not huge, but I’ve hosted small to larger pets like labradors. For my clients, I have dropped in for a period of time, done overnights, extended stays, and even traveled and taken care of multiple pets and some farm animals to help them feel at ease knowing their babies are being taken care of like plant watering, egg harvesting, to mail and package pickup. I love to be around animals and work hard to ensure they feel loved, cared for, and a bit spoiled!

About: Ive been a licensed veterinary technician for 3 years, and left to pursue tattoo school. I am certified in Fear Free techniques for extra shy pups! I’m very experienced with all types of pups. My schedule is very open right now and flexible for whatever you may need! Also flexible for overnight stays and housesitting. I love to hike and walk the nearby trails, I would love for your pet to join me! I unfortunately cannot have pets at my rental, but I would love to come to you for any pet care needs. I am more than happy to maintain clean an environment for your pet and be a mindful guest for your furry friend.

About: I live in The Dalles and work in Hood River, im happy to travel for your pet, just ask! As a pawrent to 4 yr old husky I have a lot of mileage with high energy, smart, and stubborn breeds. I also know we can all use a hand sometimes with our furry companions and I’m here to help lighten the load when life picks up. I am available for walks during the week days at lunch hour, after 5:30 pm, and weekends. About: Hello, Friends. I'm an all around animal lover. Born on a farm in Oregon, I'm use to diverse animal behaviors and care. My services include dog walking and house and pet sitting. I also provide horse feed, walks, and other farm animal care while you're home or away. As an active person, and beach lover, your pet is always welcomed to have some outdoor fun with me and go for a run or some water time. I'm First-AID and CPR trained for dogs and other furry pets so you know your best buds will be in great care while they are with me. I look forward to hearing from you and meeting your pet(s). My Schedule: I work from home part-time so my schedule is very flexible. My routine is based around the pets care and needs. I do attend dance every Tuesday and Thursday for two hours, so I will be away during the evening for two hours. Environment: I keep a very clean and safe environment for all pets in my home. I have experience in training pups, taking extra special care of older dogs and cats, and I’m also comfortable giving medical attention and have experience with it. I give your pet lots of care and attention while keeping your home tidy; making sure to stick to their routines so that your pet is able to stay comfortable when you’re away. I also handle basic care like cleaning litter boxes, picking up after dogs, and giving medications if required.

About: I've been on Rover for over five years and I’ve been taking care of family and neighbor pets since I was little. My childhood pets have now passed on but I took care a of my dog with heart issues and learned CPR to take care of her. I’ve also volunteered at a couple animal shelters, so I’ve learned how to take care of pets with different types of issues. I currently work 4 days a week. I don’t have a set days that I work but I work in the mornings 7-10am and the evenings 5-10pm. So, there will be days where I would have to be away for up to 6 hours. Any of my free time, I would be hanging with your pet! :) I can’t have pets at my own house but I always make the pets feel very comfortable in their houses. I try to understand how they want to be loved, by cuddles or by a little bit of space. The pets are always my number 1 priority.

About: I've taken care of my own animals (cats and dogs) for the last 15+ years. I love being around animals sometimes more than people! I am able to take your dogs for walks, care for your cats when you are out of town. I have two dogs of my own so for boarding our dogs must get along well. I work from home 90% of the time so it's easy for me to fit pet care into my schedule. My own dogs get a few walks per day, plus playtime in the yard. I will care for yours as if they were my own. I have a fenced in yard. When I'm walking dogs, I'll keep them on leash unless you specify otherwise and I feel confident with your dog. When caring for cats, I'll always play with them a little if they enjoy that before/after feeding time - as well as change the litter box.

About: Hi my name is Aya I live in downtown Hood River in my own home with a fenced back yard. My boyfriend of 3 years and friend for over a decade lives with me but is often gone for work. Looking to help others while enjoying having a furry friend to keep me company. My little old man dog Vader passed away few years ago, he was almost 15. Had him since he was a pup and fostered many dogs at the local dog shelter in the past. My boyfriend and I are both helicopter pilots, fire fight in the summers and have most of the winters off. Majority of my time is spent at home, out in the garden or walking around the neighborhood. Come spring work starts to get busy. Rest assure if I’m watching your furry family member I will be home majority of every day working on the house being craft or out in the garden. Dog walks in my neighborhood are very safe and there’s a trail close to my house we can walk to. I am “on call” for 2 weeks every two weeks until fire season starts AND I will have annual training at some point in Feb. which is why I only have openings for one week or so at a time. I have a fenced yard with a dog door that can be closed if I leave but I usually keep it closed when I watch new dogs and definitely ones that can jump fences. My neighboorhood is very safe and I have security cameras around the perimeter and well as an alarm system.

About: I love with a golden retriever but still love to take care of others to get my dog fix in. Dogs are my favorite animal and I would love to spend some time with yours while you’re away. I can run, walk, feed, throw balls or frisbees and give them lots of belly rubs. I am not a certified trainer but have experience training my old two labs and know how to train them. I will walk rain or shine and we will have so much fun. I’m excited to meet your puppies soon!!! I work full time but the fall and winter are pretty quiet for me. I am able to let dogs out during lunch, etc. I'm always happy to make some extra time to get outside with dogs too! Dogs will be kept in the house or on a leash unless we are in a fenced in area. The house is clean so there's nothing not too much trouble to get into!

About: I have lived with dogs and cats my whole life. I now have a dog and cat of my own which are living with me. I am working full time so can tend to your pets usually after 4 PM but sometimes earlier. I will usually not be available for weekends. I take my dog for long walks down the trail every day and make sure he gets plenty of play time while at home. I always have water available and live in a low trafficked wildlife area.

About: For as long as I can remember there have been dogs in my life. My family had always had dogs and I have learned to take care of them from a young age. I have also been dog sitting for many years and have taken on many different duties that include walking, feeding, bathing, and even providing medicine and care for doggos with special needs. I am currently a student at Fordham University in New York City. I have classes 2 days a weeks and for 2 hours at a time. About: (Please no dogs bigger than 60 lbs.) I am a retired teacher who loves dogs! Your dog will become part of our family during their stay with access to a fenced yard, a neighborhood park, plenty of walks and lots of snuggles. We have a backyard deck and front porches perfect for lounging and watching the world go by. I would be happy to help take care of any dog that gets along well with other dogs. I have experience with many dog personalities and temperaments from volunteering at Austin Pets Alive and Hood River Adopt-A-Dog. My availability is flexible and I am typically home the majority of the day. I will send frequent pictures and updates while you are away. We are able to watch 2 dogs from the same family, but we do tend to only have pets from one family at a time. We will send a link for a brief survey when we receive your boarding request in order to help us get to know your pup better. We take walks in wooded areas, so we ask that visiting dogs be on a flea/tick preventative. Also, we ask that visiting pups be comfortable negotiating laminate stairs since we live in a 3 story house. Thanks! We are retired and so are available to care for your pup. We will take your dog for a daily walk at one of the many outdoor natural spaces that the area has to offer. We have a fenced back yard which is accessed from the 2nd floor. If your dog prefers to cuddle in a crate, we have a crate.
