1. Nathan P.
“Nathan is incredible with animals! He has stepped up and taken care of many pets and used to have his own. I have seen dogs and cats alike that aren't the most keen on people immediately take to Nathan, letting him pet them and even snuggling up with him. Nathan followed caretaking instructions carefully, making sure the pets were comfortable and safe. He is always caring, loving, and gentle with animals and I highly recommend him!”

About: I am very fascinated with service animal training and love researching about it and plan to become a licensed trainer one day. I am very passionate about helping our pets help us even more than they already do and improve the lives of people with disabilities and mental illnesses. I have a large fenced yard for your pup to play in and a home with plenty of space for housing overnight. I am very active and would love to take a new running buddy with me during my workouts or adventures, long boarding or hiking! We run a family business so I can be very flexible during the week to care for your pups! We like to be active and my husband is training for a half marathon and loves to take high energy dogs with him on his long runs! I have been long-boarding for over a decade and love to give high energy leash pullers the workout of their lives😂 I have a large fenced backyard and tie outs for any escape artists. There’s a paved nature trail and dog park less than 1/2 mile from our house. I have lots of toys, treats, and a large dog bed. We do have a cat we keep locked upstairs blocked by a full size door at the bottom of the stairs and an additional gate at the top. We take up to 4 dogs at a time from multiple households, so there may be overlap or overnights with other dogs. We try to keep separate households separated when unsupervised just as a precaution. Please let me know if your dog has any social problems with other dogs.
12. Nicky B.
“Nicky really helped us out during the holidays with our cat, and took the time to send us photos and updates every time she came by to check in on our cat. Couldn't recommend her more!”

About: From growing up with 2 dogs to currently having a dog of my own, I understand the love that pet owners have for their furry friends! As a nurse, I have a genuine passion for helping others (and dogs!) and ensuring their safety and wellbeing. I’ll be sure to care for your pup like they’re my own! I work 3 12 hour shifts a week with a schedule that repeats itself every 3 weeks. My days off are wide open to provide care for your pet. It’s important that I understand the boundaries and commands you have established with your dog so I can continue to care for your pet in the same way you do. For drop in visits, it’s important that I know your pet’s routine, where items are, and how to get your pets attention. For walks, I would clarify where you want me to walk, how long, and any precautions I need to know about regarding how your dog interacts with others in public.

16. Robert S.
“I recently had the pleasure of entrusting my beloved furry friend to Robert and I couldn't be happier with the exceptional care and service he provided. Robert is truly a dog lover! From the moment I reached out to Robert on Rover.com, his professionalism and prompt communication stood out. He was quick to respond to my inquiries, and we were able to schedule a meet-and-greet to ensure a good fit for my dog's needs and personality. I appreciated his attention to detail and the genuine interest he showed in getting to know my dog's habits, preferences, and any specific instructions. Robert provided a safe and comfortable environment for my furry companion, treating my dog as if they were their own. Regular updates, including photos and videos, were sent to me, allowing me to see that my dog was happy and content while in their care. This level of communication brought peace of mind, especially when I had to be away from my pup for an extended period. He made sure my dog received plenty of exercise. I would highly recommend them to any pet owner seeking a reliable and caring dog sitter and I will definitely be reaching out to Robert for any future dog-sitting needs!”
17. Jessica F.
“Jessica is a wonderful pet sitter. She truly cares about the well-being of our animals (cats, dogs, and fish). She will send us photos and videos of our pets to ease our minds during our travels. She will also stay to play, cuddle, and chill out with them rather than a quick stop by to feed and water, then leave. She takes her time to get to know each pet, their personalities, and their quirks. She is caring, responsible, and truly enjoys taking care of animals. We fully trust her with our fur and fin children.”
18. Tera M.
“Tera is trustworthy, responsible and very kind. She has a gentle soul and a passion for animals. I would absolutely recommend Tera to work with Rover as I know the pets would love her!”
