About: Growing up, my parents ensured I was surrounded by animals as much as possible! We always had dogs growing up. Since I was an out-of-state student in college, I began Rover to be able to connect with pets near me. I now live in Iowa City, as I attend Graduate School at the University of Iowa. My girlfriend and I just adopted a cat, so I am also gaining experience with cats!! I am a graduate student at the University of Iowa studying School Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis. I work at the UIowa Children’a Hospital Center for Disabilities and Development a couple of days a week- but my hours are flexible. I do have classes all day on Tuesdays, Thursday nights, and Friday mornings. In my home I have a very big backyard where we can go out and play and I have a fenced in patio where we can hang out at outdoors. We can always go inside as well as my house is spacious.

About: I have grown up with dogs and animals of all sizes my whole life! I currently have a family dog back at home in Illinois (cavachon, 6 years old) who I miss taking care of deeply. I am in med school here in Iowa city for the summer and have very flexible hours, weekends, and payment choices! As I mentioned earlier, I am an ultrasound student in Iowa City Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm. I have certain days off through the week / available almost every weekend! I live at a graduate student / health care worker apartment complex with a dog park and lots of grass and greenery / walking trails all around the complex! Very animal friendly buildings.
