“Michelle was amazing with our usually very shy and reserved cats. She was a new sitter to me as my old, much cherished sitter is no longer available. I had literally just moved, my home still mostly in boxes, and had to take a business trip out of town. I did what I could to ensure my cats were situated with all of their comfort items and all of their spaces within the home unpacked and secure before leaving. Michelle came into that situation/chaos and took charge. She was even able to pet one kitty by the end and capture a few photos of my most timid. Just got back from a short vacation where Ashley watched my three cats and she did a great job! We had an issue with getting into my condo but she spent a whole 10 minutes making sure she could get in to take care of them. My cats are shy but after the first visit all of them had come out of hiding and photos and updates on the status of their food and water litterboxes were given after every visit!
