“I had Oscar do a last minute drop in for my pups, and he was fantastic! He followed all instructions perfectly, was right on time, and kept me updated with great communication and lots of pictures (which I really appreciated!). My dogs are super happy, and I will definitely be booking with him again!”

“I feel incredibly grateful to have found such a wonderful person to care for my cat, Yazmin. I needed someone I could trust on fairly short notice before a trip, and from the very beginning she made that possible. She took the time to come introduce herself beforehand so we could meet, and that alone meant so much to me. From the moment we met, I could sense her genuine love for animals. She has such a warm, nurturing spirit, and it gave me immediate peace knowing Yazmin would be in caring hands. While I was away, she sent photos and updates that reassured me my baby was safe, comfortable, and being loved. Leaving a pet behind is never easy, but she truly made the experience feel effortless and worry-free. Knowing Yazmin was being cared for by someone so kind, attentive, and trustworthy allowed me to fully enjoy my trip. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who will care for their pets not just responsibly, but with real heart. Yazmin and I are both so thankful. 🐾✨”

“Nina was awesome! This was my first time leaving my pets with anyone while my family and I were away on vacation, and she made the entire experience stress-free. My dogs don’t get along with just anyone, they’re very high-energy, but from the moment they met Nina, they instantly connected with her. That gave me a lot of peace of mind while we were away. Nina was extremely attentive and detail-oriented. She sent photos during every check-in, kept us updated throughout the whole process, and even provided photo proof that the house was secure. She also cleaned up any messes, brought in packages that were left outside, and truly went above and beyond what was asked of her. I will definitely book with her again, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter! too!”

“I am so thankful for her! My babies were well fed and cared for while I was on vacation. And they had nice clean litter boxes. Loved my daily updates of who greeted her at the door and the funny pictures! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thank you SO MUCH. I'm planning a longer trip for May so I will be trying to book you then as well!!!”

“Jovanni sent me pics of my babies every time she visited them. She told me about the “talks” she had with each and how the walks went. I was very at ease being away knowing they were being loved on and cared for as if they were her own. ❤️”

“Michelle was amazing with our usually very shy and reserved cats. She was a new sitter to me as my old, much cherished sitter is no longer available. I had literally just moved, my home still mostly in boxes, and had to take a business trip out of town. I did what I could to ensure my cats were situated with all of their comfort items and all of their spaces within the home unpacked and secure before leaving. Michelle came into that situation/chaos and took charge. She was even able to pet one kitty by the end and capture a few photos of my most timid. That says ALOT because frequently, this kitty hides so effectively with sitters they cannot even provide a "proof of life" photo of her. I came home to clean litter boxes and happy, stress free cats. If you need a cat sitter, Michelle is the one. I will definitely be using her again.”

Thank you so much, Michelle! I loved being able to leave town and feel like my kitties were in great hands. My confidence was not misplaced. Michelle did a great job of communicating and following my instructions for feeding my 5 cats. I would totally recommend her!

We had a great experience with her! She responded quickly, was reliable, and took excellent care of our cats while we were away. Our pets clearly felt comfortable with her and seemed very happy. Everything went smoothly, and we felt at ease knowing they were in good hands. We would definitely recommend her and would be happy to book with her again.

Serena was great. As a first time user, I was nervous about leaving my pets. As soon as I met Serena, I felt instantly comfortable. She did everything as was requested of her and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend her and will be using her again.

Just got back from a short vacation where Ashley watched my three cats and she did a great job! We had an issue with getting into my condo but she spent a whole 10 minutes making sure she could get in to take care of them. My cats are shy but after the first visit all of them had come out of hiding and photos and updates on the status of their food and water litterboxes were given after every visit!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
