Hi! I’m Ashley, and I’ve worked in the mental health field for years, but dog sitting has always been my favorite job. 🩷 I recently earned my bachelor’s in nursing, but no matter what else I do, spending time with animals always brings me the most peace and joy. 🐈 🐕 🐢 🐇 🦔 I started Rover back in 2022 when I was living in Homestead, and over time, I built the most amazing relationships with repeat clients. In fact, this past year I was living in Sarasota for nursing school, and one of my longtime clients asked if I could come back to South Florida just to care for their dog during their wedding weekend. They told me that while they’d found a new sitter since I moved, no one gives them peace of mind like I do. That kind of trust means the world to me. I feel incredibly lucky that so many people have trusted me with their babies time and time again. Rest assured, safety is my priority. I'll make sure your pup is in a secure environment and closely supervised at all times. Plus, I have experience with pups of all shapes, sizes, and personalities, so no dog is too energetic or too shy for me. I understand that your dog is a cherished member of your family, so I will regularly send pics and updates for your peace of mind.

Just got back from a short vacation where Ashley watched my three cats and she did a great job! We had an issue with getting into my condo but she spent a whole 10 minutes making sure she could get in to take care of them. My cats are shy but after the first visit all of them had come out of hiding and photos and updates on the status of their food and water litterboxes were given after every visit!
Ashley took great care of my cats. They were healthy and happy when I came home. Much appreciated!
Ashley was very communicative and responsible. Appreciate her spending time with our two kitties over Thanksgiving! She sent the cutest pictures!

We loved having Ashley help take care of our fur baby, Stormy. He is a very shy and sweet boy, who needs gentle approach. She did amazing. We received pictures of him and knew he was safe.

Schedule
I have a pretty flexible schedule and I especially like to leave my evenings and weekends open for Rover bookings! :) I rarely ever turn down a booking request.
