About: Hello! I am a part time web designer and full timer carer or my geriatric cats. One I have to wrestle (nicely) to give her meds, and the other is a kind boy who lets me stick needles in his back 3 times a week for fluid treatment. At this time I only do once-daily drop in visits in in the afternoon or evening. I have cared for pets from as large to big drooling Great Pyrenees to blind border collies. Happy to check up on and walk your dog for whatever they need! I have limited experience with medications but am happy to give it a try if your dog has special medication requirements. I work from home so am generally available most afternoons and evenings for check ups. I may not be available on days I have to take my own pet to the vet, but otherwise I'm happy to help out! For cats, a typical drop-in will include litter box cleaning, playtime, food and water refill, and a photo sent to you. For dogs, this will vary on time of day (eg if you need them crated or not at night) but will consist of a walk, poop scoop, food and water refill, and a photo sent to you.

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is that, I have an infinite amount of patience with pets, I often come off overly professional as far as training within the skills I have, lastly, why dog, puppy, cat, or kitten doesn’t need more love in their life? I needed to get a sitter on short notice that could provide insulin injections for my recently diagnosed cat with diabetes, along with four additional healthy cats. Natalie came over for a "Meet and Greet" to get familiar with Ike (the diabetic cat) and his feeding and injection schedule and the layout of where to find him if he hides. Ike was immediately comfortable with her and I wasn't worried about her ability to handle the injection schedule. Natalie provided updates on every visit and reassured me that Ike was doing well and sent pictures of him. I felt that she did an excellent job of caring for all my cats and will definitely schedule her for the next time I need someone to care for Ike and the other cats.

sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
