Inside the play yards, we closely supervise interactions and intervene when necessary, with staff trained to recognize signs of stress. Our facility features secure fencing, multiple gates, and doors to prevent escapes. Additionally, we sanitize with veterinary-grade disinfectant multiple times daily and use air-filtration systems, including UV disinfection technology, to remove harmful bacteria and viruses.

We are so grateful to have gotten daily beautiful pics and seeing how comfortable she felt was truly a huge peace of mind. Tofu was so happy that she asked to book the next trip with them in June. 😋 The only complaint is that Tofu may not want to come back home! “This was our first experience with rover. I hope every sitter is like Amir. He was awesome! Some quick background. We are from San Diego, but drove up to WeHo, stayed in a "very" dog friendly hotel and had dinner reservations nearby. Our plan was to have someone hang out in our hotel room with Jeter while we were at dinner. Jeter is a 7 month old puppy, who is great with new people and in new environments, but is still young. We work from home and never leave him alone. This would be a first, so we were a little nervous. We communicated regularly with Amir in advance, and he always responded quickly. He got to the hotel early, allowing us plenty of time to make it to dinner. Jeter took an instant liking to Amir. Lots of hugs and kisses right away. We instantly felt at ease. We ended up being out to dinner 4-5 hours. No problem for Amir. We also got photo updates of Jeter, even though we said they weren't necessary. It was obviously a short visit but we would definitely trust Amir to watch our fur baby for an extended period of time as well.”
