“Hoss is amazing!!! They were available on unreasonably short notice when the original sitter I had booked randomly disappeared. Our dogs were obsessed with Hoss from the first moment, and I have no doubt our precious ones felt safe and cared for the entire time. On top of looking after two finicky pups (one is elderly and requires medication, one is shy and stubborn, and they are both bratty), they took great care of our home and made sure to send us updates, even going out of their way to hand feed our little girl her kibbles when she went on hunger strike because of our absence. Hoss is attentive and understanding, a true animal lover. And to top it all off they have a great personality, radiating kindness and fun energy. We would be lucky to have them sit for us again. 10/10 highly recommend.”

About: I have been caring for dogs and cats my entire life and enjoy their company. I had two Labradors and four cats sharing my home, who have since gone over the Rainbow Bridge. My sister has a middle-aged rescue brindle, a two-year-old calico cat, and a Retriever puppy that I assist caring for which fills that furry gap. My diversity in caring for old and young dogs is extensive along with varieties of dogs from Labradors to Pittbull-mixes to Bassett Hounds. I love how pets fill our hearts with love and affection and I enjoy being with them, caring and playing with them. Being retired I can spend as much time as needed to care for your fur babies. My versatile schedule allows me availability to be with them whenever needed to let them out, play, feed and check on them. I look forward to meeting them, and you. I have done house and pet sitting for many years bringing experience and attention to every home and pet I meet. One of my goals is to bring comfort when you are away knowing your home and pets are well cared for. My first priority is to be mindful of the location of each dog and cat while there. Safety is most important, being aware of closed doors and gates to avoid any mishaps and alert to anything on the floor or within reach that could be ingested. Every pet has their unique habits and I am careful to learn those from you and them and focus on their needs. She had an amazing idea to come to our home when we were getting ready to leave to assist our babies in their transition period. Seven took great care of my two Siberian Huskies and my home. From the moment I met Seven he was very kind and laughed easily, so I felt very comfortable leaving my pups and home in his care while I went on a Valentines gettaway with my family. He was very patient when I was still packing after he arrived. He took my dogs for walks, one at a time, even when it was raining. My home was clean when I got home and the dishwasher was emptied. I loved the pics he sent too! One of my dogs usually howls a lot when I let them in from outside, but he was pretty quiet. Which let me know he was content and had spent time with Seven. Thank you very much!! I would hire Seven again, and recommend him. He's a wonderful pet sitter!
Kirsten was great with my dog and cat! I had a slightly last minute 4 day trip and she was able to still come over for a meet and greet beforehand and then watch my fur babies for those few days. Kristen stayed overnight and walked my dog during the day which he absolutely loved. She provided great updates and pictures while watching them. I highly recommend her services and will definitely be planning on reaching out when needed in the future!
Madelynne was very good with our cats and senior dogs. We aren't always comfortable leaving them with sitters as they've gotten older. She had to deal with a small medical emergency with one of our senior dogs, and administer medicine. She did great. From all signs Abrianna worked magic with our Taitie. He can be very independent but also very loving. When Abri came for our meet-and-greet, Taitie warmed up to her immediately, which is not his usual reaction. We were reassured by that interaction, as we were by the pictures and video she texted us while away, that he was with someone who genuinely cared about him. Clearly, Taitie was reassured as well. A win-win!
A dedicated, trustworthy sitter. Daniel went the extra mile in so many regards for us yet again, we wouldn't have anyone else. Our 2025 Christmas trip ended in a twelve hour delay through Ohare International. Daniel was gracious and accommodated us through that delay, kept us updated, and stayed flexible as weather and other unforeseen issues kept cropping up late into the night. Arriving home at 4am to well cared for dogs and hotel level preparations + cleaning was amazing. It isn't the first time Daniel has left the place better than he found it; it's an extraordinary level of care for a home. The most important thing is the care he gives our pups. It's easy to see that they've had the company they needed. They're not in a panic and they're properly fed. We have three fifty pound females that are a handful. They don't like to eat when we're gone, and they have resource guarding problems that Daniel has always managed extremely well. This time was no exception. We got daily pictures and updates and the ladies ate every day which is no small feat. I'm sure we're going to still be finding the above-and-beyond things he did for us for the next several days. Laundered linens, bonus snacks, and pressure-washed patio pavement (just cause he likes doing it!) are the tip of the iceberg. We're so grateful to have managed to book him in time for this trip, holiday travel is stressful enough and not having to worry about our ladies or home is the biggest relief. Thank you Daniel!
Maleah is one of the best pet sitters we’ve ever had. She’s professional, communicative, and reliable. We were able to enjoy our trip knowing that Maisie was in good hands. She left our home pristine and Maisie was clearly content when we came home. A sign that she was well taken care of! We definitely hope to have Maleah stay again!
Talia house sat for me right before the Thanksgiving holiday. I reached out relatively late and Talia got back to me really quickly and set up a meet a greet. My pup seemed happy when I got home and the house was in great condition. Talia even cleaned up when my neighbor dog broke in an tipped over a plant! 🙃 Grateful!
Amie was amazing! Very communicative and quick with responses. She was very thorough when meeting the dogs which made us feel at ease. I have a generally anxious dog that I’ve never left with anyone else and Amie was able to make her feel comfortable and work with her. I really appreciated the frequent updates and picture of my dogs while I was away. Definitely will be using her in the future!
