About: If you're looking for a family to pour out love and affection to your pets while you're away and to give them an incredible experience in a beautiful location, look no further! We have a three story house, over an acre of fenced in yard, with over 10 private acres of woods and a creek to explore on walks. With a stay-at-home wife, homeschooled (and incredibly responsible) kiddos, and a family that adores caring for all types of animals, we can ensure that your pet will be given nonstop love and attention while you're away! As long as your pet is good with kids (we also have a two year old), this is an incredibly loving home that will make you feel completely at ease about your pet's wellbeing while you're away! My work schedule is quite flexible and my wife and kids are almost always at home. She's a stay at home mom and our kids our homeschooled, so your pet will get an abundance of love, care, and attention! We have a large fenced in yard, an amazing golden retriever who is used to being around all sorts of other animals, and plenty of room within the house to ensure your pet has adequate room and feels safe.

About: I’ve always loved animals and enjoy caring for them. I currently care for seven chickens, which has taught me responsibility, consistency, feeding, and paying close attention to their needs. I’ve also cared for my mom’s dog while she was away and helped care for my sister’s puppy. About: When I was 10 years old, I presented my parents with a powerpoint of why they should get me a dog… it didn’t work. Every day for the next 7 years, I asked them if they had changed their minds yet and it was always a no. When I was 17, they finally said yes! That dog changed my life forever, and eventually we adopted a second dog. Ever since I moved out of my parents house and into my own apartment, I have dreamt of getting a dog of my own. I've said it many times now but Tracy is simply the best. Here is an anecdote on how amazing my wife and I think she is. It was very short notice but my wife and I wanted to get away. She is almost always available so I didn't check her schedule. Turns out, the last day of our hastily planned trip, she was unavailable for the first time ever. *gasp* Rover is great and all. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
