About: I’ve always loved animals and enjoy caring for them. I currently care for seven chickens, which has taught me responsibility, consistency, feeding, and paying close attention to their needs. I’ve also cared for my mom’s dog while she was away and helped care for my sister’s puppy. I have a flexible schedule right now and would love the opportunity to give your pets plenty of attention, playtime, and care. While I’m not quite ready to have a pet of my own, pet sitting feels like the perfect way for me to spend time with animals and provide them with the love and attention they deserve. I’m currently taking two classes on Monday and Wednesday mornings, each for about two hours. I also enjoy going to the gym and have a flexible schedule around my seven-year-old son’s school schedule. I’m usually up around 7 AM and have plenty of availability throughout the week. I’m happy to communicate with each pet parent and work together to find a schedule that works well for everyone. I understand that some owners prefer minimal communication while they’re away, so I try to respect that while still keeping them updated when needed. My home has plenty of space for pets to relax and play, along with a fully fenced backyard where they can safely go potty and enjoy some outdoor time. We have a calm, quiet home with few people coming and going, which helps pets feel comfortable. There is usually someone home, so pets are rarely left alone. If they do need to be alone, it would typically be no longer than 2–3 hours.

About: I have loved and been around dogs my entire life, but I am open to working with many different types of animals. As an adult I have always had a multi-dog household and have had a wide variety of breeds and personalities in my care. I began fostering dogs 15 years ago and have worked with several shelters and rescues. Fostering has brought many dogs into my life and I have learned an immense amount from each of them. I only practice force free training methods, I understand everyone has different experiences and does what works for them, but I am not comfortable using a shock collar. I have dealt with many dogs with many kinds of behavioral and medical issues and would say I am a very experienced dog owner. I tend to be the go-to person for friends and family with dog questions and will treat your animals with great care and compassion. Currently I have four dogs of my own, and cannot offer in-home boarding services because of that. However, I am happy to come watch your pets at your house and my partner will stay home with ours. I have the ability to work from home, so as long as you have strong WiFi I can be home with your pets as much as needed. My own dogs are very high needs and require a lot of baby gates and medical management, so chances are whatever your situation is, I can handle it. I personally know how hard it can be to find people you can trust with your beloved pets, and I am confident I can be that person for you. I work Monday thru Friday approximately 8am to 5pm, but have the option to work remotely, so I have flexibility of staying home with your pets as needed. I am happy to stay home with your pets, but would like flexibility to leave for up to 4 hours to take care of personal items. I can follow your preferred care instructions.

My first official job in high school was working for PetsMart in their PetsHotel. As an adult, my family and I have our own furry, scaly, and aquatic family members that we love dearly. I currently work a flexible hybrid schedule so it would be very easy to add drop-in care and activity time to my day to day schedule. Overnight stays could be easily scheduled with advanced notice. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
