About: I had a cat that I rescued from the side of the road and cared for and loved for two years. He became a very special part of our family and taught me so much about caring for and understanding cats. Although we eventually had to rehome him, we were able to place him with a close family member, so we still get to visit him often. About: I am a lifelong pet owner and animal lover, and former volunteer for The Animal Foundation. After taking an extended break to finish my degree and move to the Pacific Northwest, I'm ready to start my pet-sitting business back up! I have experience with senior dogs and medically complex dogs, as well as puppies. Both my spouse and I currently work from home. I am full-time student wrapping up my History degree, and my spouse is a software developer working on an indie game, so your pup will be my main focus while they're here! There is also always a car available to take your dog to your preferred vet if needed, or take them on a fun adventure on one of our local hiking trails. We'll wake up in the morning, have outside time, go for a walk or to the park down the street if desired. They'll have breakfast and then free rein of the house for whatever they'd like to do. If they have favorite games they like to play with you at home, I'd love to learn them while your pups are in my care! We usually feed Rosie dinner around 7, but we're happy to feed your dog on their schedule so they have the least number of disruptions to their routine possible. We can go for an evening walk, and they can spend the evening inside or in the backyard as much as they like. We have a comfy, relaxing, fun home environment. It's just me and my spouse, no roommates or kids. Our yard has grass and is fenced in, there is a park just down the street from our house with grass and a small wooded area, and we're about twenty minutes from the Lewis River trail and Lacamas Lake in opposite directions. Our house is cozy, comfy, and the dogs are welcome to sleep and lounge on any of the furniture. Rosie has her own room with a queen-sized bed that she often sleeps in, and they're welcome to sleep in there with her, in the living room on our large couch, or in our room with us.

Bones struggles with very very bad separation anxiety, & maría reassured me from the start that he was in good hands & would not be left alone. which has been a struggle in the past with previous sitters. Bones can also have some behaviors like jumping on people or the counter tops, & she did amazing setting that boundary with him not allowing him to hustle her & get away with being a menace! María kept me updated and sent me pictures quite often which i really appreciated! She made Bones & I feel comfortable & confident with our decision to go with her. she is so lovely & i would recommend her to anyone who may be worried leaving there pup w someone they don’t know! About: I have always had animals in my life; from cats, dogs, fish, hamsters, ferrets, the list goes on. My love for animals is immeasurable and I love spending my time helping others in need and getting to spend time with their fur babies. I’ve been watching friends’, family, and even co-workers’ animals for over 10 years. I am currently traveling with my husband while he works so I have plenty of free time in our new apartment in Camas, WA. We stay in a safe location and have ample space for nice, long walks as well as plenty of toys to keep your pup entertained! In the past couple years I have been doing a lot of pet sitting for people from my job and church, and I would love to branch that out to be able to meet more furry friends!
