About: I’ve been caring for pets for a few years, mostly for close friends and family. Whether it’s feeding, walking, or just keeping them company while their family is away, I’ve always treated pets as my own. I often help with housesitting and babysitting as well, so I’ve learned to also juggle multiple responsibilities. I’m currently home for the summer from college, although as back to school season starts, my last day in Bakersfield will be September 15th. With no current academic commitments, I am able to build my daily routine around the pets I care for! When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always do my best to keep their routines as normal and comfortable as possible. I’m not afraid to ask clarifying questions about your pets to ensure I am giving them the best care. :)

About: I’ve had many dogs and cats while growing up and with that, I’ve had to take careful care of them in their senior years with medications and their overall well-being. I’ve always been trusted to dog sit overnight at friend’s and family’s houses throughout the years. I am a 2nd year nursing student and currently have the summer off from school leaving me plenty of free time for watching and taking care of animals. My main priority with this job is pet safety of course. I’m very cautious when taking them on walks and when they are around unfamiliar dogs.

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was around ten years old. I have experience from pigs, bunnies, turtles, to cats and of course dogs! I have raised puppies of my own and senior dogs as well. About: I have experience walking big dogs as well as small dogs ranging from Great Danes to chihuahuas, I also grew up around big and small dogs including chihuahuas, German shepherds, pit bulls, and golden retrievers I am currently going to school online so I have a lot of free time during the day and night so I would love to help someone out and have something to do!! My home has a fenced in backyard and i could keep pet inside if preferred. In your home I will have no problem keeping up with your rules both inside and outside

“Joshua is a breath of fresh air for me and my poopers! He is extremely reliable, responsible and amazing with my doggos. You can tell he loves animals and mine sure do love him. He is so kind and respectful to them. (For example, this is one of many) My little girl is a stubborn puppy, he is so calm with her in his commands . He will tell her "no ma'am" in the nicest voice, when she jumps on him. This may be a small thing for some, but lemme tell you, she is as stubborn as they get. Additionally, he works on training them, on my puppies dominance issues, utilizing commands, and leash training. Honestly, I lucked out. He really goes above and beyond. If you need a person who is going to love your babies and reliably show up, Joshua is your man. I've been with Rover for over 5 years and Joshua supersedes the rest. About: I love and have cared for dogs since I was 15, I have patience for any breed and I have open availability. My most recent dog I cared for is a pug. He was a puppy and I trained him how to go on the pee pads and when he got a little older we went for walks. I always go for walks, always make sure the puppy/dog gets enough attention, food and water. I have watched all sizes of breeds from chihuahua to a husky, unfortunately because I just moved into an apartment I could not watch bigger breeds from home but I am always willing to drive to you! About: I was gifted my first dog on Christmas when I was 4 years old and learned to care and love him all his life. I’ll always remember my dog Chocolate as the best Christmas ever that also was the best gift I’ve ever received. He taught me to appreciate and love animals and to care for them accordingly. I cared for a family members pregnant dog and helped her give birth to her 6 puppies and care for them for the diary 3 weeks of there lives.
