About: I began to offer pet-sitting to friends and family just for some dog breath and tail wags in my life after my dog passed away. A family member told me about Rover and - here I am! I know how important pets are to the families they love and how important it is to have peace of mind that they are in good hands while you're away. I will ensure that your fur baby has all that they need while they wait on their favorite human/s to come home. I've taken care of a dogs for most of my life. My childhood dog was one of my best friends. We would play together for hours and I was responsible to feed, bathe, and clean up after him. He loved belly rubs and going with us on family walks. When the neighbor's dogs broke through the fence and attacked him, I was the one who flushed and cleaned his wounds, changed his bandages, and nursed him back to health after he came home from the vet. He became diabetic when he grew old and I gave him his insulin shots. I also had an outdoor cat, and pet sat for a neighbor who had an iguana, fish, water turtles, and cockatiels. As an adult, I adopted a pit-mix rescue and we enjoyed obedience training, going to the dog park, car rides for a pup cup, going for walks, and playing tug-of-war. Last year, he was diagnosed with an oral tumor and he needed lots of extra care during his last months. He needed medication 3 times a day, a specialized diet when it became difficult for him to eat kibble, and eventually hand-feeding for him to be able to eat at all. He passed away 14 years old. I wouldn't trade one minute. I'm currently working part-time in the morning and would love to spend my afternoons with animals. If you need someone to care for your pet mid-day, we're the perfect match. I provide care where your pet feels safest - in their own home environment. Please leave me detailed instructions so I know where to find their food and food bowl, leash, toys, medications, etc. If you have spacial boundaries for your pet such as not being allowed on the couch or bed, in specific rooms, or if they are outside-dog only, etc., please let me know so I can respect and enforce those boundaries.

About: Plenty of room for your furry friends to play. They will get lots of love and exercise on our 1 acre doggy haven. Your pets are sure to love it here🐶 I work from home and am able to give your pets all of the attention they desire. This leaves my pet sitting calendar pretty open. I have a fenced yard with a friendly bluetick coonhound named Hank that loves to play. I spend time playing with Hank multiple times per day as well as making sure he has everything he needs inside once he is done.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and have had many of my own. I love all breads of dogs, whether they’re big and beautiful or small and cuddly. I lost mine and being able to take care of yours will full my heart. I work and go to school both part time. My daily consists of going to class from 9:30-11 and then to work at 1:30-5:30. I have time before class and the 2 hours between work and class to give love and attention to any little furry friend. I live in a house with an all around brick wall and a lot of grass area for fun playing and running around. I also have some concrete areas

About: I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life. Currently, I have 2 small senior dogs. I am the go to person when family or friends need a petsitter. I’ve fostered a litter of kittens and cared for puppies. Overall, I’m very familiar with all age ranges. About: Past times I’ve pet sit/house sit the families have had multiple pets. I’ve taken care of up to 6 pets at once while working a part time job. I’m a reliable helper for your four legged friend, or friends! As a masters student, most of my classes are online asynchronous. I have worked with many veterinarians around Kern Country and have extensive background in animal health and care. From the age of 9 to 18 I was involved in 4-H where I won achievement awards and acknowledgement for my handling and caring for pets. I worked in a dog and cat boarding facility for 15 years feeding, cleaning and caring for pets while their owners were away. I have also assisted in pet grooming. About: Ive dog walked/sitted for about 9 years now, For friends, family, and really anybody that needs a helping hand. I love being around all types of pets and will treat them as my own! I currently work a part time job that is very low stress, so my schedule for pet care is all day 4 days a week! A big part of my dog care routine for my clients pets and my own pets is plenty of outside time. I am very cautious of any problems whith other dogs or triggers when walking.

About: I have taken care of many animals, including some that most would consider incredibly difficult, so if your pets need more care or attention that won’t be a problem. I have handled dogs that are aggressive towards other dogs so I know what to do in situations like that. I have also taken care of days old kittens and I understand how to care and provide for young animals. I am self employed and my schooling is online so I have no scheduling conflicts. I am available at any time of any day really. I am able to take care of your pet however you need me to. I have taken care of pets who needed a lot of supervision and pets that needed very little. I love going on walks with them and I will take them to parks or things like that if that’s something you would like! I am currently self employed so I can work around any schedule. When I do house sitting, I usually do my work during the day and take as many breaks as needed to stop by the house and take care of the pets, and then I spend the night time spending more time with them. I have taken care of all different types of pets ranging from low to high maintenance. I have experience with escape artists and I am very aware and take special attention to ensure no one gets out. I also have experience with aggressive pets and I know how to handle myself in difficult situations. I feel like this is especially important for dogs that require walks because I am extra aware of other dogs in the area and I am more attentive to make sure there aren’t any quarrels.
