About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of animals from dogs to rabbits. I have been a huge animal lover since I was a kid. I had a friend once joke and say that my pets had better health insurance than her because of how much I loved and cared for my pets. Clients, friends and family always ask me first if I can take care of their pets when they are gone. I am always reliable and love their pets as my own. I will let your dogs out for potty breaks in between my day at work. They will get unconditional love and attention. My best friend is my pug. My fur babies are my children and will treat your pet the same way. I’m self employed running my own business that has busy days and slow days. If I am responsible for the care of someone’s animals I will make sure to schedule around their care. Potty breaks, food and attention will be considered first. I am a very easy going and responsible person. I have a fenced yard and a doggy door. My pug is the biggest social butterfly and welcomes anyone who comes in our home including cats. She was raised with cats so she loves them like they are her people. Haha She loves to have new doggy friends too. I spoil her like crazy so your pet will be given the same attention and care. I take their safety very seriously. If you have rules for your pet in your home I will abide by those rules.

About: I've had dogs of all shapes in my house growing up: german shepherds, Yorkies, pit bulls and loooots of stray cats. I currently have 2 fur babies but I wish had more. I was the go-to kid in the neighborhood to check in on pets, play with them for energy, bathe and walk them and much more. I did it for fun, but looking back I probably should have charged $5 haha. I work from home and would love to help you out by watching, bathing, or walking your fur baby. I work from home and am very flexible in my hours. I am very familiar with dogs, cats and some rodent pets. I usually watch my friends' and family's dogs and cat while they are away and have no trouble fitting in plenty of walks and play time for them I make sure to respect the home and the owners while giving all my attention and time to the pets I'm watching. I also like to ask for particular tidbits that the animal's characters benefit from. (this goes from medications and feeding habits as well as things and behaviors to stay away from) For example, my pitbull needs a lot of attention but honestly, she just likes to be in the same room as everyone and likes to be talked to in funny voices whereas my Yorkie will just walk off and find a corner to crap in if she doesn't get enough attention and you will never know. I want pet parents to feel like they can forget about their pets while they are gone, it can be more trouble than it's worth to constantly worry and fret over your fur babies with a stranger.

About: I grew up living with different types of pets and have a degree in animal science. I have also fostered and volunteered at animal shelters I'm currently unemployed, so I'll have plenty of time to play and care for your pups. I'm available any time on weekdays and some weekends I have a fenced yard, space and friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. If needed I have crates for your pups to use

About: I have had dogs and cats all my life and now that I’m in the BEST years of that life (retired) I am able and ready to share all of my love and experience with new dogs and people! Although I can’t stay the night in your home, I CAN drop in, feed, play with, give snacks, even administer medication if needed, walk, and when it’s time for them to go to bed, make sure they are all tucked into bed. I can assure you that your fur baby will be loved and comfortable while your away- They will be treated with the love I give my own! As a retired person, I am living the dream, being a stay at home mom of fur children…let me love yours too! I am retired but my day starts with my three dogs at 5 in the morning, Everything I do revolves around them. They go out to use the bathroom then eat and come back in to sleep until around 7:30 then our actual day begins. Each Doodle goes on a mile and a half walk then my little pug, Sophia goes on her walk. Shes a senior so she only goes for as long as she can. This is a daily routine. They LOVE being outside so we spend almost all day outside on the patio playing when it’s nice…. They all love riding in the car so EVERYBODY at the bank, CVS, Dewars,Starbucks knows them by name. Where I go, they go! They have their spots in the car and they know their places. My kids are grown but I am definitely NOT an empty nester, they are my life and fulfill me 100%. For their safety with all the craziness happening in the world, as much as they love being outside, they are NEVER left outside when I am not home. They are brought inside and have been crate trained since they were 7 weeks old. It is their safe place and they love their crates. It’s where they sleep and where they eat too. Unfortunately I cannot offer in-home services, my home isn’t big enough for other animals and I am a realist-I would be mortified if something awful happened to a client’s pet, or mine, in my care.

About: I have 3 dogs myself and love them all to death I’ve watch 2 of a friends of ours and some are easy and some need company all the time willing to help anyway you need it for your furbaby I am at home helping out with my sisters so most of the day I am free… so I can be there anytime you need me to! I mainly watch at their house but I make sure to be respectful of their homes and clean up afterwards! I’ll be there as long as you need me to be or how long it takes to take care of them!

About: I have taken care of many animals, including some that most would consider incredibly difficult, so if your pets need more care or attention that won’t be a problem. I have handled dogs that are aggressive towards other dogs so I know what to do in situations like that. I have also taken care of days old kittens and I understand how to care and provide for young animals. I am self employed and my schooling is online so I have no scheduling conflicts. I am available at any time of any day really. I am able to take care of your pet however you need me to. I have taken care of pets who needed a lot of supervision and pets that needed very little. I love going on walks with them and I will take them to parks or things like that if that’s something you would like! I am currently self employed so I can work around any schedule. When I do house sitting, I usually do my work during the day and take as many breaks as needed to stop by the house and take care of the pets, and then I spend the night time spending more time with them. I have taken care of all different types of pets ranging from low to high maintenance. I have experience with escape artists and I am very aware and take special attention to ensure no one gets out. I also have experience with aggressive pets and I know how to handle myself in difficult situations. I feel like this is especially important for dogs that require walks because I am extra aware of other dogs in the area and I am more attentive to make sure there aren’t any quarrels.

About: I’ve been a pet owner and dog lover for the majority of my life. I grew up caring for my own animals as well as my neighbors, friends and family’s pets as well. I work from home full time (which my own pup loves!) so I have plenty of free time to take your pets on walks, feed them and play with them throughout the day. About: I am a Fear Free certified veterinary technician of 13 years who grew up in the show dog world (AKC) before getting into rescue as an adult. Throughout my long-lived animal career I have participated in puppy/kitten/basic obedience training, behavioral rehabilitation, dog sport training, senior care, care for animals with extreme medical needs, and owned/operated a group play doggie daycare. My jobs, hobbies, and passions are all centered around animals and I can't wait to bring that passion to you! I am home full-time, and available for puppies and animals with heavy needs. I have a fairly set schedule for all of the pets in my care, and that level of routine provides comfort to even the most nervous of pups. I am the only Fear Free pet carer in Bakersfield! I provide comforting classical music as well as calming pheromones in the sleeping spaces to make their stay as stress-free as possible. I have a fenced yard and never leave dogs together unsupervised. I do not provide an environment suitable for animals with a history of dog aggression. Small dogs I can be more flexible with, as their attitude usually comes from a place of fear and that is something I can work with for the little guys.

About: I’ve had many different types of pets in my lifetime, and I learned that every animal should be treated like a unique being. With different traits and tempers, care for each animal should be individualized. I love getting to know a pet and fulfilling their needs as wells as gaining experience! I’m currently a college student and have a part time job, I work 3-6 Monday-Friday. This being said, I have plenty of time before or after the to walk/check on an animal. No pet need is an inconvenience to me! When walking a dog I make it an individual experience, only one dog at a time. Or on the occasion, dogs of the same household. When checking on pets inside their own home, I make sure to check for any sort of mess or area that a pet may escape from. A home security is very important to me, this means locking up properly and making sure the pet has all essentials.

I am currently a student so besides school I have a free schedule to take properly take care of your fur babies. I am also available weekends and sometimes even same-day! I have 2 fur babies super friendly and always wanting to play. They can be inside and free and can also be outside and free, we have a very secure gate in the front and back. I have lots of toys and activities to keep them busy or I also have beds if they feel they ever need a rest.

About: I have taken care of dogs for a long time and have had relatives rely on me to care for them. I understand that dogs are a beloved family member and give them the love and care they need. I currently work full time from 4am-12pm. Any time after that gives me the perfect opportunity to check up on pets when others might not be able to. I live in an apartment, so I do not have a satisfactory environment for pets. Although drop-in services and walks will not be a problem.
