“Sarah & Darren did an excellent job of making sure our boys were taken care of. Sending photos of them playing and proof they hadn’t turned the house upside down was a plus. I definitely recommend and will keep them in mind for future needs.”

“Brian and Laura were awesome with Teddy. They took care of him well even if he wasn’t feeling the best. They spent the time with him and kept me updated through out the stay. Thanks for taking great care of Teddy and we will be using them again for sure.”

“We are repeat recipients of Colleen and Brian’s great care for our pets. Our big boy is Great Pyrenees that should weigh 100 but has been having issues eating. Colleen and Brian are great about catering to our special needs pup to get him to eat, even when we are out of town and he is in their care. Highly recommend and will use again many times in the future!!”

“Frank took great care of our cat, Peanut. We came back from our trip and she was healthy and happy -- all we could ask. We appreciated the pictures he sent as well. Thank you Frank!”

About: Whether you have an active dog who needs a healthy outlet for their energy or a sensitive dog who needs a calm, patient presence, I’m here to help. I understand canine body language, behavior triggers, and the importance of respect, trust, and clear communication in a human/canine relationship. Currently, I am the head behavioral specialist at a luxury dog boarding and daycare resort. My primary responsibilities include teaching pet care technicians best practices for working safely with dogs of all temperaments and breeds. I am also responsible for the safety and well-being of our dogs once in yard with an average of 55+ dogs per day in a group environment. My passion is working with reactive, anxious or non-socialized pets, and helping to get them introduced into a group setting through incremental exposure. These skills translate into being capable and comfortable walking and working with a variety of breeds and dog personalities. My previous experience includes walking dogs for a private company in NYC. My schedule varies depending on the season, but I am typically available from 6-8am and after 4:30 pm. I am also available the entirety of days 2 or 3 days per week. General availability calendar can be seen in my photo gallery. Certified in First Aid and CPR through ProTrainings. I have experience with blind, deaf, and seizure prone cats and dogs as well as those with terminal illnesses. Your pet’s safety and well-being will always be my priority.

“This was my second time hiring Raquel to watch my two fur babies & take care of my plants. She sent me daily photos of my cats & spent time playing with them. Her updates were through as well. The thing I like most about Raquel is that she doesn’t just drop in & leave, she truly cares about your pets & wants to make friends with them while you’re away. Many of the photos she sent were of her either playing, holding or cuddling my cats. I know my babies are well cared for when Raquel looks after them. I highly recommend hiring Raquel to look after your fur babies!”

“Rose was so loving towards our dog. She was patient with him as he got to know her and responded to his needs. The summary she sent and the pictures she took assured us even further that our pup was in good hands and even enjoying his little staycation. A huge thank you to Rose. It was hard to leave our dog for an extended period for the first time, but her care made the process easier.”

“We've used Matt several times to look after our two cats, he's awesome. Extremely attentive and responsive, we always feel really at ease whenever we're away and he's stopping by each day. Tons of photos and updates. He won over our extremely shy female cat too which is no easy task. Matt's the best.”

Yessit A.
“Yessit is genuinely the most knowledgeable person when it comes to dogs. He truly understands those who are a little more “difficult” and will work with them in a way that works for them. I have worked with Yessit for the last year and can say that he is the most hard working, determined person there is. He is the head K9 behavior specialist at our job and was given that title as his skills have truly made a difference. From working with pups who have been labeled “aggressive”, pups who get easily overstimulated, or pups who have severe anxiety, Yessit has built connections and trust with not only the dog but the owners as well. He would be your go to guy for any of your pets needs. Whether it’s for behavior guidance or just needing a reliable person to watch/walk your pup.”
