“Travis was exceptionally quick to respond and very attentive to my three dogs. Two of my dogs can be hyper and he never once seemed put off by their behaviors. I got photo updates from him without having to ask and he was on time to get to my house before we left out of state. If we needed a sitter again, we’d definitely book with Travis.”

“Christina took great care of my puppy and my house for her week-long stay! She provided frequent updates and cared for my pup as if she was her own. My pup is prone to tummy trouble and gobbling up fabric that she shouldn't, and Christina was diligent to keep things out of reach and attentive to her feeding schedule. She left my house exactly as she found it and even took the trash out and watered my plants. I can't recommend her more highly!”

“Kendra was amazing!! She came over to our home prior to house/dog sitting to meet our babies. She kept us updated while we were away with how the dogs were doing. She also sent pictures. I would highly recommend her to watch your fur babies!”

Condo here and unfortunately do not have a yard but there are lots of green spaces near my condo at 10th and Mulberry. Space is over 1200 sq ft so plenty of room for your pet. ***I do have an 11 lb Havanese puppy that loves attention but is very smart and picks up on queues from other dogs. Shy and timid upon introduction and will play only if the other dog engages. Loves people and attention. My Havanese will be present for boardings and will accompany me for house-sitting bookings***

“Megan did a wonderful job of caring for our 2 dogs, cat, and home for 8 days. Our youngest dog is under a year and can be a handful at times and our other dog requires daily eye drops, but Megan managed their care without issue. Megan also took very good care of our home, even washed all the towels and linens used during her stay! She cared for our pets and home as of they were her own and we will use her services again.”

About: My family had dogs growing up so I have some experience walking and playing with dogs. I also have had my cats for about 7 years. I work from home Wednesdays and Fridays and could easily stop in for check ins during those days. I love to go on walks to grays lake so definitely looking for a dog or two to take with me. I would prefer a set of rules for my clients pets so I would know best how to service their pet while they are away.

Highland Park pet parents share their Rover experiences
Jessica was absolutely fantastic while caring for our dog, Bella, during our trip to New York City. From the moment we met her, it was obvious how much she genuinely loves animals, and that care and compassion showed throughout Bella's entire stay. We received updates that gave us peace of mind, and it was clear Bella was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. What really impressed us was the extra level of care Jessica provided around our home. Not only did she leave everything spotless, but I honestly think the house was cleaner than when we left. She even started the laundry for the bedsheets she used before leaving—something we never expected and certainly didn't ask her to do. Those thoughtful touches speak volumes about her character and professionalism. We would not hesitate to book Jessica again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, responsible, and genuinely caring to look after their pets. Bella was in excellent hands!

Jane was a wonderful house guest. She treated our dogs like it was a Disney vacation. Sent loads of photos and kept us updated all weekend. She even took this call last minute. We were very thankful to keep our dogs in their home and not boarded. I would recommend Jane and will definitely be booking with her again!

Claudia was excellent! She stayed with our crazy pups for a week and they loved her. We have two 50+ lb pit mixes. She sent lots of updates with pictures and videos. Great communication. Everything went smoothly and I’d highly recommend booking with her! We’ll definitely be back for future travels.

Gabby was amazing! We were visiting Des Moines for the day and had to get a sitter on a really short notice. Gabby responded immediately and came to spend the day with our Effie while we were away. Effie loved her and was really relaxed with her, even though she's not used to being away from us. Tons of thanks Gabby, you really saved us!
