About: I’ve taken care of dogs the majority of my life. When I didn’t have my own, I was always volunteering to take care of my friends dogs. This was good for me while I was going to school and moving around. After separating from the Air Force, I have been blessed to have two of my own fur babies. I’m able take care of your pets before and after I go to my full time job. If you want me to take care of your pets over night, we would need to make sure they get along with my dogs. I would take care of your pets as if they where my own. I take mine on a walk three times a day. Since I don’t have a yard, I’m constantly taking my Great Pyrenees/Lab hiking 2 to 3 times a week. He is also a picky eater, so I’ve had to get creative with his food. My pets are always on a leash when I take them out.

About: I've worked in veterinary medicine for years and am currently pursuing my dream of becoming a veterinarian! Alongside my professional experience, I’ve pet sat for over a decade, caring for dogs of all breeds, ages, and temperaments. I am new to Rover, but not to pet sitting and animal care! I’ve also worked at animal shelters, dog daycares, and on farms! Friends, family, and neighbors trust me to walk, feed, administer medications, bathe, and comfort their pets. I’m confident with senior care, behavioral needs, and even exotic pets thanks to my clinical background. Your pet's well-being is always my top priority! I am RECOVER BLS certified (CPR for cats and dogs), and graduated with a bachelors degree in veterinary technology. I work full-time as a Registered Veterinary Technician in a veterinary hospital, but only four days a week, giving me flexibility for pet care. On workdays, I can either bring your pet with me (if appropriate and approved) or stop by during my lunch break for a walk, potty break, or check-in. I'm reliable, communicative, and happy to accommodate your pet’s needs around my schedule. When I’m not working, I am always home. When pet sitting, your pet is my top priority. My own dog is quite lazy, so I’m always excited to walk dogs who enjoy walks!! I provide pet care in my own home, which has three bedrooms, a yard (currently putting a fence in), and plenty of space for your pet to feel safe and relaxed. My fence will be completed at the end of August! I live by myself with a friendly dog and a cat, both well-socialized and used to guests. I can crate or separate pets as needed to ensure everyone’s comfort. If you would like your pet to be crated, please bring one! With my veterinary background, I’m trained to monitor health, administer medications, and create a low-stress, loving environment tailored to each pet’s needs. I currently pet sit for multiple veterinarians who trust me to keep their pets safe. If you would like me to stop by your home for a check-in or pick your pup up for a walk, know that I am trustworthy and will treat your home and pet with the utmost care!

About: I have three years of experience providing loving and reliable dog sitting, caring for dogs of all ages and needs. I’ve fostered puppies through the Humane Society, gaining hands-on experience with young dogs and their unique care requirements. I’ve also cared for senior dogs and those needing medication, ensuring they stay comfortable, safe, and well-cared for while their owners are away. My goal is to provide compassionate, attentive care tailored to each dog’s individual needs. I incorporate pet sitting into my daily and weekly routine by balancing my schedule to ensure each dog receives the attention and care they need. Whether it's morning walks, midday check-ins, or evening cuddle time, I prioritize each pet’s routine. I plan my week around their needs, making time for feedings, medications, playtime, and any special care required. My flexible schedule allows me to provide reliable and consistent care, ensuring pets feel comfortable and loved while their owners are away. When caring for pets in my clients' homes, I prioritize maintaining their routine to ensure they feel safe and comfortable. I provide feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, and any necessary medication according to their specific needs. I also offer companionship, keeping pets engaged and reassured while their owners are away. Additionally, I respect my clients' homes by keeping spaces clean and following any special instructions to ensure a seamless experience for both pets and owners.

About: With 14 years of experience caring for dogs and cats, I bring genuine passion to every pet I work with. I've had a lifelong love for animals knowing I wanted to be a veterinarian since I was just 5 years old! I have a special place in my heart for senior pets, as I'm currently caring for my own elderly dog and cat. I'm also experienced in administering various medications, whether oral, topical, or injection. Having cared for pets with chronic conditions, I'm comfortable following medication schedules and handling special medical needs. I'd also love to meet you and your pet with a free meet-and-greet session before we start regular care. This gives us a chance to discuss your pet's routine, preferences, and any special needs they might have. It also helps your pet get comfortable with me, making future visits less stressful for everyone! I'm available from 6am to 9pm daily, offering flexible scheduling to accommodate your pet care needs. “Faith followed all instructions which is so important for a neurotic kitty like mine! She communicated important updates and asked questions to get more information. She even added an extra visit when she felt like my cat needed it. I am booking her again!”

She often likes to go outside and sunbathe.

About: I have helped take care of pets most of life, having always had a dog or some type of pet. I have experience in dog training, as well as my current profession is a dog bather (soon to be full groomer). I am not limited to just dog sitting as well as I have experience with cats. I am currently a full time dog bather (Sat-Wed, 10-6), and have 2 dogs and 2 reptiles of my own! I am currently in the process of acclimating and training my new puppy! My 2 male dogs are very friendly but play very hard, unfortunately I cannot offer pet sitting in my home as I live in an apartment but would be open to in-home care so long as I can bring my boys with me!

“Mike is the most awesome person to take care of your love ones (Pets). All my animals love Mike!! He loves them, plays with them and spoils them. My dogs would go crazy when he would come to stay with them when I left. When I came home, they didn’t even care hmmm . He truly is great !!! !”

Katelyn H.
“Kate is truly one of a kind. We’ve been bringing our two dogs, Roxy and Chloe, to her for care, and I can honestly say we’ve never felt more at ease leaving them with someone. Roxy was elderly and needed extra attention, and Chloe has epilepsy and takes daily medication—Kate has managed both with skill, patience, and genuine love. Her degree in veterinary technology and her current pursuit of vet school gave us immediate confidence, but what really sets Kate apart is her heart. She’s a true animal lover, and it shows in every interaction. Our dogs run to her door when we drop them off—something we’ve never seen with any other sitter. Kate has become such an important part of our dogs’ lives. We trust her completely and feel incredibly lucky to have found her.”

Skylar S.

“Skylar did a great job coming to check on my pups! I appreciate her being available at the last minute. I would definitely book with her again!”

What really stands out is how great she is with senior dogs, especially those who need special diets or meds. Megan is super reliable, gentle, and genuinely loves animals (she will sometimes cry over extremely cute dog photos). Every dog in her care is treated like family. If you want someone you can fully trust with your pup, Megan is your girl.”

“I feel that Nathaniel is a responsible & loving pet caregiver because I see how well he takes care of his own animals & I believe that he would take care of your pet like his own! I have entrusted him on taking care of one of the puppies from a litter I recently had, and he is doing a great job of training him & giving him all the love, and he has also adopted his other dog from a shelter & I feel that shows a lot considering you never know what you’re signing up for!”

Super friendly and communicative. Sometimes when I get back from a trip, my baby can be skittish but this time she felt really welcoming and happy that we were home. It kind of felt like love at first sight with Christina and Bibby. I would ABSOLUTELY pick her for my next sit ♥️

Melanie was quite literally an answered prayer for us! I have so much anxiety about leaving my babies with strangers, but she went above and beyond in her care and attention to detail with each of them. Her reports each day made us chuckle often and she was incredibly patient and attuned to the needs of each one. This is the most comfortable I’ve ever felt with someone caring for my little family, and we will absolutely be calling her again for future care.
