About: I have rescued several animals over the last two decades. All of them have led happy lives from the moment I scooped them up from their shelter and into a loving home, to the time they passed. My family now includes two lovable, dorky, fur babies that own me. Simon is a friendly, rescued tabby cat and Lucy is a family-inherited mini dachshund dog. Both of my pets get along with other animals without any issues. Me and my husband share the duty of walking, playing, drop-offs and pick-ups. There is ALWAYS someone home when I sit. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
