About: I’ve had pets my whole life, so becoming a dog and cat sitter was a given. From senior snoozers to zoomy puppies, from ‘don’t touch me’ cats to ‘please love me immediately’ cats, I’ve handled it all and loved every second. I’m currently in school at Fort Lewis. I have a few classes scattered throughout the day. My busiest day right now will be Tuesdays with back to back classes from 8-2:30. If watching pets in your home, I will ask for a list of expectations (feed times, concerns) so I can do the best job. I will be diligent about updating you, sending photos, and asking questions if they arise.

About: I’ve had animals my whole life. I have always loved animals and my freinds, neighbors, and family always ask me to care for their furry loved ones! I’m currently working only a couple shifts a month at my other job, so I can be reliable and flexible with many different schedules to fit your needs! In my clients home I will be sure the pets have the food/water their owners desire, and I would love to play and run the energy out of your pets during the day while your at work!

Although I cannot host pets in my rental overnight, I’d love to take your dog for a walk or house sit where they feel most comfortable- your home! About: I owned a pitbull growing up until I was 18 years old. I absolutely love dogs but simply can’t have one in my housing situation. Caring for your dog would be an absolute pleasure! I’m available to help with pets as many times a day as needed during all hours of the day. I will care for your pets like I care for my own. My pets are my whole life. I feed my elder cat a special diet and administer medications daily. In my own home I use specialty feeders that connect to each of their collars. When dog sitting I make sure they’re taken out as many times as needed to get exercise and go to the restroom!

About: I grew up with two cats, two dogs, a lizard, and a bunny. I love animals and understand they need care just like we humans do. I have spent time fostering puppies and would love to foster kittens on day. I have a big heart and am interested meeting animals, and making sure people know their animals are in good hands. I just finished a trail work season and have a lot of time on my hands. I would love to help people out and watch their animals! I will be substitute teaching this school year with availability to walk dogs during the day and after school! My landlord does not allow pets in the home. I would love to care for your pets in your home, whether that’s stopping in several times a day or staying over night for however long! I am very clean, respectful, and trustworthy. I grew up pet sitting in Chicago and would also water people’s gardens, grocery shop for them before they got back from vacation, and tidy up their home upon request!

About: I have a big heart for all animals. I’m kind and patient and enjoy playing with dogs and cats and even sitting on the couch snugging up to them. I’ve had a cat that was diabetic, had small dogs and cats that I’ve kept till they past away and now have 6 Frenchies and 2 bigger dogs and cats and a lot more animals I’ve taken care of at my moms house and have a kitten and puppy of my own now. I work for the city of Durango and I have Fridays and weekends off and I would love to spend that time walking dogs and would help me get out of the house. P.s if you schedule for a dog walk Monday through Thursday it will have to be AFTER 5pm, thank you! I am always watching and listening to make sure there not in anything and I have a little camera in my kitchen so I can watch the animals and make sure there okay while I’m at work or running errands.

About: Dog bio - I've been caring for animals of all kinds my whole life. Growing up my family had many different pets ranging from dogs, to cats, to rodents. I've learned to many unique aspects of caring for different creatures of different species and temperaments and I love them all the same. I treat animals with respect and patience and have often heard that aggressive or nervous animals take a liking to me when they normally don't like strangers. As of right now I am the proud dog mom of a beautiful Siberian husky mix with an autoimmune disorder called lupus. She is my first medically fragile dog and I have been managing her medication and symptoms for about 2 years now. She has made amazing progress with her condition under my care and made me more confident that I could care for animals with any types of health condition. I also have experience with senior dogs and puppies as well as cats! I don't currently have a job and I am taking a break from college so I have plenty of free time for your babies! I'm available for pet sitting at your home during weekdays, and I can walk your dog any time, distance, or day of the week. I cannot do overnight boarding for most animals at my home, as I have a dog and cat that both don't get along with other animals of their species. For pet sitting all I need is the expectations for your home and your dogs care. List any health conditions, diet specialties, behavioral issues, or just quirks your animal has that may be worth mentioning

About: As an avid outdoor enthusiast and dog lover you can be sure your dog is getting the attention and exercise they need! I try to take the dogs out 2 times a day for walks and every couple of hours for potty breaks. I do have a wonderful pup-o of my own, Luna so your doggo has some company. Is your dog more of a runner? If so I’ll pop on my mountain bike and let them do some trail running... more of a lazy doggo? How about some ice cream? Just kidding... no ice cream! About: I’ve been a pet owner for nearly 30 years — from growing up with our family’s Border Collies and house cats, to raising my own Jack Russells throughout adulthood, to caring for two rescue kittens in college. I’m single with plenty of free time, which means your pets get steady attention, affection, and a calm, reliable presence while you’re away. I’m a real estate agent with a team beneath me, which means I create my own schedule and have other agents I can rely on if I’m ever occupied. That gives me plenty of space in my days for walks, check-ins, playtime, and consistent attention. I’ve actually considered getting another dog over the last couple of years, but I haven’t felt ready for the full-time commitment again. A friend suggested I join Rover as a way to support other pet owners in the community while still getting to pour my love, energy, and care into animals — and it’s the perfect fit. Your pets get someone who’s genuinely excited to spend time with them and has the availability to be fully present. I’m very affectionate and hands-on with the pets I care for — they get plenty of attention, playtime, and companionship. I genuinely love walking, so having a dog join me on my daily walks is the best part of my routine. Whether it’s a neighborhood stroll, a peaceful loop along the River Trail, or a fun outing to the Smelter dog park, I make sure pets get the activity and stimulation they need. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their routines closely so everything feels familiar and comforting. I’m attentive to feeding schedules, potty breaks, behavior changes, and whatever little rituals make each pet feel at ease. About: I’ve worked with dogs of all shapes, sizes and demeanor for many years. I started professionally working with dogs in January of 2021. I currently work as an animal care technician and a medical assistant at LaPlata County Humane Society. I am very comfortable administering meds, walking/ hiking, entertaining, and socializing pups! I have a soft spot in my heart for felines as well! My first best friend ever was a cat and I have rehabilitated many strays and litters since! I promise a safe and calm environment for your animal where they will get plenty of love and attention! I recently adopted my own pup and she comes with me most places these days. I Work 4 days a week and my availability is more on the weekends! I would love to hangout with animals that can tolerate my pup if possible:) I have a small yard and would be happy to walk or drive your animal to the trailhead as well! In my home there are 3 dogs already ranging in age from 3 months to 13 years. If you’re dog loves dogs, they might really enjoy staying with us!

About: I have 2 mini dachshunds & a golden retriever that the loves of my life. I take care of friend and family dogs as well and have taken care of up to 9 dogs at once! I love animals and it brings me joy to spend time with them and make them happy. I manage a country club in Durango, I work evenings typically not going to work till 2:00-3:00 so I have tons of morning time to spend with your animals! I get off around 9:00 every night. I do not offer bringing other pets into my home. In others homes i find it important to bring pets outside and ensure proper enrichment!

About: I have a sweet Border Collie puppy, an Australian Shepard and and Australian Kelpie. I have had dogs my whole life and have tons of experience in dog and house sitting! Although I have 3 pets of my own I am always looking for more furry friends and pet loving. I grew up with a German Shepard/Newfoundland, a Great Pyrenees/Bernese Mountain dog and a Pitbull/Lab. I have watched a number of dogs ranging from Golden Retrievers to Australian Shepards to labs to terriers to daschunds. I also have experience with senior dogs and puppies. Overall, I love dogs of all ages and sizes and would love to care for you dogs! I work full time between two jobs, but have a flexible schedule. I have a degree in Biology. My boyfriend and I have 3 dogs together so when I am pet sitting, he is able to take care of our dogs, meaning I will be able to put all my time and care into yours! I can assure that your pet will get the maximum amount of attention and all of their needs will be met. I always make sure the pets I am sitting are not left alone for too long and ensure that they get adequate exercise. If the owner specifies activities the dog enjoys I make sure to do that with them! You will get daily updates as to how your pet is doing. Pictures will be sent so you can keep updated with your pet’s well-being! I am currently working full time, but always make the animals I am caring for my priority. I make sure pups get walks in and that all animals get love and care they need. I have a fenced in yard with lots of space for your pets to run around. When staying at you’re place, or mine I make sure to take them on walks and exercise.

About: hi my name is Chloe! My family has 4 dogs who I love to take care of. They are basically my babies. I would love to take care of your pets! I’m super reliable and pretty good about working around times for things needed to be done. I have a big heart for animals and I would love to help you out as well. My schedule is pretty light. I work Monday-Wednesday, and Friday from 3-7:30. Sometimes those hours fluctuate. But other than that I’m pretty available to be there morning, all during the day, and back for dinner time! If I were at my home I would play outside and stay with them till we are ready to come in. I’ll play fetch, tug, go on walks, or car rides! At others houses I would do the same, unless I am told otherwise.
