About: I have taken care of dogs and cats since I was about 10. I have had different breeds of dogs such as Schnauzer, Poodle, Maltese, and an Australian Shepherd/lab mix. I have experience in taking care of multiple animals at a time and some experience administering medication to senior cats and dogs. I am going to be doing gig work so my schedule is as flexible as it needs to be. I can sit or drop in during the morning, day or evening. Since I will be taking care of pets in your home, I would utilize what is at my disposal as far as taking dogs out whether that's a fenced in yard or on a leash. I'd like to have a meet and greet to get to know where the food is kept and learn if your pet has any particulars when it comes to feeding, playing, etc.

About: I have worked various dog, cat, and house sitting jobs as well as having pets (dogs, bunny, parakeet) of my own throughout my entire life. I am also currently going to school and am majoring in Wildlife Biology/ conservation so I can help all the animals of the world! I have also worked at a summer camp and a stable with horses for a few years and have avid practice with animals. Due to my various work I have great insight on how pets are feeling and great attention to care. I am a very hard worker as well and will set aside as much time as my schedule provides to hang out with your pets! I am currently a student at Fort Lewis College and I am studying wildlife biology. I will have plenty of time to watch pets when I am not in classes. I will have gaps no longer than 3 1/2 hours where I will be in classes and unable to be actively watching pets, but otherwise will be pretty free overall! I do not currently have a place where I can watch pets, but will be more than happy to drop by others homes whenever necessary. I can hang out with pets inside or outside for as much time needed and will be happy to take as long of walks with them as they need.

I have been offering dog care services in Durango for the past few years now. It has been such a joy, I can hardly call it a job :) I love to get to care for the pups that come to my home and ensure they receive quality care, alongside lots of fun! I have grown up with dogs for the majority of my life. I have a 12 year old chocolate lab of my own named Paxson, who I have had the joy of living life with since he was 7 weeks old! With all of my experience of dog sitting and having my own dogs, I am very confident in my ability to take wonderful care of your pup(s) :) I live right in town with fenced yards in both the front and back. Dogs have frequent access to these areas as I am home with them the majority of the time. For both day care and overnight visits, daily outside/exercise time is a guarantee during your dog's stay with me! We love to have all the fun outside— neighborhood strolls, hiking in the mountains and trails around town, swimming, playing fetch, visits to the park to play/meet other dogs, and hanging in the sunshine are some of our favorite things. Since exercise needs vary, I am happy to accommodate as needed. I have a flexible schedule with working out of my home— This allows me to prioritize my time and attention towards taking good care of your pup(s)! Your pet will have a comfortable, safe, and loving place to settle into here at my house! They will never be left unattended outside or for any periods of time more than 3 hours.

About: I have experience working with Assistance Dogs of the West as a student trainer. I also spend my summers working at a children’s camp. I have an adorable dog at home who I have taken good care of for seven years. I am currently a part time student, so I have decent availability on weekdays before 10 and after 5:30. My weekends are free for drop ins and walking services! I take time to follow any instructions carefully. I have experience with animals and can make sure they are safe and happy. I am confident in handling unexpected situations and can keep a cool head under pressure.

About: I’ve had animals my whole life. I have always loved animals and my freinds, neighbors, and family always ask me to care for their furry loved ones! I’m currently working only a couple shifts a month at my other job, so I can be reliable and flexible with many different schedules to fit your needs! In my clients home I will be sure the pets have the food/water their owners desire, and I would love to play and run the energy out of your pets during the day while your at work!
