“Ketera did an awesome job. We have a very sensitive cat that requires insulin shots. He usually has a really difficult time when we leave. I could tell when we got home after leaving him in Ketera’s care that his stress levels were much lower than when we usually leave town. Ketera was timely and attentive. 10/10”

“Sam did great with our boys. They liked her right from the beginning. She stayed positive and kind even though every time she can to the house something had been destroyed, due to separation anxiety, (which we didn't know our dogs had). She also continued training with our new puppy, who can now go in and out of the dog door on his own. When we left he was just starting to push the door with his nose. Huge improvement for him. I would highly recommend Samantha!!”

About: Hello! I live near Purgatory Ski Resort and work in town. I have a hybrid 4/day work schedule. I am very flexible and can come to your house or they can stay at mine. I love dogs and getting them out and about. I love taking fur babies on adventures downtown or up in the mountains :) I am currently working a hybrid office job which is very flexible. My days off are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and I work from home Tuesdays and Thursdays. I would plan to take them out for the day to get your pup some exercise. I don’t have a yard but I have a nice neighborhood to walk in.

“Mariah was great! She took excellent care of Skittles and I could tell she really cares for animals. Everything was in place and I had a happy cat when I returned home. I would use Mariah again.”

“Neal took great care of my cat.”

About: As an avid outdoor enthusiast and dog lover you can be sure your dog is getting the attention and exercise they need! I try to take the dogs out 2 times a day for walks and every couple of hours for potty breaks. I do have a wonderful pup-o of my own, Luna so your doggo has some company. Is your dog more of a runner? If so I’ll pop on my mountain bike and let them do some trail running... more of a lazy doggo? How about some ice cream? Just kidding... no ice cream! Definitely a happy household and a fun loving environment for everyone! If you have any questions, concerns or special needs, feel free to reach out. Thanks and I look forward to meeting with you and your pup!

“Deb was amazing! This was my first time leaving my kitten with a sitter, so I was nervous, but after the meet and greet I had full confidence that Deb would be great with her. I got lots of photos while I was gone, and I know my cat loved her.”

“Alta made sure our kitty was well fed while we were away for a couple days. I was worried that my cat might not come out or eat her food, as we had issues with this in the past, but there were no issues. Alta was very responsive and asked questions.”

“Ashley is awesome! She did a great job with my kitty Nancy. She is communicative, conscientious, and great about sending updates. Looking forward to having her take care of Nancy again! 😻”

About: Hello! My name is Hannah and I am a lover of all four legged friends. I have always had dogs growing up and also have experience in care taking for cats, birds, rabbits, horses, chickens, goats, donkeys, pigs, exotic fish, reptiles, and more! I believe in lots of energetic play and love. I have a combined 6 years of experience in veterinary medicine and I am employed as a technician at Durango Animal Hospital. I am a very responsible and attentive person and I will cater to your needs 100%. I have one dog of my own (Fisher) who loves all other animals. I work full time at Durango Animal Hospital and my schedule varies but I am able to take lunch breaks to let pets outside as needed. Due to my busy schedule, I am taking new clients sparingly so that I can best serve my preexisting clients and friends. Safety, comfort, and open communication on both sides are of the utmost importance to me when staying at someone else’s home. The health and happiness of your four legged family member is my top priority. Should anything arise, you can rest assured that I will be attentive and caring.

“Monique is a great sitter! As soon as I met her, I could tell she loved animals, was responsible, trustworthy, and our fur babies were in good hands. It really made it possible to actually relax knowing she was dropping in. My dog loved her from the second he met her and he's a great judge of character. Will be hiring her again.”

About: I recently adopted my pitbull mix! She was reactive dog but with love and care she came around. Care and respect are important too me. I am a full time college student so Monday thru Friday I am free after 11:30am- til 7pm. Weekends can be adjusted going forward, thank you. Best tummy rubs, love long walks and hikes, making sure they have jackets on depending on weather and encouraging words of affirmation to all the sweet pups.

“Did a great job taking care of my 5 cats. Very reliable and my cats were happy and relaxed when I returned home”

About: I have been a dog owner my entire life and started Rover after I lost one of my dogs a few years back. Currently, I work for the fire department and am looking to help other dog owners care for his or her pet(s) as if my own. My pricing is absolutely negotiable* If your pup loves to walk/ run and play, so do I! I am also willing to take your dog to the groomer, to dog parks, on car rides, brush him or her myself as well as brush teeth and of course lots of petting and cuddles! Weekends I coach ice skating for a an hour or two in the morning or afternoon depending but am otherwise available. *Willing to negotiate pricing on a case-by-case basis- message with any inquiries I am a wildland firefighter in the summers so from November-early/mid-May my time is very flexible. There is some part time work that I am committed to but I’m able to be accommodating most of the time. I always like to chat with the client/ pet owner about their pet and his/ her needs. At a clients’ home, I want to ensure their space is respected and treated to their standards and their pet is comfortable. In my home I do have a small fenced in yard as well as a 2 year old rescue pup (she is friendly with all people and animals).

About: I was raised on a small farm in southeast Georgia which allowed me to gain experience with many different animals - including dogs, cats, turtles, chickens, ducks, goats, & horses! I’m passionate about health and wellness and am in the process of becoming a women’s health coach. I am available for dog walking and housesitting opportunities and my schedule can be somewhat flexible, depending on what kind of care you are looking for! In addition to providing excellent pet care, I have some availability to housesit which includes the following services: Taking pets for walks/hikes and engaging in playtime activities, collecting mail, & watering house plants/garden space. I currently work part-time, so I’ll have plenty of time to go on walks, hikes, and engage in play with your pups, and other furry pets! Your pet’s safety and comfort is top priority! Before showing up to a sit I prefer to meet in person to build trust and make sure everyone is comfortable.
