About: I have always loved dogs. In 2021, I adopted a German shepherd and joined a training group. Practicing and training with my own dog every day led to me developing a passion for walking and working with dogs. Since then, I have walked many dogs, including structured walks where we practice heel, sit, place, and other basic commands. I also have experience assisting my trainer with client lessons and dog sat overnight for a home with multiple dogs. I have experience with large dogs, and could also help them to practice walking nicely on a leash. I have worked with and walked small, medium, and large dogs, and even a very large dog. I truly care that dogs get enough mental and physical stimulation so that they can live their happiest lives. Even in rainy weather, I enjoy taking out my dog. I’d love to help more dogs get more walks and sniffs in! I have also dropped in to care for friends’ cats and am comfortable providing cat care drop ins as well. I have a fresh water aquarium at home and could feed fish too! I am a freelance writer with a flexible schedule. Currently, I prefer to walk dogs during the day or in the afternoon, but I could work with other times. I would be available to walk dogs or drop in Mondays through Fridays and some Saturdays. I’m willing to work with you! I am very respectful of others’ homes and their rules for their pets. When pet sitting in the past, I have used a lock box to access a key and returned the key to the box upon leaving the home. I am also familiar with crate training and can follow instructions for how you’d like your dog to be greeted and let out. I am able to drop in to let your dog out to the bathroom, either in your fenced in yard or on a leash. I am also available for walks, taking dogs to the park, playing, or practicing training.

About: I’ve been walking my friend’s’ dogs over the years and I absolutely love it. I’d be more than happy to check in your pe, take them for a walk and make sure that they don’t feel alone while you have to be out. I work from home two weeks of the month currently and will be expecting to be fully home by February. During those weeks, I can come anytime of day but the other two weeks, I’ll be available Thursday-Sunday. I’ll confirm that your pet is healthy and ensure that they’re comfortable with my presence / actions. I’ll also follow all instructions provided to me and share updates after each visit.

About: I have taken care of animals professionally for about 8 years. I have experience in most of the animal industry including vet care, retail, boarding/daycare, and animal training. I know how overwhelming life can get, am happy to help with any of your pet care needs so that you can have peace of mind while you’re away for work. I am available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays until 11:45. I love fast walks, so a typical routine would be pick up, take on a walk (the timer begins once we’ve started our walk) and then ends once we are back at your home! I live in a home with a small back yard in a nice walking neighborhood with plenty of sidewalks to be on. I am also a big fan of hiking and finding new walking trails so your pups will get plenty of exercise! I have a friendly 8 year old lab mix at home who can provide company to your pup as well. I am very experienced with dog care and have been working with Rover since around March. I have watched and walked a variety of dogs, from a Husky puppy, to a Chihuahua, to a German Shepard! I have also visited family, friends, and my neighbor’s houses to relieve their pups or take them on a walk. I have house sat at my aunt’s house for her dog as well. I have a love for all animals- I used to own a bunny and I also have three cats. I would love to meet yours! I promise to take care of your pet as if it were my own. I recently started work as a BHT and my schedule is 8-4:30 Mon-Fri. I am open to any pet sittings or walking outside of that timeframe as long as you are pretty close to where I live or my job in Middletown! I will do my best to respond to messages as soon as possible, but please forgive me if it takes some time to get back to you due to work or other responsibilities :) Like previously stated I have experience visiting other’s homes to take care of pets. My most recent visit was a last minute favor for my friend that dog sits who had a client job she couldn’t make it to. I like to take notes when given instructions on pet care and I put 110% in making sure someone’s pet is safe and well cared for. The dog I took for a walk recently has had past issues with other dogs and humans so I practiced extra caution and followed all given instructions of using a muzzle and steering clear of anyone on the sidewalks. I do not mind taking care of multiple pets including cats (or other small critters) as I have five total pets in my home. Others would describe me as reliable and friendly. I am very flexible and open to any service requests for your pets! I am a huge animal lover and will provide excellent care for all.

About: Hello! My name is Lauren. I work as a nurse at Hershey Medical part time and I'm looking to take care of pets in my free time! My last dog had diabetes and other health issues so I’m experienced with administering shots and medications. He was also blind so I’m experienced with those pups who cannot see! I fostered kittens and currently have a cat of my own. I also have experience with rabbits and guinea pigs. I will be sure to send pictures of your fur babies while you are away! I'm currently working part time as a nurse so I can provide care to your animal on my days off which will be provided in my availability calendar. Currently, my house is under construction so I cannot board any animals. I can come to your house though to feed, water, play, walk, and snuggle!

In that role, I helped with pets that were boarded whether it was feeding, exercising, monitoring, or just caring and loving for them.
