About: I have helped raise pets with my familu for most of my life, taking on more responsibility as I got older. I have helped family members take care of their dogs when they are away, taking them on walks and making sure they are fed on their regular schedule. I make sure that they get enough exercise to be tired out, but not exhausted. My family mostly had cats, and I have learned to interact with them on their terms, following their lead for the toys they want to play with, the treats they like, when they are fed, and how much and when they would like affection. I make sure that my cat is fed daily, monitoring her feeder and water fountain to make sure they are full and clean. Kitty litter is emptied once per week and scooped about every other day, since she has 2 boxes. The doors are always closed in my house and I would make sure they are closed in my client's house as well. When watching amily dogs, they are never off-leash unless it is in an enclosed area. Occasionally in my house, I have the interior door open, but the screen door closed, so my cat can experience the outside safely. I make sure any string based toys or any choking hazards are up out of the way, so my cat and client's pets can't get tangled up in them.

I have a driver’s license and my own transportation, and my hours and pay are flexible. I am willing to drive 60-90 minutes depending on needs. While caring for your pet or pets, I will regularly keep in contact with you and update you with both text and photos (if desired), along with keeping a dedicated spreadsheet of feeding/watering/grooming times and overall health to guarantee your peace of mind. I am capable of providing pet care across a flexible schedule. I can provide early care from 6-9 AM in the morning and any time after 4:20 PM on weekdays, as well as 24 hour care on weekends and overnight stays if needed. I am able to care for pets in a wide variety of ways thanks to expensive experience. Walking, feeding, litter-box cleaning, playtime, as well as insulin/subcutaneous fluid injections are all possible. I can also administer medication orally. Daily checkups as well as overnight stays are both possible.

I genuinely love getting to know each pets personality whether they’re the clingy type who follows you everywhere, the zoomers at night, or the pet who pretends they don’t like anyone (until they secretly do like my orange cat which is now super affectionate). 💗I have two cats of my own a boy orange cat who keeps me entertained every day and a girl black tuxedo cat who’s basically my little shadow. Having my own pets has taught me how much trust it takes to leave them with someone else, so I never take that responsibility lightly. I treat each pet I care for as I would my own. 💗 I’ve been pet sitting for friends, family, and neighbors for around five years, caring for everything from fresh new born kittens/puppies to older cats/dogs who just want a quiet companion. I work as a travel home caregiver too, and actually a lot of my clients end up asking me if I can come back just to spend time with their pets when they’re away.
