We left our cats for over a week which was a long time for them, they can be a little upset with us when we get home, but they were happy and curious, so I know Lisa spent some time each day with them playing and talking to them. About: I’m Alex and I currently have one pitbull so I am A 24/7 dog mom! I love hiking and being out in nature. I have a high energy personality that is perfect for wearing any pup out. Growing up my parents owned dogs of all sizes and personalities (Dalmatian, Akitas, border collie, and jack russel) I love the Lower Allen dog park and would gladly take any dogs there with permission! My previous rescue pit had an abusive past which sadly caused some behavioral issues. Due to that I am more than comfortable watching any dogs that may be a little rough around the edges. I have no problem giving any daily medication needed. I’m just a fun loving dog owner who would love to give your dog wonderful care and attention! I am a stay at home mom so my days are pretty open. I also have access to flexible free child care through grandparents so I don’t have to have my child with me during any dog visits or stays. This allows me to be able to work with your needs! I’m available for caring overnight in your home where your pup is most comfortable! Lots of attention and if they’re allowed in the bed or on the couch they’ll be right there next to me. I am not currently available to be hosting animals at my own home.

About: Zac and I are experienced pet owners who absolutely love animals of all shapes, sizes, and personalities. As husky owners, we’re no strangers to lots of fur, energy, and big personalities! Over the years, we’ve cared for a variety of breeds and truly enjoy spending time playing with, caring for, and getting to know each pet’s unique personality. One of our huskies is a rescue who came to us with severe anxiety around people but has always been wonderful with other animals. That experience has taught us the importance of patience, understanding, and allowing each pet to feel comfortable at their own pace. We’re comfortable working with different temperaments and personalities and will treat your fur babies with the same love, patience, and care we give our own. Our dog gets let out every 2 to 3 hours to potty and run around the yard. We typically feed our dog in the morning after they have been let out. Then we let them roam the house and play until the end of the day, when they are put into their kennels at night. During the week, our dogs are in the kennel while we are away. Dogs are free to roam my home; ours are kenneled when away for their safety, as they tend to get into things. Zac and I believe every pet deserves to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they’re in our care. We have a secure, fenced-in yard where dogs can safely play, explore, and get plenty of exercise, along with a friendly dog who loves having new friends to play with. We’re also rescue parents, so we understand that every dog has a unique personality and comfort level. One of our own dogs has severe anxiety around humans, and helping him feel safe and learn to trust took a lot of patience, consistency, and understanding. Because of that experience, we’re especially comfortable caring for shy, nervous, or skittish dogs. Our flexible schedule allows us to provide plenty of attention, playtime, supervision, and companionship. We’ll take the time to learn your pet’s routine and needs and make sure they feel secure, respected, and right at home while they’re with us.

About: I have 4 years of experience caring for my family pets and truly enjoy spending time with animals. I’m comfortable with dogs of different sizes and personalities and can help with feeding, walks, playtime, bathroom breaks, and giving pets the attention they need. About: I truly believe that pets are part of the family and am here to treat yours as my own. I am the first person my friends turn to when they need a sitter, and have both hosted dogs in my house and stayed with them in their own. I also enjoy pet visits and walks! I work as a teacher, so most of my availability is on the weekend and during summer months, although I am available for evening visits or walks during the week. I have a large fenced in yard that is great for running and playing and live in a neighborhood ideal for walks. I have a large crate available, if your dog’s routine includes crating. My own golden retriever would love to be friends with and keep your pet company! While I allow pets on my furniture and beds, I will follow the rules established for your pet. Your pet will receive plenty of love and attention!

My own little orange kitty has many medical adventures—so I’m also very used to administering medicine to cats. About: Dogs are my passion. I've always had dogs in my house growing up. From taking care of neighbors, to past teachers, friends and widespread family, people know they can trust me with their furry friends. In 2019 I started professionally walking dogs, and explored pet sitting. I worked with a variety of different animals, from day to day, and over night! About: I was a professional dog trainer for 8+ years. I also worked at a professional boarding kennel during that time. Now I compete in a variety of dog shows, sport competitions, and have done national commercial work with my dogs. I have worked with and taken care of dogs from newborn to geriatric. Currently I am not taking on any training clients. You can trust your pets stay will be safe and secure with someone who knows how to read even the most subtle body language cues. All dogs must be currently on a flea and tick preventative for in house care. My availability does become more limited in the spring and summer due to competitions. My availability may be more than what’s listed here, please message me to discuss your dates! I work from home 3 days a week which allows me to keep dogs out of crates and play inside or outside in the fenced yard, as well as a 25 minute walk for lunch. I have a fully fenced yard and my own dogs to keep pet sits busy playing! I always have frozen filled kongs or other puzzles for dogs to do for “quiet time” each dog is crated individually for any longer lasting treat.

About: I’ve loved dogs since I got my first dog at 3 and cared for her till she was 13 years old. I have taken care of all kinds of breeds from corgis to bernese mountain dogs. I am there to help walk bathe or spend time with your best friend when you are at work or away. I am home right now during the week and have been looking to fill my time and what better way then with your furry friends I am watchful if you have a fenced backyard I’d still spend time with you pet and play fetch or run with them to exercise them. While out walking just out of safety if I see another dog on or off leash or even a person I turn around or switch sides of the street. I always check about allergies or triggers for pets. Their safety and comfort are my main concern.
