It is easy for me to run home over lunch to check on the dog I’m watching or if close by take out. I make time to spend with the dog I am watching and that they feel comfortable in my home. While dogs are in my home, I treat them like my own. They are able to sleep with me, be on furniture, etc. I take them for walks to get exercise. With parent permission I make ice cream treats (blueberries & Greek yogurt frozen together) and give them to the dog. I make sure they feel comfortable, are fed and have plenty of water. If a parent would like me to administer meds or give a bath, I am happy to do so!
About: I’ve been around animals ever since I could walk, I’ve always had a love for them. I started pet sitting family members animals ever since the age of 12. I also have prior experience working in a doggy daycare so I have some professional experience caring for animals as well. About: I love taking dogs to the lake to play in the water, and walk along the beach. I don’t have a fenced in yard but it is big. I also have a horse field behind my house that I have permission to take animals in and play fetch in the field. My daughter loves animals and is very attentive to them and there needs. About: I've had cats since I was 2. Then we got a dog when I was 10. I take him for walks and throw a ball in the yard for him too play. I did go to my friend's house and take care of their dog while on vacation. I bathe and feed him and everything else. I also watched my grandma's dog when she went on vacation.
