About: I have had pets since childhood and we've had them all: dogs, cats, fish, hamsters, lizards...and I want to take care of yours, too. I can handle everything from puppies to senior animals. I am currently a part-time writing tutor so I have time to walk dogs and feed cats and critters. Being a writer makes my schedule flexible and perfect for pet-sitting. About: I’m at that stage of life where I can’t have my own pup yet, but I love them so much! So, I’ve been watching my friends and families pets for the last three years! I treat every pup with the same love and attention. I’m a full time medical student who loves dogs more than anything else! I love to spend quality time with furry friends in the evening when I get off of my rotations and weekends when I have a lot of downtime. I have a two bedroom apartment with a balcony and large living room. I tend to walk the dogs 2-3 times a day when they stay with me at my place, depending on if I’m working nearby and can run home for lunch :) Otherwise, I’m home most of the 8 hours I’m not at work, and most of the weekend! You and your pups safety and happiness are my top priority. If your pup wants pets for an hour, I'll pet them for an hour, if they want to play fetch or other games, I'll do that! My last dog had diabetes and other health issues so I’m experienced with administering shots and medications. He was also blind so I’m experienced with those pups who cannot see! About: I’m a dog mom that works from home 95% of the time. With 4 dogs and almost an acre for a fenced in backyard, there is a lot of time for fun activities, cuddles, and the zoomies both in and outside of the house. I have experience with both puppies and elderly dogs, and have enough space throughout the house that either can be made comfortable in a space if needed. My daily AND weekly routine are very flexible as I can adjust my own schedule when needed. Even on work hours, I have a lot of free time on my hands that allow for short walks or some fun activities in the yard. My dogs always have time made for them, so I would love to include your pups in our free time. My backyard is fenced in and is a very large plot to allow for a quick stretch of the legs and multiple potty breaks. Smaller dogs will be taken on a leash as the fence is a rail type fence, but larger dogs will be allowed to roam freely around the yard. If your pups are not dog friendly it is a MUST know so that space can be separated from my own, but still allow them room to run and grow comfortable in a new space. Dogs are let out every 1-3 hours, depending on what is needed and can be adjusted as needed.
