About: I have had, and enjoyed animal all my life! I have been caring for others’ pets for over 30 years, and providing house and pet sitting services more regularly over the past 6 years. I have cared for a variety of animals including dogs, cats, reptiles, birds, fish, frogs, ferrets and other small furry creatures. I have a great deal of experience caring for special needs animals including those with age related challenges, medical conditions/amputees, behavioral challenges, post surgical or injury related needs, and those requiring rigorous physical activity. I am currently retired from my career as a therapist and instructor. My children are grown and currently I live abroad part time, so when I am here, I am able to make house and petsitting my primary focus. About: Hi my name is Jesse. I am a young adult here in Durango who works a couple of different jobs including working at bread bakery, teaching Circus arts to kids at the Durango Circus, and occasionally pet sitting! I have one cat of my own and have always loved animals, so finding some extra work caring for them I thought would be in alignment with who I am. My ultimate dream is to eventually work with Cirque du Soleil but for now I am doing the Durango Tango thing to get by. I am very responsible, respectful, caring, and considerate. You can know that I will take great care of your pet and also give them a lot of love and attention. I’m happy to do whatever is needed to be of value to you and your pets! I do event entertainment work, so my schedule is flexible with plenty of time between gigs. Pet care fits perfectly into my routine — it gives me the chance to stay active, help others, and support my family. I don’t have a fenced yard, but I make sure pets get plenty of safe, on-leash walks and outdoor time. I’m also comfortable with crate time if that’s part of their routine. About: I have had dogs all my life. I have taken care of dogs for family friends and neighbors on and off for the past 5-10 years. I've been a dog walker, walking puppies/teenage dogs, I have also house/dog sat at others homes and taken care of puppies to old dogs while their families are away. I have recently been working as a dog walker/chicken hand for a family going over everyday to care for the animals I have recently moved so I currently have a very flexible schedule. I plan to keep a flexible schedule once I start working again. I am a very active and outdoorsy person so getting the chance to spend time with animals is a great combination for both the pets and I. At others homes I cater to your dogs normal routine, if you have a fenced in yard or invisible fence or pets that hang around. I am completely flexible and easy going when it comes to your pets routine, I will follow any training methods or tools you have.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs that are small to extra large breeds. With my experience I’ve dealt with puppies in potty training and senior dogs who require medicine. I’m always willing to go on walks or just let them out the backyard. I’ve dealt with dogs to snakes and lizards. I’m always up for more than one animal! I’ve dealt with fire drills in pet sitting getting the dogs out safely and calmly with ease. Currently while in college I have no pets to take care of. But, when I’m home I get up early to meet feeding times, potty times, and anything else needed. My dog, Maple, had knee surgery and I made sure to take extra care of her and pay close attention. Always making sure to follow the schedule given to me and keeping it safe. I’m always willing to play with pets and don’t mind if they are snuggle bugs. About: I have worked various dog, cat, and house sitting jobs as well as having pets (dogs, bunny, parakeet) of my own throughout my entire life. I am also currently going to school and am majoring in Wildlife Biology/ conservation so I can help all the animals of the world! I will have plenty of time to watch pets when I am not in classes. I will have gaps no longer than 3 1/2 hours where I will be in classes and unable to be actively watching pets, but otherwise will be pretty free overall! I can hang out with pets inside or outside for as much time needed and will be happy to take as long of walks with them as they need.

About: I approach pet sitting in a professional mindset. I’m calm, caring, and clean. 1. Daily picture updates and communication. - For house sitting I vacuum the floors, clean the kitchen and all sinks, and wash any fabrics that are used during the stay to ensure your home is well cared for. Your home will be all clean and ready for your arrival. I can also include details about your pets pees and poops if you would like. Every pet is treated equally with care. -Drop in visits- 1-2 daily visits available. I’m respectful of your home/neighbors while visiting. I carefully follow feeding instructions and bathroom needs. My history: I grew up and lived on a 100 Acre horse farm most of my life. We always had dogs, cats, horses, and even chickens/rabbits. I’m confident with any size pet. For 5 years I solo managed my families farm after a parent passing. On the farm we also have 3 rental houses that I was land-lording and performing maintenance. I am confident with taking care of your home and treating it with respect. I was taught to care for the land and homes. While you are away, I’m good with communicating and letting you know how your loved ones are doing. I love taking dogs for walks and can do playtime with cats.
