“Sara is by far the best pet walker out there! She is responsible, kind, and extremely trustworthy. She is also an expert on walking dogs - truly! I have two big dogs (one is 135lbs and the other is 70lbs) who are a bit leash reactive after deer/cats. I typically never walk them together because they are so strong. Sara brought over her harnesses and was able to get them to walk by her side and have them ignore distractions - AMAZING! She sent me lots of videos, pictures, and updates. About: I have always been into taking care of dogs. Either it being my parents dogs, siblings dog, friends dogs, or anybody in need.. I have always been interested. With being a second year college student, I am really just looking to make sure dogs get the love and treatment they need! About: I've been caring for animals as long as I can remember, from chickens to horses, to, of course, dogs! I grew up living near a lot of farmland, so I always had special respect for animals. Being away from home for my education, I miss my parents' dogs and cats a lot. Daily picture updates and communication. - For house sitting I vacuum the floors, clean the kitchen and all sinks, and wash any fabrics that are used during the stay to ensure your home is well cared for. Your home will be all clean and ready for your arrival. I can also include details about your pets pees and poops if you would like. Every pet is treated equally with care. -Drop in visits- 1-2 daily visits available. I’m respectful of your home/neighbors while visiting. I carefully follow feeding instructions and bathroom needs. Picture updates ensured as well as bathroom updates available. I brush and show kind affection to your pets. They will be treated as royalty. 2. My history: I grew up and lived on a 100 Acre horse farm most of my life. We always had dogs, cats, horses, and even chickens/rabbits. I’m confident with any size pet. For 5 years I solo managed my families farm after a parent passing. On the farm we also have 3 rental houses that I was land-lording and performing maintenance. I am confident with taking care of your home and treating it with respect. I was taught to care for the land and homes. While you are away, I’m good with communicating and letting you know how your loved ones are doing. I love taking dogs for walks and can do playtime with cats. I have pet sit for many different families, big dogs, cats, lizards, fish, and birds. I take pride in being hard working, caring, honest, and helpful. I have 100% repeat customers. -I currently have pet sitting insurance; if I have to take anyone to the vet we can be reimbursed. I follow all feeding directions carefully. When walking, I’m careful with the leash and don’t let them get close to other pets. I also pick up anything after the pet. I also remove my shoes before entering the house and clean up everything from my visits. I stay on the walks for as long as the necessary to give them time to do multiple bathroom breaks. I try to help your pets to feel calm and loved. Your pets and home will be well cared for.
