Reliable, active dog sitter
I have owned and have been caring for dogs for 20 years, including a few of my own. I love dogs of all types and cats too, and will just as much enjoy providing a safe and secure space to a timid dog, going on long slow walks with a senior dogs, or wrestling and going on adventures with a young, energetic dog. YOUR HOME: I am a clean and courteous house guest. I respect other's people property and privacy. I did professional house sitting in Cabo for 2 years and have several regular families that have asked me to come back year after year. I don't bring other people into the home's I'm staying in. TYPICAL DOG CARE: I can provide twice daily walks or park trips, unlimited backyard time, and possible hikes. Lots of dog cookies and cuddles, too. I'd be glad to send you photos and updates while you're gone. I'm experienced with energetic dogs that need exercise, senior dogs who are on a medication cycle and dogs with mobility issues. I work a full-time remote job, so am home all day. I like to take our temporary pups out on fun adventures, but I'm also mindful and VERY careful about the Florida heat. Since I've used dog sitters so many times, I know what it takes to give you peace of mind while you're away. GOOD MATCHES: The best dogs for me are potty and house trained. That being said, I have accommodated puppies still learning potty training or senior dogs with diapers too. I am fine with multiple dogs or dogs + cats or just cats too. I love all animals and treat them with the most kindness.

Michelle watched our dog Cheeto for a bit while on vacation in Durango. She followed directions, was on time, and most importantly loved our dog! I would highly recommend her anytime while in Durango!

Trixie is so much happier venturing outside with Michelle. Trixie was very traumatized her first year looking for a home. We tried 3 dog sitters but Michelle had the lab touch she was looking for. we love our rescued pups AND getting date time again!
Michelle was very kind and wonderful and a great communicator. She kept Scout very happy and healthy. :)
Molly loved her stay with Michelle, and she was spoiled with adventures and cuddles while she was there! Michelle sent us lots of photos and updates, and made sure that Molly (a lab) got plenty of exercise, cuddles, and walks. Michelle was also incredibly responsive and made coordination easy. Would definitely recommend Michelle!
Michelle and her husband were amazing with our dog, Mysti. She is pretty high energy but they were up to the task and made sure she got plenty of exercise. We got updates and photos every day, and they truly cared for Mysti as if she was their own. We will definitely use them again next time we need to go out of town!

Schedule
I work a full-time remote job so will be in the house all day and can provide unlimited potty breaks and multiple walks or backyard exercise per day.
Prices include all fees.
