I worked at a veterinary office while I was in college, where I gained hands-on experience caring for pets with different personalities and needs. I’m also comfortable giving medications, as I’ve had plenty of experience medicating my own pets over the years. About: I am currently an elementary teacher with past experience caring for many families pets while they go on vacation. I joined this website years ago while I was in college and am back again in hopes of finding more families who would like me to care for their dogs and treat them as my own while they are out of town. About: I have had a chihuahua since 2020 and grew up playing with my grandma's Italian Greyhound. I recently moved to Colorado from Michigan, and cannot have a pet within my lease (besides my hamster, who just recently passed away). I'm looking to help out and help your pet burn some energy! I am currently working full-time Monday thru Thursday 3pm to 2am. I am free anytime on weekends or before/ after those listed times! Not a typical schedule but may work well for you! I would love to take your pet on walks, but if they are more of a homebody, I wouldn't mind showing them love and playing with them inside as well!

About: Hi, my name is Adrian Veliz-Smith. I was born and raised in the small town of Scottsbluff, Nebraska. I currently live in a comfortable apartment with my roommate and his two cats. Throughout my life, I have had a deep love for all animals, but dogs have always been an especially important part of my life. When I'm not coaching youth soccer for the local competitive soccer club, I spend most of my time with my new pup, Minnie, a 9-month-old Yellow Lab. After struggling to find work over the past year, I decided to pursue my passion and build a full-time career working with dogs. My goal is to ensure that our four-legged friends always receive the attention, care, and love they deserve. I'm happy to help your pups in any way I can! My day starts at around 6am with a long morning poop walk for the pups shortly after eating breakfast. Sometimes we go to the cherry creek off leash area and run around for about an hour. This leaves us tired til our next outing around noon, most of the time the pups sleep until then. After this we do treats and trainings in the afternoons followed by 2 more walks in the evenings for a total of atleast 4 outings every day. Sometimes more if the weather is very nice that day. I have a very small apartment with plenty of open space for the pups to play. Because the space is smaller im able to keep an eye on them 24/7. My current pup Minnie is super friendly and playful and loves having playmates

I have previous experience from working at Petco a few years ago. I took care of many small animals and exotic animals as well. I currently work full time. I do have availability on weekends, but I can make time to check in on your animals during the week if need be. I would be unable to care for your pets in my home, but I do make sure there is nothing they're able to get into prior to leaving your home. About: Ive always had dogs in my family growing up and our last was in 2014. I’ve wanted another dog ever since but I travel for work and can’t own one with my career now. Unfortunately, I’m not even sure if I would be able to get a service dog due to my lifestyle. I noticed I was drawn to everyone’s dogs so it made me think to sign up for Rover to get my “doggy fix” and be able to enjoy them again. Animals make me happy! I even watch pet videos on the internet lol When I work in Los Angeles, CA I watch my friends Pomeranian, I really enjoy it and that’s what also made me think of Rover! What a great idea, thanks Rover!! I’m currently working semi part time so it varies but I can work around my schedule and while I have your pet so it works out! I have a fenced yard with acres to run if they’re trained off leach too! They will be safe because I’ll be watching your pet at all times!

About: I have been training and caring for dogs most of my adult life. I have two therapy dogs, that are also my pets, that go to schools, medical facilities, assisted living facilities and retirement homes on a weekly basis. They are rescue dogs that I trained myself. I enjoy helping dogs to become well behaved companions for the humans in their life. I like helping people to better understand dogs. How they see the world. How they relate to the environment they live in. How they communicate. Helping dogs understand what acceptable behavior is is something I strive to instill in all the dogs I work with. It just takes a little patience and some understanding how a dog thinks and sees the world to achieve this.
