About: I've raised two cockapoos who have recently passed in the past couple of years. I've provided timely medication, changed diapers, and been attentive to their breathing rates. They are an anxious breed so I've also trained them to be comfortable around other dogs, and feel quite comfortable going at the dogs pace. I'm currently a student looking to gain admission to dental school. My availability would mainly be on weekends, however I have a flexible, changing weekday schedule so I can't have consistent hours then I pride myself in in getting along with animals. About: I’ve owned and have had experience with a variety of dogs, including toy breeds. I am currently the owner of a senior, parti mix Yorkshire Terrier, as well as a Miniature Pomeranian. They are up-to-date on vaccinations and love to play! I have a clean, smoke-free home available for your family pet with a fully enclosed balcony for sun-bathing and relaxing, as well as fully fenced yard. I also have a play pen, outdoor tent for lounging on the patio, and a crate for dogs that require crating overnight or while the host is away. Please be advised that the daily rate includes frequent 1-on-1 playtime and walking. I want to make you and your dog as comfortable as possible while in my care, so please do not hesitate to express your needs. Should you have any other questions, please contact me at your convenience. I am self-employed; therefore, I have a lot of flexibility for early morning and evening walks/ check-ins for those needing in-home service. For boarding clients, I have a dog bedroom, finished basement, crates, tents, and a playpen for dogs that allow for customized lounging and sleeping accommodations for your fur baby. Simply put, I am a dog lover. I treat my dog like he’s my child, but I also respect the dynamics of how owners nurture their pets. Therefore, I will not cross any boundaries for how you nurture your pet. I would be happy to help take care of your furry family members. I have worked with dogs of all ages and sizes, each with unique care plans. I also have taken care of cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, mice, hamsters, and chickens. I have been pet sitting for families in the Denver metro area for over 7 years through word of mouth mostly and just pick up pet care opportunities occasionally from Rover.com. I have several references if you need them. I work from home, which allows me the flexibility to take them to the dog park or on walks a few times a day.
