“Megan was awesome! She was very communicative with us the entire time. Our cat is really shy when first meeting strangers, and tends to hide, I think he hid a little more because of her baby (he’s never heard/seen one before) but she went above and beyond helping to get him to feel comfortable and going to his hiding spot to give him treats and play with him. She did all of the little things I asked for like turning on the tv for him, turning on some lights at night, opening/closing the blinds etc. She sent lots of pictures and kept us updated the whole time! We were very nervous about leaving our cat alone for several days but she made us feel a lot better :) She’s a great sitter! Highly recommend!”

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is the personalized, loving care I provide to every dog, treating them like part of my own family. I have hands-on experience with both puppies and senior dogs, offering everything from basic training and potty routines to administering medications and providing gentle mobility support. I’m attentive to each dog’s unique needs and temperament, with a strong understanding of canine behavior to ensure a calm, happy, and stress-free experience. Whether it’s playtime, cuddle time, or just a quiet place to relax, your dog will always feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in my home. As a part-time student and mom, pet care naturally fits into my daily routine because I’m already used to creating a balanced, nurturing environment. My schedule allows for flexibility, so I’m home often and able to give pets consistent attention, exercise, and companionship throughout the day. Whether it’s morning walks, midday playtime, or cozy evenings, caring for animals blends seamlessly into my family’s rhythm, your pet becomes part of our daily life, not just a side task. In my home, I provide a safe, clean, and comfortable space where pets can feel relaxed and part of the family. I stick to their regular routines as closely as possible whether it’s feeding schedules, walks, playtime, or quiet naps. I offer plenty of love, attention, and supervision throughout the day, with cozy spots for rest and secure areas for play. If I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I make sure to respect their space and follow all instructions carefully, keeping things consistent and stress-free for the pet. My goal is always to make them feel safe, happy, and loved whether they’re in my home or staying in theirs.

About: I've raised my golden retriever, Cooper, since he was a puppy — he's now 8 years old and 90 lbs! Thanks to him, I’m very comfortable with large dogs and know how to handle leash pulling, high energy, and basic training. I’ve also helped friends with their litters of puppies and have experience giving medication like pills and ear treatments. I’ve cared for nervous or shy dogs, including one neighbor’s pup who was sad their owner left, but was playing with the other dogs by the second day. I always take my time to build trust and treat every dog like my own. What sets me apart is that I’m playful and active — I can even run with your dog if they enjoy that! I’m also very detail-oriented: I always take notes to make sure I follow feeding schedules, routines, or medication instructions exactly. My schedule is flexible, so I can be reliable and consistent, especially for recurring walks or visits. I genuinely love meeting new dogs, and I know how important it is for pet owners to feel confident their dog is in good hands. I’ll treat your dog like family and can send photo or video updates upon request. Pet care fits perfectly into my routine! I currently work part-time three days a week (Monday–Wednesday, 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM), and I’m free the rest of the week with a very open and flexible schedule. This gives me plenty of time for dog walking and drop-in visits in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings — even on short notice. Since I live locally and stay active, I’m available for recurring walks or one-time visits depending on your dog’s needs. I’m reliable, on-time, and happy to adjust my schedule to fit yours whenever possible. When I’m caring for pets in their own home, I treat their space with the same respect and care I would expect for my own. I usually take notes in order to follow all instructions carefully — whether it's feeding, medication, locking up, or keeping to a specific walking route. I'll double-check doors, gates, and leashes to make sure your pet is safe and secure. I've learned from Cooper who will run outside, so I always open doors slowly so they don't escape. Every dog is different, so I take the time to understand their routine, personality, and comfort level. Whether they’re shy, energetic, or need extra attention, I’ll make sure they feel safe and relaxed while you're away.

About: **Before booking.... I work full time Mon - Thurs during the day and half day on Fri, and I am not home during that time. I am available any time after I get off of work. If your baby(ies) are ok being in a crate all day, while I am at work, I don't have a problem keeping them during the day as well. Saturday and Sunday I am available all day.** For some reason this site doesn't show this information. I have grown up around and have been around dogs my whole life. I have experience with all sizes of dogs and ages. Some breeds I have experience with are Pit Bulls, Boxers, Mini Pins, Chihuahua, Blue Healer, Dingo, and the list goes on! The last office job I had also included dog sitting for the owner and his wife's dogs. They kept me good company and visa versa. Dogs put me in a happy place and are a good stress relief as well for me. Some of my friends call me the dog whisperer. I seem to give the dogs with anxiety a sense of ease when I am around them. I love to pet them and rub around their favorite spots that relax them. I.E, ears, belly, and neck. Sometimes I tend to find myself talking to them like they are a little baby lol I did have a fur baby living with me, but unfortunately I had to put him down at the end of Dec, 2021. I work full time Mon - Thurs during the day and half day on Fri and I am not at home during that time. I am available any time after I get off of work. If your baby(ies) are ok being in a crate all day, while I am at work, I don't have a problem keeping them during the day as well. Saturday and Sunday I am available all day. I have a brick wall around the back area of my home, so it is hard for your fur baby to escape. I also have a doggie door for small dogs. I treat your babies just like I would treat mine, with lots of love and attention.

“Ciera is great! She is very responsive, flexible about timing and genuine animal lower. She sent adorable pictures of my two babies. I will definitely use Ciera again to watch my two cats and I would recommend her to others!”

“Elsie is responsible, kind-hearted, and incredibly hard-working throughout the years I have known her. She has a fantastic rapport with people and has worked excellently with children. She has her own pets, loves them unconditionally, and will undoubtedly be an excellent dog walker or sitter. She has done this with family members in the past, and this will not be anything new to her. Elsie will be an excellent service to you.”
