About: I am a helicopter mom to a sweet fat cat, and know the importance and anxiety that comes with hiring someone to care for my pet. I have experience caring for dogs and cats of different personalities, ages, and energy levels, and I understand that every animal has their own routine and needs. I’m comfortable with feeding, walks, playtime, providing fresh water, giving plenty of attention, and keeping their space clean and comfortable. I’m also attentive to changes in behavior and make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. I treat every pet like they’re part of the family and take their care and well-being seriously. I work full time during the week but I am intentional about making time for pet care throughout my day. I’m able to take breaks for check-ins, walks, feeding, and giving pets some attention and playtime. About: I am a genuine animal lover. I have had multiple dogs throughout my life, and I currently have a black lab named Onyx who is an integral member of my family. I consistently take care of my family and friends' pets- I am comfortable managing each pet's individual needs and complexities. I have a background in teaching K-12 which translates nicely to the skills needed when caring for animals. I have worked with my dog to heal off leash, walk on leash on the right side without pulling, take treats nicely, and stay in our yard without going into the street. I have cared for young dogs that chew and need constant supervision, high energy dogs that need a lot of exercise and attention, and senior dogs that need regular medication and a lot of TLC! About: I have years of experience with every kind of dog. I am a dog sport competitor and trainer and I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs. I have trained and worked with working and service dogs, pet dogs, puppies, and seniors! I love taking dogs out in nature and helping them have a good time. I’m currently working halftime as an office manager and have a lot of time to spend with your pet! My schedule is extremely flexible, but I am especially open during the afternoon and evening. I am able to check in on pets, spend time with them at your house, or take them out on walks. I have two Golden Retrievers that may join along if the situation allows it. Very early mornings, afternoons, and evenings are open for me.

About: I have had animals in my life ever since I was 4 years old. I'm pretty new to Rover, but have been petsitting by word of mouth since 2020! I've done extensive research on pets and what kind of care they prefer, what kind of diets are healthiest for them, and all the details that bridge the gap between their domestication and their primal instincts. I will provide loving care to dogs, cats, and other small animals like birds, hamsters, rabbits etc, and I will leave your house in just as good, if not better, condition than I found it! I work full time, but my schedule at work is incredibly flexible, so I am available on weekdays and weekends. I can take animals on walks if needed, or just be there to feed them and let them out daily. I am very flexible in terms of what services I offer, as it depends on what services you need! I can come and petsit at your house, and I can spend the night if you don't want your fluffy friends to get lonely. I can board for certain pets but not all, as I have a very picky cat of my own, so it is best to message me directly about what you are looking for!

Morgan was absolutely amazing! She exceeded all expectations and absolutely spoiled my pup rotten. I got daily updates and photos of my doggo having fun with her. I had left basic instructions but she came up with extra activities to shower my doggo with love. We could not ask for a better pet and house sitter than Marissa. She is friendly, attentive, a great communicator and obviously loves animals. It was very obvious from the pictures we got and when we got home that our dog Bella was very well taken care of. She also took good care of our home. Marissa gave us updates each day. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
