“Highly recommend Krista! She is truly an expert with animals and absolutely professional. We left our home and our fur family with her for a week. She handled everything including taking care of our old deaf and nearly blind dog, our feisty medicated post-op yorkiepoo, and our high-energy Aussie. Our cat ended up needing medical care due to a GI issue (from eating a bird is the guess from the vet). Krista handled the situation wonderfully. She gave us updates on the cat, helped make the call for vet care, and took the cat in to be treated. We are so happy we found Krista! We have the freedom to take vacations and leave our pets at home guilt free!”

About: My name is Kayla - I recently graduated from the University of Montana Skaggs School of Pharmacy and moved to Helena to fulfill a pharmacy residency at the VA. I was born and raised in Helena, so I am thrilled to be a part of the town's close-knit community once more! That said, I am excited to network and meet local pet owners looking for occasional help caring for their furbabies. I have years of experience ranging from overnight pet sitting, dog walking, and feeding/watering horses. I love all animals, but cats are especially my favorite! At this time, I hope to make some extra cash to help pay bills (hello, student loans!) and spend some quality time with animals, as I cannot have pets in my apartment. I look forward to meeting you and your furry friends! I work Monday through Friday and have weekends off. I am typically off work by 3:30, but my schedule can vary. Therefore, my availability includes afternoons/evenings and weekends. I am happy to stay overnight at a client's home to care for pets. If extenuating circumstances exist, I would care for a client's pet in my home. However, I would prefer to care for pets in their own home.

“We have never used Rover before, and it was daunting to invite and entrust a stranger to care for our dogs and house. Madi pleasantly surprised us and won us over quickly. Our 3 dogs didn't appear to overwhelm her, and they seemed happy and at-ease when we came home from a 3 night trip. Madi communicated with us throughout her stay, and asked questions about our dogs that indicated she was paying attention to their needs. I would highly recommend her to others and hope to have her care for our pups again in the near future!”

About: Hi! I’m Kameron, and I am a 26 year old dog mom, looking to spend time with dogs to bring extra joy to my life. I have my little girl, Lucy, who is an almost 2 year old shih tzu / yorkie. She is a ball of energy and love! She loves to play, cuddle, and make human and puppy friends. I’m more than happy to help you in whatever way your family may need for your loved fur baby or fur babies! Send me a message, I’d love to learn about your pups! I work from home and have a lot of flexibility which allows me to provide constant attention to pups in my home, as well as go check on pups in their home while their owners are gone for the day for work or on a vacation! I have a big common area which allows for the dogs to have plenty of room to run and play outside - especially while it’s so nice out!

About: I have grown up watching neighborhood pets as well as my own 2 dogs. I frequently babysit families with dogs and cats. I love walking dogs and spending time with furry friends! My schedule at the moment is pretty flexible I’m a teacher at an outdoor Montessori school and I babysit for families. I value my free time and I’m more than happy to spend time with animals walking, hiking or just chilling. I’d say I’m good at understanding an animals comfort/ needs. I will be super accommodating to what your pet might need to be/feel safe and comfortable under my care.
