About: Hello I’m Ashton! I grew up in Central Texas and throughout my life I have had several pups all the way from a Great Dane named Samson to a Miniature Schnauzer named Roxi. One of my babies just left this world and his name was Dakota he was 14 and the most handsome old man. I now have a 8 year old Great Dane/ English Mastiff named Bronson. I definitely would love to watch over your pup and get to make your pups happy while you are away! About: I have been pet sitting for about 2 years, but it is my favorite side job! I love animals of all kinds and sizes and have been trusted to stay in homes to take care of people’s beloved family members, and their home. I’m currently an elementary school teacher at Wolffarth Elementary in North Lubbock. Depending on what area I am in, I will usually leave with enough time to get to work by 7am. I cannot leave for lunch as I sadly only have 30 minutes, but I am done by 4 every day. This makes it easy to spend the evening with them and I won’t have different hours every day - routine is great for pets! I also share holidays with students so I am pretty available for sitting jobs at those times. While my apartment is a 1 bedroom, it is cozy and great for lower energy dogs. I have plenty of space for them to lay out and they stay in the air conditioning all day. For more active pets, I live right next to a middle school with a paved track for walking, and I am close to a park for dogs who love to run and play fetch!
About: I have always had dogs growing up, big and small. I love all sorts of animals and can care for dogs, cats, and other household pets. I have 2 dogs, a Vizsla and a Morkie. Our vizsla is a bird dog with very high energy. I trained him in puppy training all through intermediate. I also have done service hours with the Animal Shelter. I am a junior in college at Texas tech University, I have a consistent schedule with classes only on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11-3. In the school year I am in Lubbock and during the summer I am in the DFW area. I am attentive and patient with your dog and their needs. I will always contact you if I feel something is wrong but also use my best knowledge and judgment to not take up your time. I have lived with dogs all my life, especially a couple that would run out the door, I feel I am able to manage dogs escaping and those with very high energy. I care to get to know your pet and love it, because I know they mean just as much to you as my own pets mean to me.
About: I can take care of the high energy, anxious, storm worriers, medicated, fresh puppies and the elderly. I have 3 large dogs >100lbs as well! I currently am in nursing school Monday- Thursday and work part time in the ICUs. I would love to help care for your babies after class, during the week and on weekends! I will accept last minute drop ins or house sittings when needed! I am also flexible and can accept last minute bookings. I have a subaru outback wilderness suv that easily fits my 3 large dogs. I have two XXL cages and a double fenced yard. I have experience in dog training in walking, trail running, hiking, and other activities like fetching. I am comfortable around all dogs and am willing to adapt and learn how to best care for your animal. When I come to take care of, play with, and walk your dogs I will dedicate my time to loving them. I would love to be able to take them to the dog park where they can also interact with other animals while you're away! I have three puppers of my own - a brown Labrador Retriever mix, German Shepard, and a black golden retriever mix puppy who are full of energy. When in your home, I would love to take your fur babies for walks, to dog parks, anything you already do with them to make them the most comfortable!

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
