“Elizabeth was amazing. We need a last minute dog sitter and she came through and saved vacation! She provided plenty of updates, photos, and videos. Our dog sometimes is a little shy coming out of her crate but she loved Elizabeth. We will definitely use Elizabeth's services again!!”

“Megan was so lovely! She was so great with my (big) dog and I felt really confident leaving my pup with her. She kept me updated the whole time and sent a lot of pics. I came home to my apartment the same way I left it and Megan even left a sweet card. Highly recommend Megan!”

“I was away for 10 days in July, the longest I’ve ever left my dog, Miley. Once again, Carole was wonderful and was Max. Miley takes time to warm up to people and she’s great with Carole and Max—it’s a relief knowing that Miley is in such good hands!”

“Keisha was a Godsend, one of our cat's requires daily meds, which he hates taking, and she made sure he got them with understanding and positivity, even when personally tested knowing the need that he received them.”

“Melissa is a great overnight dogsitter. She followed all the instructions for my dog and bullies have a lot of instructions. Ha! She provided updates everyday and you can tell she enjoys dogsitting. I came back to happy dog.”

“Catherine did a wonderful job house sitting. She took attentive care of our two dogs and cat. She provided great updates and our dogs looked so happy in every picture. We had total peace of mind with Catherine watching our home.”

“We had a wonderful experience with Maiah and would absolutely recommend her. Our beagle can be a bit high-maintenance, but Maiah was so great with her. It gave us peace of mind knowing our pup was in trustworthy, kind, and capable hands. Maiah was also an excellent communicator--we received regular updates, photos, and quick responses, which made it easy to relax while we were away. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again!”

“Jessica was great! Our emotionally needy animals soaked up her attention and loved on her right back. Super great communication throughout the stay, and lots of great photos. Thanks again, Jessica!”

“I am a first time user of Rover.com and was nervous about leaving my dogs with someone the dogs and I didn't know. The meet and greet with Jackie helped put my mind at ease. Jackie did an amazing job taking care of my 2 dogs at my house for a little over 2 weeks. One the dogs does not trust people. It did not take him long to warm up to her, which says that she has good, calm energy. It was great that the dogs could be at home and she would come to them. I think this made the dogs less anxious. She sent us great pictures and promptly responded to texts. I would highly recommend Jackie and I would definitely use her again.”

About: I have taken care of dogs and was a dog walker around the neighborhood since I was 10. Neighbors and loved ones have relied on me to take care of their beloved pets. I have grown up with many dogs myself and I love to spend time with dogs and help them stay happy. I currently work a full time job, 9-5. I work in downtown Milwaukee and am more than willing to come let out any pets during lunch. I am available to stay at your house during the week or weekends. Whatever is required, I would certainly make it work! I would follow every precaution necessary for your pets. I have always adhered to the owners wishing in pet care. My family has a dog with some odd tendencies himself so I am ready for anything!
“This was Lily’s first time house sitting Kai and she exceeded my expectations. She clearly developed a great connection with Kai, did a really nice job keeping me connected/informed, and overall left the house looking like it did when I left. I so much enjoyed her texts, pictures and video clips. Thank you Lily!”

“Lauren did a great job taking care of the boys while we were away. She gave them plenty of exercise and engagement as well as keeping them on their regular schedule. Very much appreciated and we hope to book again.”

About: I've grown up around animals my whole life, including horses, dogs, cats, birds, even miniature donkeys of all ages, and I've never gone a day with less than 8 pets! In addition to owning several loving pets, my mom and I have rescued many pets from unsafe situations and helped nurse them back to a healthy condition, which has given me experience with animals of all personalities, backgrounds, and needs. I've cared for dogs my entire life, and have experience caring for up to 5 dogs at once. I am very comfortable handling both high energy and more relaxed dogs, and I adjust my care to fit each dog's individual needs. My responsibilities have included feeding, walking, supervising playtime, bathtime, dispensing oral medication, and making sure each dog stays safe, happy, and well cared for. Back home with my parents, I have two loving dogs - Millie who is a highly energetic dog who can't get enough playtime and Fletch who just wants love and affection 24/7. Caring for them has given me experience understanding different temperments. I also have experience overnight pet sitting for a dog and cat simultaneously while also baby sitting three children all with different schedules as well as daily check ins on a farm which included caring for several dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, and birds, so I am very reliable and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once while maintaining routines and giving attention and exercise as needed. I treat every pet like my own and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owners are away. I am currently a college student at Marquette University, so I am not available for 2 1/2-6 1/2 hours a day, but my class schedule varies, so please don't hesitate to reach out for more details on when I am available. Starting May 8th at 11 am, I will be available full time every day of the week/weekend through August 31, 2026. My schedule may change, but I will make sure to update my profile if that is the case! I provide care in the client's home to keep pets comfortable in their familiar environment and maintain their normal routine. During daily check ins, I make sure pets are fed, have fresh water, and recieve attention, playtime, or walks depending on their needs. I also handle litter box cleaning for cats and any basic household care related to the pets. For overnight stays, I stay in the home to provide consistent care, companionship, and supervision throughout the day and night. I am very detail-oriented and follow instructions closely, maintaining feeding and exercising schedules and make sure pets feel safe, relaxed, and cared for while their owners are away. I also pay attention to each pet's individual personality and adjust my care to fit their comfort level, whether they are energetic and playful or more shy and independent. In addition to in house pet care, I have no trouble taking pets for walks outside of the area whether that is a dog park, around the neighborhood, or by the lake per owner request. I also have a dog park at my apartment complex and would be willing to take pets to a coffee shop for a pup cup if that is of the owner's interest! My top priority is to keep pets safe, healthy, and stress free by maintaining their routine and giving them reliable, attentive care.
“Emily did a fantastic job watching Tuukka while we were traveling to India for a wedding. She sent daily updates with lots of photos and we knew our pup was well take care of when we were away!”

“Mikalanne was great with my senior pups who are definitely creatures of habit. Active communication is so reassuring when I have to be away from my pet family. Highly recommend.”

“Ashley was So responsive and Wonderful with my boys! Thankful she was able to watch them in their house!! Will definitely book again if she is willing to watch them!!”

“Paige is an amazing, young woman and was so loving to my pups. We had a hard journey driving from FL to Milwaukee, and I wanted someone to hang with them while catching up with friends. I could not have picked anyone better. Within minutes, my little Elsa was in love with Paige and King had a new girl friend! I searched the night before and thank God, Paige was the answer :) Obviously, highly recommend Paige.”

Christie took great care of my dogs as well as my home. It is difficult to meet someone once or twice then have them stay in your house but I had no concerns about Christie at all and I was able to leave and enjoy my trip without worry. My dogs loved her from the start and seemed very happy to have her stay. I will be rebooking with her!!!

Using a new pet/house sitter comes with some trepidation. That said, we were so pleased to arrive home to a happy dog and a clean house. Thank you to Carole for connecting with our older, somewhat idiosyncratic pup and for caring for our house as her own. Carole's detailed updates with photos gave us comfort while we traveled.
We had a wonderful experience with Maiah and would absolutely recommend her. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again!

Sara and Ethan were excellent dog sitters! They watched three dogs at my house and were great about getting them out on regular walks, giving lots of attention and pets, and sending regular updates and communication. My dogs loved having them and I loved that they had a hybrid/remote work schedule that allowed them to be close to the dogs throughout the day! Ethan and Sara are a great team!

Jessica is an absolute pro when it comes to dogsitting. We recently rescued two dogs, and they can be quite a handful as they're acclimating to their new home. She was unfazed with Rocky's barking, and had Gordo snuggling in no time. Jessica sent regular updates and photos, which made me feel better, since it was our first time away from them overnight. I highly recommend Jessica, and would love to have her back in the future.

Flor was an EXCELLENT sitter to our dog Toast! We left on a trip for 5 days and she took amazing care of not only our dog, but our house as well! She was a great communicator and sent a ton of pictures! She also was great at giving our dog his medicine. We would absolutely book Flor again!

Steely my dog was in great hands with Megan. He was very happy to see her when she came back after the meet and greet. She kept me up to date regularly and sent me multiple pictures a day which made me feel so good being away. She asked appropriate questions regarding his care instructions. Also the residents in my 55 and over apartment building were very complimentary about her. I would absolutely have her take care of my boy again. Thank you Megan!🩷
Carrianne is fantastic. She befriended my shy cat on their first meeting. Great and responsive at communicating about everything. Completely understood the medication schedule and carried it out. Really grateful to have found someone so responsible and caring.
