About: I have taken care dogs of all ages, breeds, and temperaments. I am patient and engage with each pet at their speed. Building trust and respect are my top values when caring for pets. As a volunteer at the Oregon Humane Society, I understand the unique needs that each pet has and am eager to meet them. I work a part-time job with 6–8 hour shifts on select days. I keep my availability on Rover up to date and will always communicate in advance if a scheduling conflict arises. I’ve cared for pets in a variety of housing situations. I take my time to understand what precautions I can take to keep all pets safe.

About: I’ve cared for dogs, cats, and small animals for over 5 years and have hands-on experience with large breeds, working dogs, reactive dogs, and high-energy personalities. I currently own German Shepherds as well as two chinchillas, so I understand the importance of species-specific care, structure, enrichment, and maintaining a safe environment. I’m comfortable with crate routines, medication administration, basic training reinforcement, long walks, litter box care, feeding routines, and reading animal body language. My professional background in high-stress environments has also made me calm, dependable, detail-oriented, and communicative. I know how important trust is when leaving your pets with someone else, and I treat every animal like they’re my own. I currently work full-time during the week, but I’m still able to provide dependable drop-in care and quality engagement for pets. I’m available for evening drop-in visits during the weekdays and can provide up to two visits per day on weekends. During visits, I focus on more than just feeding and potty breaks — I make sure pets receive attention, enrichment, playtime, affection, and companionship so they feel comfortable and cared for while their owners are away. I’m especially attentive to routines, behavioral cues, and making animals feel safe and relaxed in their home environment. Safety, structure, and trust are extremely important to me when caring for animals. I have experience with large breeds, reactive dogs, cats, and small animals, so I understand the importance of reading body language, respecting boundaries, and maintaining calm, controlled interactions. I follow all owner instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, medication routines, crate rotations, leash handling, and household rules. I prioritize secure handling during walks and visits, double-check doors, gates, harnesses, and crates, and always aim to create a calm and positive environment for pets. I also believe communication is important, so I provide regular updates, photos, and check-ins to help owners feel comfortable while they’re away.

She takes wonderful pictures of Larry while they're walking, she keeps him safe from strays, and makes sure he walks on the grass as much as possible when the pavement is too hot. About: I was born and raised on a ranch caring for many types of animals. I have extended my background from cows, horses and sheep to training, breeding and so much more with dogs. I am respectful, patient and have an overall love for every animal! I am currently a stay at home mom and looking for other work when I stumbled upon Rover. I love animals and am very excited at the chance to be around them more! I have a fenced yard and my own dog as well who gets along great with everyone. I have crates if needed and a park very close to run some energy out!

About: I grew up taking care of small dogs, As an adult I have fostered many breeds of dogs. I am currently taking classes to be a vet tech. I know basic commands, nutrition needs, experienced in giving medicine in all forms. I Love taking your furry friends on walks and giving them all the playtime their heart desires. For cats i have 2 of my own of 8 years plus a recent rescue i brought inside so that makes 3. I take care of the community cats in my neighborhood as well! I get them spayed/neutered, shots, flea and worm meds. I also find homes for them if they are adaptable to inside. If not I provide warm outside houses with added heating pads in the winter. I am very experienced with all types of cat personalities. I have gotten ferals to trust me. It takes time but is so incredibly rewarding when I get to pet them for the first time! I absolutely love all animals and will treat your just like my own. I have worked with many different dog breeds as well. I started out caring for my neighbors I currently work part-time, so I have plenty of time to give your pup or cat all the love and attention they need! I am a huge believer that sticking to the regular schedule releaves separation anxiety! Im experienced in giving meds, clipping nails, bathing, and Basic commands as I have just recently started taking vet tech classes, I pride myself in being the best option not the cheapest option 🙂 I will always go above and beyond for you and your furry friend. I have lots of reviews talking about my responsibility, reliability, how the house usually looks better than when they left cause I like to clean. Just leave me a list of I'm staying in your home overnight and it will get done 🙂

About: I started on Rover back in 2018 boarding dogs in my home! Now I'm available to do drop in visits for dogs and cats. I have a cat of my own named Peach who is 5 now. Dogs tend to really like me which is a plus! I love playing and taking dogs for walks. I work at a bank full time but looking to make extra money in my free time. I'm mostly available evenings after work and weekends! I work Mon-Fri but I'm available in the evenings after 5:30 pm. I have open availability on weekends at the moment. I have a lot of experience watching dogs in the past, whether it be for friends/family or clients on Rover. One thing I do know it that I enjoy playing with and watching dogs! When it comes to taking care of your dog in your own home, I think it best to tell me what needs to be done during the visit. Where food/supplies are, if they need to be put in a kennel before I leave, what their habits are like and what to look out for if anything. Everyone has different rules when it comes to their animals and I will be 100% respectful of your home and property.

About: I've grown up with animals my entire life, always having dogs and cats in the house. Learning to understand and respect my pets body language to keep them and myself safe and comfortable has always been important to me. I have years of experience raising and training puppies, giving medications as necessary, and making sure more than just their bare minimum needs are met. I have a cat of my own that does not require any daily medications so she is very easy to manage and I have plenty of free time to offer check in, walking or pet sitting services. I treat clients animals with respect, care, and patience. I understand it's hard meeting a new person so I will give them the time and space needed to get comfortable. I love going on long walks to get all their energy out.

About: Hi there! I’m new to Rover as of March 2025, but I’ve been providing pet care for many years. I teach both virtually and in person for about 6 hours a week, so I have plenty of availability outside those times to care for your pet - including walks, playtime, and snuggles! I have the flexibility to structure my daily and weekly routine in a way that allows me to give your pet the attention they need while fulfilling my responsibilities. During breaks between, teaching fitness classes, I make sure to check in and ensure they are comfortable, Your Pet care is important part of my daily routine. In the morning, I start by feeding your pet and give them plenty of pets and snuggle and letting them out to potty. During the day, I make sure they have everything they need, whether that’s a comfortable space to relax or toys to play with. In the evening, I take them on a walk, some playtime, and a final feeding.

About: I grew up around both cats and dogs and have been a trusted pet sitter to family and friends for years. I have experience caring for and training older puppies, as well as in caring for senior pets. I work a part time job which causes my schedule to vary by week, but I typically have afternoons and evenings available and occasionally mornings as well. I can feed and play for your pet indoors, give them any required medications. I can also take any pets for walks and play with them outdoors if you have a fenced in backyard.
