“Best decision ever! We were nervous about leaving our two dogs with someone we did not know but with one getting older we didn’t want them to be in a kennel and not have interaction with others. We were gone over a week to Hawaii and I received regular updates and pictures. I could tell they were well cared for and having a great time. It was a good peace of mind being so far away. When we got home we could tell the dogs were happy and had a blast meeting their new friends. We love Nicole and we will definitely do this again next time.”

The logistics were challenging as the cats needed to stay separated, but Shauna was unfazed; she handled the assignment with exceptional attention and generosity to both kitties. About: I grew up surrounded by kittens and cats! My grandma and mom were crazy cat ladies lol. I have a Siamese cat named Mochi! I rescued him as a kitten. He was found in a trash can covered in fleas, worms, and could barely keep his eyes open from excessive mucus. I spent every 5 minutes cleaning his eyes, treated his fleas/worms, showed him love, and trained him. He’s now an indoor kitty and he will be loved for the rest of his life! “We are so fortunate to have found Jennifer! We commute from Tigard to Salem every morning for work. There are times we have to be at work at 6am and therefore have to drop our two dogs off at 520am. In addition, we aren't able to pick them up until 6pm. Our pups come home exhausted! This is a must since we don't have the energy to run them around after a 12 hour day. She sends tons of great pictures showing happy pups. When she watches your dogs you can rest assured that she is "watching" your dogs. What makes Jennifer great is the attention and love she gives your dog. She's also very affordable. We considered doggie day care, but quickly realized that was a very expensive avenue. Also, most doggie daycare places aren't as flexible with pick-up and drop off times. you won't be disappointed!”

“Super last minute accommodation and Kelly was able to make it work for us! She has two lovely dogs and a nice backyard area for play. I had explained that my girl is a little high-maintenance and she was safe the entire time. I picked her up and she was exhausted. They even have a cat (my dog despises cats), but Kelly made sure this wasn't an issue. Great experience!”

About: I’ve owned cats all my life, and a few dogs. I have experience volunteering at a local animal shelter, working with both cats and dogs when I was younger . I have a 4H background as well. We adopted our dog Frida 2 years ago. I’m a stay at home, homeschooling mom with a flexible schedule. We are home often and already own a dog. It's not much more work to add one or two into the mix. My kids love dogs and enjoy meeting new ones. We all love that owning dogs helps us to be outside more, either playing with the dogs or taking them on walks. My three children adore dogs and cats, and will give lots of love and attention. We live near parks and have a great neighborhood for walks. Dogs are allowed to free range of the house and fenced yard. They are allowed on the couches.

About: I started on Rover back in 2018 boarding dogs in my home! Now I'm available to do drop in visits for dogs and cats. I have a cat of my own named Peach who is 5 now. Dogs tend to really like me which is a plus! I love playing and taking dogs for walks. I work at a bank full time but looking to make extra money in my free time. I'm mostly available evenings after work and weekends! I work Mon-Fri but I'm available in the evenings after 5:30 pm. I have open availability on weekends at the moment. About: I’ve pet sat for over 10 years for friends & family. I’d love to care for yours. I have two tabby’s who are well trained and have been around dogs in the past. My pup unfortunately passed away last summer and I’m not ready to get on full time but would love to care for yours as I cared for her and give them the best experience while you’re away. I have the weekend free, Columbia and I tend to go on hikes and or at the park. During the week, I go home directly to let my own dog out to the bathroom. About: I’ve taken care of cats for as long as I can remember. Dogs I began caring for when I was 8years old. I started with family dogs and when I was old enough I volunteered at the humane society. As a 4-Her of 10 years, I showed rabbits and goats as well as my cat. I have 2 cats of my own and a pit bull who my husband and I rescued from the humane society in 2017. My husband and I participated in a dog training course at Petco where I worked for 2 and a half years and have continued to engage our Lucy In training on a daily basis. At Petco, I loved being able to help customers find what they want/need to make their furr baby(s) happy. I also graduated from the veterinary assistant program at lbcc May 2018. I am a full time a stay at home mom so my schedule is pretty flexible. I will likely almost always have my 2 kiddos with me who are, 2 and 4 years old. I do not currently offer any services in my own home. When I walk your fur baby, it’ll be around your neighborhood. If you prefer your baby get a walk in the park, I’m happy to accommodate that request for an additional fee.

I have a great amount of experience when it comes to dogs and cats from my own personal pets, to the volunteer work I do. I have cared for puppies, seniors and dogs of all different sizes/breeds. Attention to detail and being well organized and routined is how I live my life, and that is what I will provide for your animals, along with lots of love! With that said, I always make sure that my dogs and dogs that are in my care are being well taken care of. Dogs in my care will always be under supervision, while in the house and outside, other than while I am at work. While I am at work, I have two spare bedrooms that your dog can hang out in! I will also pay special attention to any instructions given on the care of your dogs. (Food, medicine, exercise requirements etc) I have a fully fenced back yard that not only my dogs love, but I'm sure yours will too. Again with direct supervision your dog and I can hang outside and enjoy the sunshine or play fetch, whatever they may like! I also love near a city park where I can walk your dog for their daily exercise. My husband and I work full time during the week, but we both work no more than one mile from our home, we also have a doggie camera inside our house to check in on our home while your dog is there. I live and work in a very central location in Salem, it is very convenient for drop ins and walks and is also a very convenient location for dropping off dogs for any dog boarding and day care that is requested. I would love the opportunity to help you with your precious dogs and/or cats! ***For dog boarding, most times I will ask for a meet and greet before booking the stay. “Best decision ever! We were nervous about leaving our two dogs with someone we did not know but with one getting older we didn’t want them to be in a kennel and not have interaction with others. We were gone over a week to Hawaii and I received regular updates and pictures. I could tell they were well cared for and having a great time. It was a good peace of mind being so far away. About: I have fostered over fifty dogs and cats for the SPCA of Northern Nevada, and fostered my cat Chandler as a kitten before adopting him. I have an open schedule with a lot of daily availability and my own vehicle, and can assist with pet care on weekends and weekdays. I am patient and loving to all pets, and have a strong understanding of the needs of different breeds of dogs and cats at different life stages. I live with my partner who has a year of experience working at a dog day care with a variety of pups, and has volunteered with me as a cat socializer as well.
“Kathrine is an AMAZING sitter! I went out of town for 5 days and left my pup with her at her home. I immediately felt comfortable leaving her there when I dropped her off. She sent pics, videos, and updated me on all things (eating, pooping, etc.). Her dog, Ophelia, was the sweetest companion and I could tell her and my dog were besties from the pics she sent! They went on multiple walks a day, and even a weekend adventure! I will definitely be using Kathrine again in the future!”

“This was our first time boarding Ginny with someone who wasn’t family or close friends, so I was definitely nervous. Dezarae was so great and sent daily updates with photos and videos without us having to ask, which meant a lot. Ginny can have some separation anxiety with me and my partner, but the consistent updates (and little details about how she was doing, especially with crate time) really helped ease my mind. Ginny clearly had the best time. She got comfortable with Dezarae’s dogs quickly and loved being part of their routine. We also booked pretty last minute and she was very flexible and accommodating. Ginny came home happily exhausted in the best way. We would absolutely book with her again.”
