“Phillip was agreeable to a meet up and was waiting for us with treats, which I appreciated. He communicated clearly and asked about my dog’s needs. His hours are flexible. Drop off and pick up were seamless. During my dog’s stay he messaged me the first night and by day 3 I hadn’t received any updates, so I texted him. From then on he updated me every 2-3 days unless I reached out earlier. Received a few pictures of my dog the first week, which increased after I requested more. Phillip was receptive of my requests. My dog got home in good shape.”

My dog Cedar can be reactive, barking, jumping, even nipping when meeting people but with Jordan, it was like a completely different dog. Calm, relaxed, and instantly comfortable. I was in total shock. Even around another dog (which normally worries me), Cedar was in dog heaven. No issues at all. I went in nervous and left totally at ease. She often, perhaps too often, wants her own way, but apparently Dave and Daniel were able to deal with this, and all parties seemed to have a great experience. What we do know for sure is that our little girl came home healthy and happy. What more can you ask for? We couldn’t be more pleased. About: I have a 5 year old cavalier King charles spaniel, and had dog before him. Since small I always wanted take care dogs and know I want try it . I work Sunday- Wednesday morning shift, I can alway change a day to have weekend off or I can board after work Wednesday thru sunday I’ll treat the pet the same way if there were mine too. I felt that Vinny had been treated well and was comfortable with Olivia because he did not show signs of anxiety when I picked him up or in the following days. The one thing that I would have liked was a little more unprompted communication even just once a day, such as; "had a good walk", "seems comfortable with me and the house", "he rested well", etc.
Jennifer takes such good care of my dog Dixie every time she stays with her. Dixie is always happy and happy when I pick her up. Jennifer also keeps me informed with quick notes and picture during the boarding. I feel very lucky to have Jennifer as my go to dog sitter!!
